This store is hardly ever open, just warning you. It is overflowing with product because corporate continues to send endless inventory when it is clearly not needed. This is no fault of the employees. They are truly doing their best. Dollar General has to be one of the worst companies to work for.Pay your employees a respectable wage and maybe you'd actually have enough employees to keep the store open all day.

Shelves needed stocking. They didn't have alot of stuff on the shelvesClean, well organized. Easy to find what we were looking for.Cheap stuff some bad items some good recommended for getting snacks have good brand options but the off-brand is so bad

It would be nice if they would actually open during business hours. They might be open 1 out of 10 times I try to go. Today it was 2:30 in the afternoon with the door locked and no sign even saying they are closed. Never had a location this awful

Closed mid day…AGAIN. This store needs so much help. The isles are always dangerously cluttered, they are horribly under staffed resulting in randomly closing the store. Management needs to do better here.

I like this place but they are just randomly closed down all the time for one thing or another. Either not enough employees, or no money, or machine not working and last week remodeling. Better call before making a special trip.

The worst store I have ever seen. It use to be one of the best. Always closing early the isles are always full of boxes .The store is a mess . They close so they can unload the truck. They need people who know what they are doing .

One of the nicer stores I've been in. They've really beefed up the variety in items. The entire store is well stocked. We just don't g get that in Tulsa unfortunately. Keep doing what your doing. It works. The employees were so friendly.

Understaffed.The manager was working & she is AWESOME! I asked if she was scheduled to work alone today. Unfortunately 2 ppl called in & no1 was answering phones to come in to cover. Crazy thing is Same situation everyday at Medical Facilities except we can call agency.I think retail should Definitely do some type of Agency. SURE they wld have to pay that person way more than the actual employee but I wld take it out of their chk by cutting hours.

I always have a good experience with the staff at this store. It's not always tidy nor easy to maneuver through, but the customer service helps to make that tolerable. My only issue is, and this is with any of their stores, the prices. The prices do not match the quality of the merchandise. The prices are as much, if not more, than Walmart, but you get more trash than treasure...so it's best to just stick with name brands and/or necessity.

Little local General store. I enjoy the smaller stores. They carry a base set of needs. May not have exactly what you want, they will most likely something to get the job done. Easy in, easy out and fast. If it isn't busy I enjoy the doggy toy squeaker they use to get staffs attention. I giggle every time I sqeeze it. Staff is always friendly.

I've had many wonderful experiences at this store. The staff are wonderful, the prices are reasonable, and the savings are unbeatable. Even when stocking the store is still incredibly clean. This is one place I actually don't dread going to.

The Dollar General is packed with all sorts of things and is cheaper than the larger stores. I enjoy shopping in a smaller store. I find usuallyeverything I am looking for. The employees I have encountered have been friendly and helpful. There is handicapped parking in front of the store. The store is clean and well maintained. Stocked well and lots of different things. It does have some food items and just about anything a person would want or need.

It's the best Dollar General store that I've been to. I absolutely love the $1 isle and the other $1 priced items. We moved out of Jenks a few months ago, however I still shop there. The employees were usually friendly and nice.

Currently 8:20 am and it was supposed to be open at 8:00 am. The doors are locked and the phone number goes straight to a busy tone. Very unhappy with this and there were several attempted customers trying to go in. At least put a sign up if you aren’t going to open on time.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Even when there appears to be a long line, they get the customers through really quick. Clarence cells are awesome. Overall prices are exceptional

In classic Dollar General style, there’s always one close to home and they have those things that you need to get on the fly. Wait time in checkout varies with foot traffic. And I tend to see new items in the checkout line here before I see them at other places.

I don't know what has happened to this store, but it use to be really neat and clean,you could walk down the aisles and everything was stocked,I went in 8-1-13 and they had carts everywhere and alot of selling items were in basketsyou couldn't get down the aisles and most of the shelves were empty..Very disappointed, It has really gone down hill since they have opened..Looking for a cleaning and neater Dollar General....

They do the best they can up there. It may take a while to get checked out and boxes in the isles, but the employees sure are nice!

Staff doesn't wear masks properly. One staff member told us she only wears a mask because she has to. They do not enforce their face covering policy at all.
