They don’t believe in customer service. They’ve got one person working the self checkout line AND trying to cover the customer service desk. It isn’t working. They are already saving labor by doing the self checkout…. Why not “splurge” and have someone in the customer service booth?!? Very inconvenient and disappointing

I love that Reasor’s continues to offer more and more organic produce and now grass fed & “finished” meat options! I cannot find grass fed & “finished” products anywhere else! This quality is so important to many of us. Thank you Reasor’s for always being a step above the rest.

This places has fallen from where it was by a long shot, still slightly better than Walmart in quality but customer service has gone to hell and I've bought multiple products in the last couple of months that I've brought home and found it is no longer good. Today I got orange juice that was 3 days expired. How do you not check dates for at least 3 days. The bakery employees are very impolite and the cashier's are extremely slow on the register and the self checkout barely functions.

Bring a wheelbarrow of cash, in case all the registers stop taking cards like they did today. Also this store has a TON of expired food. Some of the peanut butter expired in 2022. About a quarter of the yogurt is expired at any given time. Accidentally bought a loaf of petrified bread, because who can read the date stamped on a clear plastic bag? I know they're still letting stock run out on Old Reasors products while they switch over to New Brookshires products, but they should probably just rent an extra dumpster and not sell out of date food. There's a new-ish Walmart Neighborhood Market about 2-3 miles down Elm (on the other side of the turnpike) that is less gross than most Walmarts. It's worth the extra few minutes to get there.

Good milk, nice selection and the floral dept had a fresh selection! The meat counter employees are knowledgeable and wrap the meat well so it doesn’t make a mess.

Ordered half sheet birthday cake for my husband 4 days before pick up. I normally order from sams but my son had ordered one a few months back for his wife's bday it was very moist and delicious.. So when we ate the cake it was a big disappointment it was very dry and tasted a level under sams cakes. Unfortunately me and my family won't be getting any more cakes from your bakery.

I called and spoke with Xavier a few days before I spoke Travis about my loss of my keys, Travis and Xavier looked in two locations of the store to make sure my keys were not in the store. Thank you gentlemen. The people in the deli and hot foods are wonderful to the customers with great hospitality, keep up the amazingly great service please.This store is always clean and a very professional staff. The new self-checks are the worst. They should not even be called self-checks as you can't actually do anything yourself. It requires assistance from staff for nearly every item you scan and if you bring your own bags, you'll wait forever for those to be verified. They need more than one staff member monitoring them and more registers open. Prices are higher than any other grocery store as well.

I walked in here trying to find some green onions that took me between 5 and 10 mins. I didn't so much as have any eye contact made by the staff and/or a greeting upon walking in. I understand that there's only selected few people that can go into this store, but I didn't even get greeted when I was at self checkout. The lady looked at me like I didn't belong. I will never go here again and have never felt so uncomfortable in a store. It should have a big sign outside that says "No Colored Allowed".

This picture does NOT do this cake justice! The girls in the bakery,Jessa and Amber! Were wonderful to me!! Went above and beyond my expectations! They MADE my daughters birthday by making this beautiful candyland cake!! I can tell they really enjoy what they do, and they do it well! Thank you so much! I'll never go to anywhere else for my cakes!!

I have had Walmart grocery delivery for a few years and I have enjoyed the convenience of it. I get unlimited free delivery of groceries for $98/year. I was thinking of setting up delivery from Reasor's so I could get my groceries from there. However, I order groceries every few days and Reasor's delivery cost structure has each delivery costing me $11.50. By way of comparison, only 8 deliveries from Reasor's would exceed $98 that Walmart charges annually. I might order over $35 of groceries more than 8 times in a month currently. That would mean if I get my groceries exclusively from Reasor's, it would cost more than 10 times the delivery fees as from Walmart. I would actually like to get all my groceries from Reasor's, but with this delivery pricing structure, I will likely shop Reasor's for my groceries rarely if ever. Oh well.

Tired of them running out of the Prime Meats. The meat department is not run well. If you keep running out every weekend by 2 pm means you are not ordering enough and don't understand your business!

I don’t know what has happened to this store but it has really gone down hill! Must be the new ownership. Produce was dead, wilted and barely any fresh available. They were known for fresh beautiful produce. Manager was completely rude when I approached her about it and stated nobody has said anything to her about it. You can look and see it looks horrible! I definitely will stick to Whole Foods!

The flowers in the display look terrible. I told the floral lady that I wouldn’t spend $35 because the roses were dying in the arrangements and some even had dust on the petals. I could not find an arrangement in a vase under $35 that wasn’t turning brown so I said I would get a bouquet for $15 and that was my cap because of the conditions. Instead of assisting me or sprucing up an arrangement, she shrugged and said that’s how much they are and walked away. She would rather have a customer leave then solve an issue. This is my first experience with a rude employee uninterested in helping at Reasors.

I came into this location at around 6:45pm to grab sides for dinner on our way home from tumbling class and the deli had already cleaned everything up in the hot plates. The store closes at 9pm why are you cleaning things up before 7pm when it’s dinner time?

The item I wanted was in stock but it couldnt be sold to me. Maybe it makes sense to others that mushrooms can't be sold after the butcher has gone home for the evening, but it strikes me as a little odd and incredibly inconvenient.

*updatedAfter a problem on my first visit marketing reached out to me. They got me in touch with the store manager Scott. They quickly solved my problem and assured me that the office staff would be trained on membership rewards. My return visit was great and they honored all the sales I had missed. Dustin in the meat department was awesome! Mac in the office checked us out and corrected all the prices for us. I'm not sure what happened on my first visit, but they quickly reached out to me to resolve the issue. Good to see customer service like that.

***Edit: I was contacted quickly by management, although the outcome can’t be changed from the mistake involving the cake, I’m beyond pleased with the sincere apology and most of all accountability on the matter. I’m happy Reasor’s actually cares and is a company run with integrity.***I ALWAYS get birthday cakes from the Reasor’s in Jenks, the cakes are always so delicious and they have great decorators…however today that all changed. In May, I ordered a cake for a family members birthday, everything was great until I cut into it, I ordered white cake and got a 1/2 chocolate 1/2 white, I was annoyed but not enough to make a fuss and chalked it up to a simple mistake (at least it was half correct). Fast forward to today (7/26/22), cut into the cake for my 6yr old…we once again had ordered the white cake and it was ALL chocolate! My daughter said, “but we ordered white cake!!” I am one mad mama, my birthday girl didn’t want a slice of her birthday cake bc she does not like chocolate cake. Not only did I waste $30+ but now I will have to find a different location to get my cakes in the future. I won’t be fooled a 3rd time. Do better before another kid is disappointed.

Easily the best produce and meat selection in jinx and surrounding areas. Also, the staff is always super friendly and helpful, in the store is always spotlessly clean.They are not the cheapest, but honestly, it is such a joy to shop there that in many cases I am willing to pay a little extra just to have a good shopping experience.Plus, they are a local chain, and my wife and I like to shop local to support the local economy as much as possible.
