These two wieners are about 3 years old and have gotten great service from Jenks Vetrinary clinic. Yup, I tried the new hotels for dogs once because I didn’t make an early enough reservation but I’m sticking with the traditional layout and facility. My dogs just love the techs and the doctors.Pro tip- need a quick daytime place for the kids(dogs) ha ha. Call them and if they have room drop off and pickup same day. Minimal charge. Need services just have it done while they are at doggie day out.Can’t say enough good.Thanks

We’ve been satisfied “family” clients of Jenks Veterinary Hospital for many, many years with both our own numerous pets as well as our extended family members’ pets. They consistently provide loving and professional care to our beloved pets at every life stage including compassionate care at the end realizing it is one of life’s most difficult decisions. They work as a team to help us give each of our pets the best quality of life possible, yet are respectful of our choices when we choose a more conservative or affordable treatment plan. Every member of their staff makes us (as well as our fur babies) feel welcomed, loved, and valued. I lost my precious 17-year old dog last week. As traumatic experience as it was, Dr Townley and Rhaeann Bair at the clinic and all of the rest of the staff I interacted with were amazing. They were kind and comforting and knew exactly what to say to help me. The process was as compassionate as it could possibly be. I will be recommending Jenks Veterinary Hospital to anyone who needs a referral.

I recently had my dog spayed. The surgery went well but my dog came back filthy.She smelled terrible and some of her fur had clumped up from something. I'm guessing she had to lay in her own pee.I board my dog regularly at another establishment and I've never received a smelly dirty dog.My dog is too precious to return here for any overnight treatments or boarding. Which is a shame because I really liked the staff.

Love the vets and techs here! They're good even when our dogs act up and provide great medical care. Prices are good too, which is helpful when you have multiple pets. They treat us and our pups like family.

Outstanding Doctors and staff !!! Took my daughters holland lop bunny in to get spayed . They took the time to explain and answer any questions she had about the procedure. And took excellent care of our bunny ! Will definitely be taking our male bunny in to get neutered in a few weeks ,and completely confident in the amazing care he will receive as well . So happy to have a vet office were the Dr's and staff care just as much about my furry family member as we do .

Not only did they get me in the same day, as a new patient, Dr. Mac combed through pages of medical history to understand my fur babies condition. I called at 5:55p and by 7pm had been responded to, even though it was after hours. Everyone has been so kind and understanding. Highly recommend.

I recently had to put my 14 year old chocolate lab mix down. Such a hard thing to do. The staff there was too kind & very sympathetic. The vet was very calming as he walked me through the process. he stayed with us, trying to sooth not only myself but my fur baby as well. Even though I was inconsolable, I like to believe he succeeded with my nestle. I liked to thank them from the bottom of my heart for helping ease her pain, end her suffering and helping her cross over peacefully.

Very happy with Jenks Vet Hospital for my Chinese Sharpei who has historically had difficulty with vet appointments. My first visit with my pitbull. Highly recommend Dr. McWilliams and his staff are amazing. As a pitbull mom, I have found not all vet's are nice to our babies. Everyone there looked at my Diamond girl just like any other dog. No discrimination, will definitely be going back

Sometimes this Vet clinic goes to far. Recently our dog died there due to their efforts to go to far. She had a laceration on the back of her neck and a puncture in the front.She was small (3.5 Lb) toy poodle. She needed the trauma and shock dealt with first and foremost. Then numb the wound and suture shut with the exception of the last stitch to allow for drainage.This didn't happen unfortunately and they tried to do too much to soon for her condition. I hold not grudges, but it felt more like a money grab. I will never take another animal to them unless there is no choice.We had another experience with them before with fair results. Once again our toy poodle was pregnant. They tried to send her home without really looking at her. Stating that she needed to be in labor at least 2 hours prior to them helping her. We pointed out that at least that time had passed. My wife had to insist an ultrasound. Well she had a large puppy in her that was way to big for her to give birth to. They did an excellent job with the C-Section. So like I said mixed results.Make up your own mind if you are willing to gamble with a loved one with them. I won't...

The staff here is nothing short of amazing, they do routine care for my dogs and take super good care of my little "special needs" doggy who has dramatic health challenges fairly routinely. Both Dr Mac and Dr Townley have been wonderful, patiently answering questions fully and even when I feel like they could probably reasonablly roll their eyes at me they are excellent. They definitely believe that calming an owner's anxiety is as much part of being a vet as treating the pet.I drive past about 6 other vets on my way there, I could much more easily go somewhere else. But nah, I like them. And their prices are reasonable. Veterinary care is a balance between cost and standard of care, and this clinic maintains a great balance and the staff gives you as many options as possible at different price ranges.

Sadly last week we had to put my grandmothers chihuahua dog to sleep he was probably about 22 years old, Dr Baker was amazing, very impressed with her compassion and love for our pets. Side note: I stopped coming to this vet like 10 years ago because I had a bad experience but with this visit they won me over again. Thank you.

I had a very unpleasant experience with a receptionist at this office. So much so that we decided to go with another veterinarian and office all together. It is quite unfortunate because the doctor was an enormous help to our cat and the office is very conveniently located for us. We absolutely undoubtedly would have returned to see the doctor here if not for the blatant rudeness of this particular employee who I will not name publicly because I’d like to show her the decency I would have liked to have received on the phone that day. Very poor customer care. Do not recommend.

Scheduled a visit for a new puppy to get it's vaccinations, which I did on their website and got him in the very next day, so that was convenient. We arrived and little guy was very nervous, but the staff was very helpful and informative. The cost was reasonable. Overall, was a good experience. Will certainly be visiting again.

Took my dog to this office awhile back. We waited and waited about an hour past his appointment. There was some drama going on behind the desk between the employees. I almost left, afraid that my baby wasn’t going to get good care at this place. But then we were finally called back, the vet was great, very personable. But I have no intentions of going back.

My dog had cancer and last week we had to put her to sleep. This process was extremely difficult for me. She was such a loyal pet for the last 12 years and I am saddened that she is gone. A few days after I left her with Jenks Veterinary I received a card. The doctor took the time to write me a very touching note inside and attached my dogs paw print which they had taken before she was sent for cremation.Just want to say that the staff and doctor at Jenks Vet is hands down the best. That you so much for your excellent service, it will never be forgotten.

I received an email saying my dog needed to have her shots. I made the appointment through the email explanation. When I got there they said I had no appointment. I tried to explain the situation when the woman told me I had made a mistake. The conversation got heated and she asked me to leave. I went outside and found my confirmation of my appointment so I went back in to show it to her. I ask for an apology. She not only didn't apologize she refused to acknowledge they was a problem. I stayed home from taking a trip today to make this appointment. She is the rudest person. She should not be allowed to be at the front dest.

We have been going to Jenks Vet Hospital for a long time. I called today because I thought my dog was having a seizure/stroke. I was told I could drop my dog off. I show up, stand in lobby crying holding my dog and am told that there is only one doctor and he won't be able to see her until after lunch or later because he is in surgery -- this means my dog would have to wait almost 3 hours to be seen. Why couldn't she have told me that over the phone? That would have saved me a trip and gotten my dog seen earlier at another vet. Not good customer service particularly when I was scared to death for my sweet dog and obviously distraught both on the phone and in person. I left and took my dog to a different vet.
