Dr. Murray & Stacey are absolutely wonderful. They answered every question I had without hesitation and were great with all three of my dogs and my roommate’s dog. I also love this new location. It’s smaller and more personable than the BA location, which is great as well, but I definitely prefer this one! Will absolutely be using them for all of our dogs’ needs.

I would give Good Shepherd veterinary hospital 10 stars if I could. We’ve had pets for about 27 years now, and started using Good Shepherd soon after they opened a couple of years ago, just around the corner from us in Jenks, for our dog Molly. They became our favorite vet, hands down.Dr. Murray is kind, compassionate, thorough, knowledgeable, and so very friendly. Molly had an ear infection that just evaded diagnosis. Dr. Murray suggested that we send a sample to an outside lab. While that cost a little bit, it resulted in a specific diagnosis and treatment plan that kicked the infection immediately thereafter.More recently, Molly developed a bladder issue which we tried to treat for several months without success. Dr. Murray never pushed us to do anything, but was reasonable and explanatory all the way. She had a growth in her bladder which was not shrinking despite a few different treatment approaches, and at over 13 years old, we weren’t going to subject her to surgery.When the very sad day came to evaluate end of life, Dr. Murray was out, and Dr. Webb guided us through the process - again with absolutely no pressure either direction. It’s impossible to imagine anyone being more compassionate or understanding at such a difficult time. We don’t have enough good things to say about her, as well as their vet tech (also Molly) that day.My wife and I still miss our little pup Molly (me especially). After it was over, Good Shepherd sent the nicest sympathy card signed by all their staff, along with two little sheets of paper with our Molly’s front paw prints on them. What a beautiful thing to do.This review would not be complete without mention of the financial side. Veterinary medicine these days is not cheap! But Good Shepherd was very reasonable at all times. The cost of any extra check and the external labs was always made known to us beforehand. And Dr. Murray even called around to find the lowest cost option for a couple of medications! I believe their charges were more reasonable than any vet we’ve used before them.I notice their office has 5.0 stars across all of its ratings. There’s a reason for that! I cannot recommend them highly enough. 😊😊😊

Best experience for both my pets and me! I made the change to Good Shepard 2 years ago and it was the best decision for us. Welcoming friendly staff, clean office, always cleaning, Dr. Shane Murray is top notch. He provided excellent care for my dog. He's thorough and caring. He answered all my concerns and questions. It's easy to make an appointment and the waiting area is a pleasant experience. I like that there are two offices one in Jenks and one in Broken Arrow. They are both excellent. Prices are reasonable and transparent.

Update: Still 5 stars and I would give more if possible. We have been with Good Shepherd for 5 months now and each visit is better and better. My pup has grown in confidence with this caring staff and happily trots off to the back when needed. They are kind and foster an anxiety free atmosphere that helps calmn pets and owners alike. Update: Still 5 stars. Both of my cats see Dr. Murray. They both have different personalities and they are always so well taken care of. Dr. Murray is very thorough and always makes me feel at ease. He remembered that one of my cats was needing to lose weight and thankfully, we are in the process of that. All of the vet techs are so nice and handle my catmom psycho nerves well.Came here yesterday for my cat. I was nervous because I had never taken her anywhere. Will be coming here from now on! The doctor was attentive, answered my questions and everyone I encountered was so nice. My cat also seemed to feel comfortable.

Fantastic vet for your fur babies! They squeezed me in as a new patient without an appointment to see my sick cat, the doctor was thorough, compassionate, and explained everything.The rooms are "free range" so the your pet isn't kept confined in their carrier, which really helps with any of their anxiety. I absolutely loved everything about them and will definitely be making him my new veterinarian!

Good Shepherd Veterinary Hospital is an amazing business. I have been taking both my cat and dog here for a year now and I can confidently say that when I come, my pet is in great hands. They are so supportive, and really care about each animal that steps foot through their door. There’s been a few times that I have needed to book an appointment on the same day, and they are quick to get me in. I really appreciate everything they have done for me and my pets.

We had such a great experience at Good Shepherd! They were able to get us in same day and every person we spoke with was extremely kind and helpful. Dr Katie was so great and even let my daughter listen to our cats heartbeat. The doctor gave us multiple options for our cat and gave me lots of advice about what to watch out for. They all truly care about the wellbeing of your pets!

We loved Dr Kevin, he was knowledgeable, kind , and exceptionally patient with our 4 year old daughter who is very involved in wanting to learn how to take care of our new family addition. I have already recommended Good Shepherd to my sister and mother, who also have pets. To us, our dog is a part of the family and we want the best care for her. Good Shepherd did just that!

We had the best experience at Good Shepard! Online scheduling was easy, the staff was knowledgable and friendly and made Ruby (my mini golden-doodle) feel so special! Dr Murray took his time and answered all our questions! They told us the "plan" for a puppy and made sure I knew we could call them anytime with questions!

Good Shepherd VH recently opened just up the street from us in Jenks. It was so convenient that we decided to give it a try with our doodle who develops food sensitivities easily. They got us right in, were prompt and very thorough. They treated our dog like family (very important!), and had a fast and efficient checkout! They truly had our dog’s best interest at heart! I highly recommend you give them a try at their new Jenks location!

Highly recommend this vet office. They took great care of my dog. She had a skin infection and didn’t have to be on allergy meds. Issue was resolved in a few days with right meds! Best experience in south Tulsa area and I’ve tried them all. Great customer service, pricing and especially care!
