This pharmacy has been horrible for at least 2 years. Never answer the phone. Went to an urgent care, and when the doctor asked where my pharmacy was, when I said Jenks Walgreens, he said, “Oh god, the worst pharmacy in the Tulsa area.” My favorite part is they put your prescription back if you don’t pick it up for 10 days (forget if you have the flu or something crazy happen where you can’t pick it up!) they’ll tell ya to get bent, basically! No wonder you’re so effing slow! You’re busy putting back prescriptions. Seems productive!!!!

This pharmacy location is terrible. Even though everything online says they are open until 10 they in fact are not. I called before hand to make sure my prescription was ready as it was just sent in and was told as long as I make it there before they close at 8 they’ll have it ready. So I get to the drive through at 7:40(20 minutes before they closed) and waited as there was one car in front of me. At 8 on the dot they finished with the other customer and I drive up and they already have a sign on the door saying they’re closed!! I waited in the drive through for 20 minutes after being on the phone for 30 minutes for nothing. Extremely displeased in the service here as well as the fibs I was told.

Walgreens Jenks is a staple in my weekly errands.It's close, convenient, warm, and welcoming! I love the wide aisles and great selection. From meds to makeup, to photos and toothpaste, there are a multitude of products that make my checklist! Because of its convenience and easy layout, I would rather do my shopping there than another Walgreens in another area.

This place is always a mess, Long waits, grumpy staff, incorrect hours. Even the checkout takes an eternity and a half. They should seriously fire the management here and find someone competent who can run a customer focused pharmacy.

When ppl leave a review believe it. Smh I go Friday to the drive thru for a script. 9am says it opens. 9:07 am nobody comes out to remove the blocks from pulling up all the way. I call and let them know nobody has removed them. I'm told they are open and someone will be out to do so. 9:10 9:17 9:20 nobody. I had to ask 3 ppl to back up so I could get out. If I could have went in I would have. As I drove off they still had the pharmacist not on duty sign still up as well even though the manager said they were open.

They held my script for 5 days, but said it would be ready on the 2nd. Went to pick it up at 11am on the 2nd and wasn't ready. Had to work so I went back to get it on the 3rd and they told me it was OUT OF STOCK! Same girl in a mask both days-terrible unknowledgable staff. Never using this place again.

The pharmacist closes whenever he feels like it. The advertised hours are not accurate accordingly. I stood for 15 minutes with no line and they looked at me at keast 10 times. No help. Went up front and asked them to page pharmacy...

So incredibly frustrated. My son has special needs and we literally LIVE at the pharmacy. We usually do not use this location but on this particular day this was the only pharmacy that had the script we needed in stock before our trip so we filled here, drove across town to get the meds and will NEVER be back. They argued with my husband about their "policy" for quite some time before the pharmacist called her superior only to find out they could, in fact, fill the medication the way we had requested. By this point they were frustrated that they were wrong or something -They sent us home one giant bottle of medication and two small bottles of water and basically told us to figure it out. It's nothing short of negligent. Luckily I deal with this medication all the time and can figure it out, but imagine if someone did not. The pharmacy tech was rude, argumentative, and had zero interest in taking care of my family. Absolutely baffling.

I’d give zero stars if I could. The kids working in the pharmacy are very sweet and trying their best. I have no issues with them. Their pharmacist needs some serious customer service lessons. I have been using them for the last 8 years and here within the last year, they’ve easily become the worst Walgreens in Tulsa. There’s always 3-4 people back there when I go in so I don’t understand why the drive thru line takes 45 minutes to get through and why they only have 1 register open inside the pharmacy with a line all the way to the frozen food. It’s unacceptable that I have an issue every single time I need to pick up a prescription for me, my daughter or my husband. Also, don’t bother calling them. You’ll be on hold for 20+ minutes and then they’ll just hang up on you. I’d say save yourself the headache and frustration and just use a different pharmacy if you can. I also think it’s pretty pathetic that even the other surrounding Walgreens pharmacies know about the awful reputation that specifically the Jenks location has. Big yikes.

