1st time at the groomer for my little yorkipoo. He was very soft and fluffy clean and dry when I picked him up. The staff were friendly, and I felt comfortable leaving my puppy with them. The only downside was his nails, they were still very sharp. Maybe he didn't allow them to do much with them since this was his first time. I will return in 6 weeks to see how his 2nd trip goes. The shop was very clean and decorated well.Update!2nd trip was better than the first. He was able to get a full haircut, bath, and nail trim. We were very pleased and will return next week.

We take our two small dogs to get their nails trimmed probably every other week or so. Very affordable. $10 for a nail trim. I ask for Rhi when I go. Rhi does a great job, quick, and loves our dogs. Will always come back. Also very convenient as we don’t live far away.Note: they aren’t open on Mondays and nail trim are only open until 2pm.

My dogs certainly do not ever enjoy getting their nails trimmed, but they do such a good job here that there are as fine as they can be with it! They love Rhee (sp?) - the best - she’s like a true dog whisperer with them!

Took my 10 month old German Shepard for Christmas pampering. Dogs are supposed to be kept separated. 9am to 4:14 pm she was ready to come home. Lethargic. Found some scabs 2 days later so off to the vet. Doc said she had numerous bite marks from fighting. She has never been around other dogs. Will never go back

Best place I wish it wasn't so hard to park in front and no be able to see well backing out because something huge has blocked your vision. I also wish my animals would get what I asked for clip the fur around the pay while getting nails trimmed I've asked several times and he still looked like he is wearing slippers

We have a 6 month old Black and Tan Coonhound, and I was so worried about how loud he is. The ladies were so kind and patient! He smells SO good and his fur has never felt so soft. His nails look much better too. The shop was clean and cute! They gave him a fall bandana and treats! The entire staff was incredibly kind! Definitely coming back!!

I brought my four month old puppy for her first groom. She is just now fully vaccinated so we were waiting per vet instruction. When I spoke to the person on the phone, they told me I didn’t t need to wait because the dogs are kept separate. They didn’t ask for any shot records. When I got there, we were led to the back and went by approx 10 dogs, so that was not true. What was worse? Was the lady working there (the same one on the phone). When she took the call she made my appointment for 10 o’clock for a puppy cut. I got there at 9:45. I asked on the phone how much it would cost. She said groomers make their own prices and she couldn’t tell me. They told me told me it could be up to six hours until she was done. When I went for pick up no one was at the front desk so I went to the back pick up to someone disciplining a younger employee for supposedly going in the back where the groomers were. It sounds like she didn’t even go back there. The little girl was embarrassed but kept her composure. The person doing the lecturing completely ignored me. Eventually she left and the younger worker tried to take me to the front to check me out. But that same woman came back, cut her off and left me standing while she yelled at her again because 3 high school workers want off for homecoming. I sat another 10 minutes while she went through all this in a belittling tone with the girl. This was a Saturday at noon when they were busy. She charged $75+ tip for the puppy cut. I asked how much a full price would be and she couldn’t say except $120+ I have a small-medium golden doodle.We moved from Dallas and had a Yorkie that was groomed for over 16 years. Never have I seen such rudeness and confusion or such high prices. Never have they not been able to tell me how much it would be. This place doesn’t care about shot records and doesn’t appear to care about customer service or their employee well being. I wanted to tell the young girl to quit right there. She doesn’t have to put up with that and I neither do I. Won’t be going back.

This is a very professional place with friendly staff. Our cockapoo's cut is adorable and exactly what we asked for. Tragically, the groomer discovered a mass on Sammy's upper jaw which the vet confirmed two days later is an aggressive tumor. We are grateful to the loving care our 13 year old pup recieved at U Dirty Dog Saturday. .. unfortunately for our us and our sweet Sammy, this was his first and last visit.

this is absolutely THE place to wash a dog. And THE WAY to wash a dog! It was an absolutely fantastic experience and I absolutely believe that $20 is a great deal for not having to make a mess at my house or keep any supplies at my house! I loved being able to go in and just right away wash up bring my kids to help me dry my dogs they have all the shampoos and everything I need there! I will never wash my dog at my house again

