New building same long wait. Don’t expect fast food at this fast food restaurant. It’s always 20 minutes or longer. AbsurdEDIT: finally got our food. Ice creams were good but the fries were half full and cold. She did fill it up but no manners or apology. The meat on the burger was cooked hours ago and was so dry and as others have said they mess up special requests to leave things off

Dirtiest Braums I have ever been in, and we were there before 8am. If we wouldn't have already paid, we would have left and gone elsewhere. Bathrooms were horrible, none of the floors or tables were clean, windows were smudged and dirty, it was bad. I would expect the location to be clean early in the morning. This location looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days or longer...not what you want for an eating establishment.

Have NEVER had a bad experience at a Braum's, and even though we don't live in Kingfisher, this one is our "home-town" store, visited regularly. We have 6 kids, so we'll often get 2 "Bag-o-Burgers" a couple of large fries, and a jug of orange juice, and we're able to feed the whole family for very little $$. Service is always prompt, the staff friendly, and the dining area clean (we also make a point to clean our OWN space when we're done, to help out...wish more folks would do this). The quality of food is always great, fresh and HOT off the grill. Fries are never limp or stale. The complimentary Braum's Sauce is the best, and so addictive!

I almost never eat at Braums but I decided to. My order was wrong, they gave me the wrong sauce, and I had to pull up and wait five minutes for an iced coffee. And they proceeded to bring me some watery goop that looked and tasted like it has set on the counter for a few hours. I only took the Sip to see what they brought me, disgusting. I only accepted it because I was tired of waiting and ready to leave. But I guess you can't expect much from Place ran by kids. I'll never eat at Braum's again. Totally over hyped.

Usually have a good experience here. Person working the front window was excellent the bagger working there needs to slow down and be retrained. Ordered biscuits and gravy and handed me my bag with it pretty much hanging sideways so needless to say my entire order was covered in gravy. Honestly got the feeling the kid didn’t want to be there.

I go here to eat while I am in town , well I did , they just can’t get the orders right , and for past several visits, the drive through drinks have been terrible , I usually dump it out and go get one from the gas station. Garbage.

Stop in here often on our way to OKC. Floors and bathroom often need attention. This time, the floors were pitiful, trash bins were a mess as was the drink and condiments station were very unappealing. Catsup and sauce mess on the counter.

I hardly ever post reviews, but after three orders in a row that have had issues, I feel like it's warranted. Items were on my burger time and again that I requested to be left off. Luckily, I only hate tomatoes and am not allergic to them. I've gotten home to find fries missing from my order or pudding snack packs missing from my kids' chicken strip dinners. It's about 50/50 whether I receive the right milkshake. If I ask for a sauce, it rarely makes it home. The food tastes good , so I have no complaints about that, but a general concern about the lack of attention paid to my orders. Also, it seems that the kids/young adults working there need lessons on how to interact with customers. If I thank them for handing me things or anything like that they don't even acknowledge me. When I was asked to pull up to wait for my order the other day, it was barked at me instead of respectfully instructing me to move forward. I've had times where not a single employee has talked to me after taking my order despite me saying thank you, or in one case asking for something. In fact, when I asked for an extra sauce, the young man working the pickup window audibly said "Ugh!" and rolled his eyes. Customer service is severely lacking at this location.

Ordered a couple burgers, chicken strip dinner and a drinks at the drive thru, came home with a grab bag of items. Random burgers-4 of them with various toppings but it did have the chicken strips in there. Not even close to the first time that’s happened. Don’t bother with biscuits and gravy in the mornings either, terrible. The only good thing about this place is the grocery section. It’s always neat and clean.

Cashier at window was rude. My orange juice was horrible. My friends cherry coke tast like she put cherry limeade in first then filled the rest up with coke. Burritos were ok. Asked for some packs of salsa since there were two of us. Only received one package. Shame because all of our Braums in Enid are great. Not what we were use to.

We have stopped here several times through the years and had been very pleased with the food and service. Unfortunately our last visit was very disappointing. The place was being ran by kids who apparently didn't have any adult supervision. I'm quite sure the young lady named Karen faked a Hispanic accent trying to be cute. It took more than 20 minutes to get our order and it was not busy. The food wasn't warm and the ice cream shakes were very soupy. Not trying to be mean. Just recommend an adult supervisor to help teach these young people how to provide an efficient service

20 minutes since I ordered. I've seen 11 drive thru orders go out the window yet there were only 4 cars in the DT when I arrived. My shake for my order was made 12 minutes ago and been sitting on the counter ever since.

Always great produce, ice cream, and food. Don't forget their shakes. Milk can't compete with grocery stores. Highly recommend

Besides the service being extremely slow the place was filthy. Dirty trays and trash heaped every where. The counter for food prep was covered in dried ice cream and strewn with nuts and toppings. I will not go back.

well....... here we go again, I was setting in the drive threw line for 15 mins before I got to the speaker, and I know what your thinking well it was probably busy........ no I was the second car back. when I finally got to the speaker I set for another 5 mins before I, MYSELF said "hello?" and finally he answered me, took my order and I was on my way. service was really friendly tho and the food was excellent like always but I was missing 3 orders of fries. I've never had a problem with this braums before so I'll be back for sure. let's hope for a better experience.

Love the $1.00 waffle cone frozen yogurt. I love the Morning Breakfast Platter too.The restaurants are always clean very courteous staff and the food's good got to try it if you haven't been there yet

Ice cream as good as ever, but people standing around chatting while I stood there waiting forever to get waited on and the drive through line was very long. Only two ladies working their booties off to get everyone and they were awesome. Lady at the grocery counter was great too. Other staff worthless.

Food was good once we got it. Took 20 minutes and two trips to the counter to get 3 lg fries they shorted. Another couple with us didn't get any of there order for thirty minutes and two trips two the counter. They where not real busy just more focused on drive thru than people standing right in front of them. The girl in grocery checkout was polite and helpful. 8:00pm 12/18/2018

We usually enjoy Braums food, market, milk and ice cream. Today we stopped in at this location for breakfast . We were disappointed in the filthyness of the eating area, lack of stocked items and lack of sausage in their "sausage" gravy. *They were serving breakfast as it was between 8 and 9 am, but there were fries and bits of hamburger on the floors , under tables and on seats. It was apparent the floors, seats and tables hadn't been cleaned.

The food was excellent so I hate to give a bad review. Everyone working in that area was great. The problem is in the ice cream area. For the second time (same girl working) she charged me for medium cones and we received only small. I have never had a problem with size until she started working here. I questioned her about the small size both times and she was very rude. Next time we will get our ice cream cones across the street at McDonalds!!