I have been using this pharmacy since I moved to Jenks. It always takes a few hours to get your meds after you call in your prescription. Today, they called mine in at 9:30. I went in at 11am and they said it wasn't ready and to wait for a notification. I get one at 12:46 and my husband went to get it (by this time I was starting to feel terrible because I have strep) and a sign was posted that said they were closed for the DAY! I had to call my doctor to move my subscription somewhere else because my condition was worsening. Cannot believe this is how they operate!

I've used this pharmacy for a long time but my last experience there was terrible. They tried to charge me $98 for a prescription I paid $10 for a month ago through my insurance. My coverage didn't change, and this is a co-pay medicine, so deductible shouldn't apply. I tried explaining that and the lady told me I didn't pay that when I have the receipt showing that I did. She put the phone receiver down and walked away from the window when I was talking. Older lady, short red hair and glasses. I hardly ever leave negative reviews but that was very rude and unprofessional. I will be moving my prescription somewhere that has better customer service.

Worst experience ever.” At a pharmacy.The person at the pharmacy window was one of the rudest people I have ever talked to. She was argumentative, complained about how I wanted to pay, and was just mean the entire interaction. Decided it was a great time to give me a lecture, shaming me for using GoodRX.After waiting almost 45 minutes to simply pick up a prescription, this is how I was treated.I will be changing pharmacies.

I always loved this pharmacy until the last few years. They drove away all of their awesome techs and pharmacists ( the only great pharmacist that is still there is Neshil Patel). If you do have to pick up a prescription from there, pray that you don’t have to deal with Deb! She is beyond rude, and apparently does not want to do her job. Considering that I know people who worked in that pharmacy before and even they did not want to work with her tells me that the company does not really care about how the workers treat their customers. If you have to go to Walgreens, I suggest taking your prescriptions to the New Walgreens in Sapulpa!

Can't even begin to tell you how bad it is. Went by for prescription, of course not ready after a day. They kept ID & CC said come back at 2:05 we're going to lunch in 3 minutes. Went back at 2:05, closed for the day. Locked up. Said they didn't have a manager so had to legally close the store. ID & CCard still there. Less than genius.

Hilariously bad. Since 2020, they’ve had horrendous lines for the pharmacy and shortened hours until recently. They made my provider wait an ungodly amount of time, and never confirmed they got the prescription. I was on hold for an hour and a half. It’s taken an entire day to still not know if they have the prescription, and when I was in earlier, there were many people working in the pharmacy, so it’s not like it’s one pharmacist being bogged down. It’s absolutely hysterical how little they care about being in the business of medications…that keep people alive. Sad that people don’t have a choice to go to this circus of a place because insurance won’t cover CVS down the street. Shame on you guys.

If I could give zero stars I would.My copay on my husbands medication has been 20 dollars all year and it’s 428 in December. When questioned on how this happened or why (because your coverage does not change and deductible start over until January) the horrible acting women behind the front desk proceeds to tell me it’s due to the “insurance companies wanting to get their money”. I had brought my mother who is an insurance broker and explains plans to companies employees for a living. She corrected her wrong statement and explained how insurance companies work (this women was completely wrong, it was comical) and she got snappy and rude and made snide comments as we left. If you can manage to go anywhere besides this God forsaken place, I suggest to do so.I’m a nurse, it doesn’t matter how frustrated I am at work, I don’t treat people that way and neither should they. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE PLACE.

The absolute worst service from a pharmacy & pharmacist I’ve ever received!! You try to be understanding because not only are we in a pandemic, every place is short staffed & over worked. That being said, that gives no one, including the pharmacist a reason to be rude! After waiting on phone for 46 minutes with recording stating one caller ahead of me, I was told by the pharmacist to call my Dr.s office to request a PA. Um, no that’s Walgreens job not the patients! Also, there is no reason any patient/customer should wait 53 minutes in the drive thru with only 4 cars ahead of mine. And then to be told my medicine hadn’t been filled yet when I was told the day before it would be filled on that day by 4pm. So over 24 hours later waiting in the drive thru for 53 minutes & prescription still wasn’t filled. The amazing part is the surrounding Walgreens pharmacy/pharmacist agree Jenks Walgreens pharmacy is horrible & the male pharmacist in Jenks is rude! It’s bad when other Walgreen stores & employees agree how bad jenks is. I will now very loudly express my views on the horrible service at Walgreens in jenks just so others don’t have to experience what I have