We have a skittish dachshund with separation anxiety (we adopted him this April) and I had a hard time finding a groomer post-covid, as not many were taking new clients. I was able to get an appointment pretty quickly, and the staff was nice and friendly.Our dachshund is a silky wire piebald, and I wanted to accentuate his eyebrows and beard, similar to a schnauzer cut. But...his first groom was a not exactly what I asked for. I didn't know the person I spoke with wasn't the groomer and I'm guessing she wasn't told what I wanted.When I picked up our dog, Lynn (the groomer) had done a perfect job on his beard but his eyebrows were too short. She and I talked in depth about his cut and what I wanted, and she was really understanding. He had his 2nd appointment with her last week, and she did an awesome job. I would like his beard a little longer but it's something he's going to have to grow in to. They even give you little report cards and our guy did great during both his grooming sessions with Lynn.15/10 would definitely recommend!

Unfortunately I think this is our last time using U Dirty Dawg. We have been going here for a year and a half and I have raved about how great they do with our Husky who is long haired. However back in May and again today when I have picked her up it's significantly a different grooming. She still had a matting behind her ear and she was not fully dry either. I understand she has an extreme undercoat but this was never a problem before. Also in the past she always smelled so good but now she just smells of wet dog so I am not sure if its a change in products or new groomers. But to pay $130 and it be on the worst end of grooming she has received is really beyond disappointing I didn't review last time as I thought maybe her coat being tangled faster and her Sani cut not so great was a fluke and combo of her winter coat still blowing ( and I hate to be a negative reviewer). Today just solidified that we no longer will use their grooming services. Really disappointing to as we loved it here until these past few months and she seemed to enjoy them as well.Also her nails while trimmed are rough which tells me no buffing was done and overall it was just not anywhere near $130 worth and I wish I would have noticed in the salon not once I got home because I would not have paid that much for this otherwise.

Very clean, well stocked. Everything was provided shampoos conditioner scrubbers towels so convenient. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Great value and the reduced rate for my second dog was a nice surprise.

Have been going here for a while. Had a specific groomer that was absolutely great! We always got great report cards with such kind things written about our dog. Went today and wasn’t told our groomer had quit until after the appointment. They practically shaved our dog and wrote he needed meds and was very rude. Won’t be going back here again unless our groomer comes back. Be careful everyone, used to absolutely love this place and even recommended to many others. Definitely won’t be doing that again after today.

Absolutely LOVE this place. I had issues with Petsmart groomers and the groomers at U Dirty Dawg have gone above and beyond to change our tune! Greatest self serve dog wash, too! Their dog baths are covered in truck bed liner so they don’t slip!! I would give this place 10 stars if I could!

We were great clients for almost 10 years here with two of our fur babies, giving good reviews and referrals. We did not have the best service the past 3 times. The owner agreed on our first of these 3 visits that the girls were not groomed well at all after I sent pictures of their uneven cut and long hair messy tummy areas not tended to. I did mention they weren't as clean and pristine as we were accustomed to, although in a very kind tone. The next time, they were better overall, but much longer than they had always been in the past and said we would like that to be addressed for the next time. Third time, they were still cut rather long. We pulled up the pictures and asked what needed to be done to get them back to the way we used to pick them up like. One of the ladies there said somehow our notes must have been accidentally shifted to a longer cut. They offered to fix it but we didn't have time to wait and said lets just take care of it next time. We still tipped 20% and were still kind.Fast forward a few weeks, I called to confirm on their upcoming appointment date/time and was met with a very rude call back from the owner saying they assumed I wasn't coming back because I hadn't been happy with my groomers, that I had "shot my mouth off", and was accused of yelling at and hanging up on her employees. I was stunned and said I had no idea what she was talking about. Obviously I was rather offended at her comments to me and the undeserved rude treatment as a good client of 10 years. She continued to argue her point saying why would I want to come back if I was so unhappy. I explained to her that I did not know what was happening, that I never hung up on anyone nor ever yelled at her employees, that we always left 20% tips, were always friendly even on the few times we weren't thrilled with the girls grooming, and only pointed out that as a client I should be able to inform them if they were not done well and to ask that they go back to the way they used to be groomed there. I told her I have always referred people there and couldn't believe the way she was speaking to and treating me out of nowhere and that this behavior did in fact make me want to go elsewhere and write a negative review after all. She said if I would "shut my mouth and listen" and that "people like me always threaten to write bad reviews"....I thought I was in the twilight zone. Such a bizarre conversation I was having.Eventually she "apologized" saying she read some of the notes on my file wrong, but then acted as though she called me nicely to see if I wanted to come back after being dissatisfied, which was not at all the way the conversation went.I tried to accept the "apology" not wanting to have to find my dogs a new groomer when they are familiar with this place, but I just can't trust bringing my babies back here again to be treated right. I can't ignore the extremely rude treatment I was given after a decade of being a kind, loyal client to this place. Very uncalled for. Very Unprofessional.

