Burger and fries where cold big time cold. Other burger was the same as were the tots. 2 combos $23 and get bad food. Was given a refund. Our sonic here in kingfisher is not great... they need to take lessons from the Hennessey sonic store. I love sonic but I will not be going to the one here in kingfisher again.. food was actually a zero star!

The incompetence never fails at this restaurant. Every time I go they’ll forget something small like if you ask for marinara or ranch. Three times within the last year they have tried to hand me someone else’s order, luckily I haven’t been charged for the wrong food yet. Today was the second time I’ve gone through the drive through and get on down the road with no hamburger in the bag. Get it together. I like sonic food but I won’t be back to the kingfisher location any time soon

The cook needs to get their act together 3 times I ordered cheese tater tots and they put chili on it. To come back another day order the same thing finally they did it right. But did not melt the cheese seriously people? It's not that hard.!!!

The Sonic Drive-in was busy. They got my order out quickly. I really like their dessert items. The shakes and ice cream mixes are the best. I like the footlong cheese coney. The hamburgers are good also. I haven't tried their full menu so I don't comment on what I haven't tried.

HOLY COW! I quit going to any Sonic because it was always such a let down, fries cold, messed up orders, etc. BUT let me tell you! This was the best Sonic experience I have ever had! Everything came out hot and fresh and super quick! My goodness! I probably wont ever stop at another one, but im glad I stopped at this one!

Had trouble with payment, wouldn't let us do half card half cash, only irritates me because I have worked at sonic and did this all the time. Food was not free and could tell the tots that we ordered were sitting for a while. Could be better.

3 times in a row my order hasbeen wrong. All I ask for is a hickory burger with cheese and jalapenos. So far I've gotten a regular burge, a hickory burger without cheese or jalapenos, and a hickory burger with cheese but no jalapenos. Every receipt has had the order correct on it.

I guess it depends on who's working and the time you go there. But the service is most always slow and they seem to never have over 3 cars in the parking lot at the time. Also don't understand why they have the times they open and close because they seem to close the store when they want

It's happy hour three people are working when I first pulled in there was one other person in the booth and three people at the drive-thru I waited 20 minutes while everyone around me got served that was pulling in after me. When I called to check on my order they apologized like they had forgotten it and when I said well I was just wondering how much longer it would be because you're fixing everyone around me and not me they said my order was too big. I ordered three hamburgers. And three drinks. That was it. My husband had Brown lettuce on his Burger he was not very pleased about that. I think they need to hire more people and to take more care period every once in awhile they get really good and then they slip back into whatever this is they're doing.

Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches that they never brought out. Waited 15 minutes and then pressed the button. Girl said they were understaffed, but managed to help 9 other cars in the next 10 minutes. Paid, did not get any food and not coming back

Terrible service, terrible food. Hateful car hops. They really need to work on this place. Took 45 minutes to get my order and they were not even busy. They screwed up my order twice. So on top of the 45 minutes I had to wait just to get my order, it was another 30 minutes before they got it right! Terrible! Customer service is crap!

Overpriced poor quality food:( i remember when the footlongs had chili on them. Footlong coneys barely have any chili on them. Its like a spoon full . Very disappointed the last 8 visits. I will never eat sonic food. Don't get me started on the burger quality!

I like their food... sometimes. Most of the time I swear it’s someone else’s order. I’d say about 80% of the time they always mess something up. Employees are nice though, food is a solid 2.

Well when u go to sonic it's all about the hard working women who get up everyday an go to work trying to do the right thing. They can't expect to make everyone s day so I like the food as much as anyone likes food from sonic every order has been good an right had an always have had a good experience

June 23 at 9:44pm tray:2 I had ordered 1 large chocolate vanilla cream Dr.pepper and large chili cheese tater tots with lettuce and tomatoes and when I recieved my order it wasn't correct I was missing lettuce and tomatoes and also there was no cream in my Dr.pepper the employees were rude and my husband asked how much it would be for a small cup of cherries and he was completely ignored we didn't ge both of there names t we got only 1 of there names tasha we keep going there thinking customer service would be different but keep getting same service would not recommend that sonic to anyone very unsatisfied and disappointing what a shame...

Brandi helped us discover the vanilla root beer cream soda and the orange vanilla cream soda, which are now our 2 favorite drinks. Unfortunately for my diet, this new addiction means we will be going to Sonic more often. ;) Thank you for brightening our night!

Service is pretty fast. I ordered a "super" sonic burrito but it was about the size of a corn dog...nothing super about that. Tater tots were cold as well.

Worst sonic ever. I am not exaggerating when I say they mess up something literally every single time I go there. I regret visiting this location every time I go. Whoever is running that location would be fired if I owned it. Thankfully I do not. Don't believe me? Ask anyone in Kingfisher.

I love sonic it's the only place I can go here in my small town that doesn't serve cold fries, they deliver hot food to my car, and of course my very vanilla Dr Pepper!!