I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for over two years, you would think after the first month or two the pharmacist here would advise his technicians how to pull up a file or save information in someone’s file. Every time I come here they never have my insurance information saved I always have to wait over an hour and the main pharmacist, he’s bald head and glasses is very very rude told me to find a new pharmacy. Hey dude if your reading this !! It’s a 28 day refill not a month. Haha that’s fine I’ll go to the Walgreens up the road. Don’t go here there’s always lines back into the grocery isles because the pharmacist and techs don’t know what they’re doing.

The pharmacy is awful! They told us it would be about 2 hours to pick up for post operation medicine for all four wisdom teeth cut out. We go back after a text letting us know one is ready and they still are not done. It's been 4 hours after her surgery and her shot is completely worn off and she is in a lot of pain. We will NEVER use this pharmacy again!!

My family and I have had an outstanding experience at this pharmacy for the past 2-3 years. The pharmacist named Lacey in particular has gone FAR above and beyond what I would expect from any pharmacist time after time. As you read reviews, please keep in mind that there is selection bias in what you see. Most people are only motivated to write a review when something is incredibly good or incredibly bad. I can assure you that for my family, we have consistently positive experiences here. If you want a great pharmacy with kind staff and dedicated pharmacists, this Walgreens is a really great option.

I get why there's a 1 star based on the pharmacy.I know the lady's intentions were to be nice at window but language barrier didn't make easy for her to see there is a problem with her default answers to the script i was suppose to be picking up. And there not enough room to type out the conversation. Long wait to even to the window.

Customer service at the pharmacy is terrible. They told me it would take 25 minutes for my prescription and after an hour I went back asked and apparently it had been ready for a while but they didn’t care to let me know. She acted like that happened all the time and it was no big deal. She barely even apologized for my wait. I understand if it takes time to fill the prescription but customers should not be kept waiting unnecessarily.

This pharmacy has really declined. Tonight I drive up to get my asthma meds refilled (really need them) and it says they’re closed early. Really frustrating because this one is closest to my house so now I’m transferring to one further because I’m sick of this. The other day, I picked up a refill for my child that was sent in IN THE MORNING and it wasn’t ready until 7:30pm. Unacceptable. There is always a long line and I’m fed up. I’ll drive farther to get better service.

This pharmacy has consistent staffing and computer issues, more often than not you will show up because they text you that you have an prescription ready, but only to find out they are “temporarily closed due to staffing issues”. This has happened to me 4 times on the last year. Do not come here.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used! Always busy while workers are taking personal calls and completely ignore you when all you want is to pick up a prescription that the app says is already! But then, they can’t even find your prescription and have to refill it all over again while you wait!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. They have their pain medications on a time-lock safe. This is a very customer-unfriendly policy. I was post-operative and nauseated and forced to wait an additional 30 minutes to get my prescription filled. It was the longest and most uncomfortable 30 minutes ever. I understand there is an opioid crisis and it is terrible, but there has to be a better way for those of us using pain medication legitimately! So much for pain being a vital sign!

Absolutely horrible visit to the pharmacy. Took an hour to pick up a prescription. After waiting 45 minutes when they told me it was ready, they ended up putting me back in the long line to wait. This is not customer service. You don't send people back in line once they have already been waiting 45 minutes. They all need better management or new employees. Will never use this pharmacy or store again!!

My mom & I stopped in this morning to get some medicine and tissues; just general sick person things. The lady on the register who had purple hair was extremely rude to my mom and I for seemingly no reason. We are obviously sick, but we did wear masks and kept a distance. We put our things on the counter for her to scan to be helpful. I was going to get the bag from her to put in my cart and she said “I can’t lift a bag this heavy over the counter” and preceded to knock over all of our stuff off of the counter so she could hand us the bag. She was over all very rude to us, and got mad when my mom (who is SICK) didn’t know which button to press on the keypad. Again, I don’t understand how someone could be so rude to people who are obviously sick, it is common curiously. We never said a thing to her that would make her mad at us for any reason.