I have been washing my own dog for 15 years. This is by far the best self service dog wash I have ever been to.The tubs are an adequate height as are the drying stations. No more bending over.There is a large selection of shampoos to choose from as well as conditioner.The drying stations are clean and offer a selection of combs and brushes.The entire facility is very clean with no dog smells.This is my new go to self serve dog wash.Thank you!

Everyone is so nice, I went in to use their self serve equipment. I was having a difficult time with my dog and one of the groomers came to help. She gave me some great tips and tricks for washing my dog (Lola). Although they gave me all the tips I decided to just have their groomers wash and cut her hair. Great service!

Great place for a self wash! Staff were incredibly friendly and so very helpful. Prices for self wash are very reasonable. It was very clean and sanitary inside and out. They provide all types of shampoos including whitening and flea, they include the aprons, scrubbers and brushes. Masks are encouraged but not required. The only problem I had was finding it since there's no outside sign. So you kinda have to really look. Other than that, I'd definitely recommend! I'll be going back with my other 2 fur babies!

Took my 2 German shepherds to this place , Diego my male dog he come back with a burn in his eye took him to my vet and he had not only a burn from the electric scissors but also an infection . I Called to talk to the owner 3 times , Charlie the receptionist would tell me the owner would call me but she never did , she was never available . I pay not only for their services for my two dogs but also for a vet bill , I also notice after checking reviews that they have other complains that Involved German shepherds . I would not recommend to take your dogs to this place .

I took my 2.5 lb chihuahua to get her nails trimmed Saturday. I had taken her there a couple times before and was pleased. Normally, it takes two people to deal with my little dog. I believe the girls name was Maggie. She took Jojo back to the room, Jojo was crying (not unusual) I turned and walked down the hallway, then turned back towards the room to see the girl draw her fist back, we made eye contact, she grabbed Jojo and handed her to me stating she wasn’t going to deal with her. Jojo has extreme anxiety and this girl had dealt with her before and did a good job when she had help holding her. I’m not sure what she was thinking when she drew her fist back… I was surprised and disappointed that someone who works with animals could even consider something like that.

My five-year-old daughter and I took our two golden retrievers to the self serve dog wash on a whim. The price was very reasonable compared to hiring a groomer and the facility was perfect. Even with two large dogs and my very small helper, we were able to thoroughly clean them both. The water temperature and pressure were perfect and the soaps were thin enough to sink into the water resistant hair of both dogs. The dryer room looked like it had snowed by the time I was done with both dogs, but they actually were nearly shed-free by the end. The complimentary bandanas are a great touch at the end. My husband was even impressed when we got home, saying, "The dogs actually smell good this time!"

Groomers cut my dog on his inner arms and thighs. Left with multiple scabs. They also didn’t acknowledge my trim requests and cut too short in most areas. This place was recommended, but I wouldn’t go back.

This is a great place to wash and dry your dogs at. We have been coming here for a few months now and everytime the ladies therw are so polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend comi g here and you cant beat the price either. Other places charge by the hour or charge $20 for 15 mins.
