Same problem as most places in Kingfisher sadly. It’s almost antagonistic how they screw up orders and then screw it up again when ya call em out on it. Place has really gone down hill. I wouldn’t open the dining room either. My advice? Eat else where.

Buffett is good. Original Recipe and Extra Crispy chicken on the buffet along with traditional KFC sides: mashed potatoes and gravy, cole slaw and biscuits and numerous additional sides. Salad bar and drink included. Staff is polite. Large bathrooms for one individual. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Dining area is lage. Taco Bell at this location also but no Taco Bell on buffet.

We saw the other reviews and were nervous to try here, but the kids were craving a bowl. The dining room was not open, now more nervous, but headed to drive through. Turns out, pretty tasty, had to wait for fresh popcorn chicken, but that's a good thing. Grandaughter found her mac a cheese to be less than perfect, otherwise, all good!

They have closed their dining area, so to eat there, the drive-thru is the only option. I was worried about the food not being fresh, but it was fresh & delicious. From what we were told by the locals, they closed the dining area during the Covid-19 lockdown & haven't opened since then. That's a shame because travelers like to go inside and take a break from the car. So, they are probably, for the most part, only getting local business.

I order from this KFC/Taco Bell every few days and is a good place to grab food on the go with minimal wait time. the staff is polite and my order is always correct. the only negative thing I have to say is that when I went in 2 days ago and ordered the 4 piece chicken meal, everything was correct and was really good except 1 piece of chicken I received was so small there was no meat on it whatsoever and was hard as a rock! I could've broken glass with that thing! but to be fair I buy enough food when I go threw I never finish everything at once so it really didn't matter to me. but if I'm gonna spend $20 on food at least make it eatable. with that being said I'll return again, but I'll definitely be checking for rocks!!!!! lol

Ordered a big box chicken meal, 6 wing combo and chicken sandwich combo. Had to wait for the sandwich, so ok, we waited. Neither sandwich nor wings had the fries with them and we had to ask for 1 of the 3 drinks. Wings came with 1/4 cup of nothing but grease in the bowl and only 1 of the 6 was the larger wing part and it was way over cooked. Only correct meal was the big box. Don't waste your money.

Went last night and I did mention that last time there was only 1 glop of mashed potatoes in each potato bowl so they did make sure they were full this time. Our problem this time was the chicken. Only had 1 piece of white meat, 3 wings, 3 legs and three thighs. I ordered all crispy but it was not all crispy. Most of the breading had fallen off and seemed like chicken was old. Could still see some white and light brown flour from where it didn't get done. My husband tried to call and complain and only got answering machine. I can't believe no one answers the phone. He's the 1 who left the message yelling around 720pm on 6/12/2022. Our ticket # was 1497. I usually like going there when I'm in a pinch and don't have time to cook. So disappointing. Kingfisher needs more options. ☹

Dylan was a strange guy to have as your front counter person. It was like talking to someone from outer space...We usually go in for the buffet but ran a little late this day. They said it was ok and we could get what we wanted. I decided I better check it out first. There were 2 pieces of chicken left and 4 of us...No thanks! I would of been extremely disappointed if they actually rang us up 4 buffets knowing there was nothing over there. We ordered other stuff, got food and my little chicken sandwiches were bread and meat only. Took it to Dylan who never said anything walked to the back, came back avoided me walked in circles then finally came and said they were remaking my order. The lady did remake them but everyone in my group was about done eating. Sure was a strange experience and I dislike having to eat while everyone else is done and waiting on me.

Since the pandemic, indoor dining hasn't been possible. I enjoy a 3-piece takeout box that includes 2 breasts, a wing, cole slaw, mashed taters with gravy and a roll. The meal also includes a medium drink. And there is a discount for seniors!!!I was really impressed. It's a huge meal for just one person, and all for less than $10.

Ordered in drivethru...got absolutely NO condiments. No salsa with the taco bell food. No butter or honey with biscuits. No sauce with chicken tenders. No salt or pepper. Called the manager to complain and she said you have to ask for any extras.... Since When??? And why didn't they ask me if I wanted any of that stuff? Pitiful service! AND, to top it off they didn't give us a receipt . Worst fast food service ever!!!

We ordered chicken tenders. I ordered mashed pots w cream gravy. However, i got br gravy. They didn't have cream gravy. The pots were cold & had lumps in them. My husbands fries weren't done @ same time as the rest of our order so we were supposed to get them latet. Never did.

Horrible!! ordered a three piece chicken tender meal-it was greasy and over cooked potatoes tasted rotten and never even received the one sauce that was asked for. What a disappointment when you’re craving chicken.

They just remodeled and it looks great. Lobby is now open. Love the KFC fries (they're better than McDonalds) who would have thought... but they are. Love that you can order off of both menus KFC/ Taco Bell when going threw the drive thru. Staff was friendly and fast. Food was fresh! They are currently hiring, incase someone is looking for employment. Plenty of parking.

Horrible place! Stopped at 8:00pm after a ballgame to get food to go. Would not make what we ordered because SHE the manager wasn’t getting anything else out!!! As people came in SHE told them if it’s made, they can order it, if not we will not cook it!!! One Order to go had mashed potatoes and gravy, employee said we’re out of silverware and SHE said I’m not getting any out so they will have to eat without!!!!! Brought Dr Pepper drinks out to the car and the pop was spoiled!!! Had the take back and dump it out and try to find a good pop!!! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!! Manager hates customers an hour before closing!!!!

Opened 15 minutes late. Made us pull up and wait again after they finally opened. Chicken was cold inside, soggy, obviously warmed up from yesterday. NASTY. Substituted our biscuits for under-baked cookies without asking. Will NOT be back.

We arrived at 7pm last Sunday evening. They were almost out of chicken, but were told they stop cooking chicken at 7pm even though they don't close until 9pm. What chicken we did finally get, looked pretty beat up and greasy. Mac and cheese was dried and crumbly yet still being served. Everyone apologized a lot, and moved extremely slow. The lady said she was sorry everything was so bad, but everyone was new and just so worn out since they had been at work since 4pm. (3 hrs) LOLOLOLTerrible experience, but somehow amusing at the same time. Quite possibly ruined me on chicken forever.😂😂😂(One star is over rated.)

This place is a joke!! Chicken that's out on the buffet looks like it's been out all day. When I asked the young lady working the front counter for so fresh food, she gets a attitude and brings out some more hard old chicken. I will never visit this place again and I advise anyone who reads this to stay away also!! You will be very disappointed if you eat here.

Is the absolute worst, I have been there 3 times in the last 6 months and only actually received the food I ordered one time. Tonight at 5pm I walked in and placed a order . The kid at the counter said something to me that I couldn't decifer , and after me saying sorry but I can't understand you several times ( i honestly couldnt understand this kid)another employee came out and tried to help only then he told me sorry they didnt have chicken ready and it would be 35min, oh and they were out of biscutts . How can a resturant that sells chicken not have chicken ready at 5pm (dinner time). This has been the case every time i have been to this KFC. I have eaten in KFCs all over the world . I even ordered chicken at a KFC in Bahrain and even they were able to communicate with me , and actually have chicken prepared , so what's the problem at the kingfisher KFC . I will never go back,,,not even for taco bell.

Even though staff is friendly they never get the famous bowl right for my granddaughter. I ask for them to leave the corn off and they only put gravy no cheese. I guess I'm gonna start sitting there and checking it

KFC in Kingfisher is good, but they have "doughy" places on the chicken, like it wasn't all the way in the grease while frying! Plus we got shorted a piece on an 8pc! They only give 1/2 of the gravy compared to Elreno on an 8pc fillup! Kingfisher was always my choice for KFC, but not really anymore. You know I'm updating my review today, 2-18-19. Apparently someone else is running this KFC, because when Jack and Karen Snider had it that was the only KFC I would eat at! It's really terrible now, doughy pieces, one time didn't get the right number of pieces, ordered a 10pc, and received 7! One time I ordered tacos and they told me they didn't have any lettuce! Really? I will not go there anymore!
