ATTENTION CORPORATE MANAGMENT Absolutely a 💯% shitshow 24/7 !!! Been in this store alot over the last 2 yrs . It is never clean,shelves half empty,while isles are always full of unpacked product, Trip hazards,laders left out. And under staffed . Needs new management asap. Freaking disgrace to this town .

Arrived at 9:45 P.M. - The front door was locked so I knocked. The lady that answered was upset that I wanted to get a bag of dogfood during their “very well posted hours”. She finally said well hurry up and I said no thanks. I’ll take my business elsewhere. We shop here almost everyday. Or we did.

If it weren't for their yucky milk, I would do ALL my shopping here! Even cigarettes are cheaper than anywhere near. Look out, Walmart, you're about to be had!

Pretty bad store. Guest service is awful. The workers are so rude and hateful. Treat you exactly like what you are "a transaction". They have carts blocking every isle so you can't access, browse or buy the things you need. And Lord forbid, don't ever ever ever touch a cart to move it to grab what you need. The workers yell at you and say " you are not allowed to touch these carts". And if you defend your self saying your just moving it to grab what you needed they go and gossip about you to the other cashier's up front saying "that's the rude one that touched the cart". Don't shop here guys or report to corporate.

Their working on getting five stars.Always friendly and willing to help.My wife is disabled and they always take the extra time to help her.They have recently rearranged the store. It seems to have given it a bit more room.The only problem is that they don't seem to have enough help when their truck comes in and the aisles are sometimes hard to get through. Makes a bit difficult if your disabled.

Store is very small! Shelves are rarely stocked. Unable to get down most aisles b/c they're usually blocked by huge carts containing boxes of merchandise yet to be put on shelves.. EXTREMELY frustrating! And I do mean usually! Saving grace is the employees who are pleasant and friendly. That makes the long waiting line to check out more bearable.

I love that we have a local Dollar General, but this one never discounts my digital coupons. I finely started demanding the discount that I took the time to load in my phone. For some reason it NEVER Recognizes my discount. And I hate holding up a line ,but i save any where from a buck to $8 sometimes! I had a worker tell me the same thing happens to hers as well. THIS NEEDS FIXED!! I WANT MY DISCOUNTS!...When i walk out without the discount I feel ripped off. I don't know why management won't report it since they tell me it is Corporates fault. But they can change it there in the store....um ok...Guess I will report it. You would think they would since it looks like someone is doing their job & cares customers get their discounts.The store is much cleaner & organized so I give a star for that. The crew are always kind & greet you so I give 2 stars for that. The 2 stars I took away is for the coupon situation & they are ALWAYS out of 1 or more items I go up there for & I usually have to go to another store for the rest of my items. Its not they dont carry them. They are just out, usually for a month at a time.

Very rude and discriminating. Criste and other employees just watch me at the register and leave me standing there once they see how im dressedl. until i speak up on how they are treated me. Walked passed me multiple times and continue do other things than argues with me. Very unprofessional. No communication between employees. This store needs better training. Criste replys how she been there 22 years and corporates wont do anything. Many more with same issue.

I go here on Sunday mornings. Pastor Tony , shepards us, he loves the Lord and you can tell it. A church that cares for all ages. fellowship with others. Joy leads us in worship. You feel the presence of the Lord there. And the young people are great here.

Store is always cluttered, can't walk down the aisles and look at anything! What aisles you can go down aren't stocked! Cashiers are very rude most of the time! Always have to wait in line FOREVER! ZERO stars if I could!

StockCarts loaded down with boxes are always in isle so you can't get around in store or get to things on shelves. Very dangerous!! The wait in checkout is very long.

They were extremely busy, but they had a register that was broken. They kept apologizing for the wait, but no one seemed to mind. The cashier was very speedy at her job.

My favorite Dollar General Store has to be in South West City Mo. Because my husband does most of Our shopping because of my health and wheelchair. They will help him locate items and are just great people. Especially Ms. Shirley Brown Oleary

Pretty well stocked, which was great! The issue was clutter, blocked isles, disorganization, and not the friendliest of gals working there. Corporate needs to fix the front door!

This store drives me insane. It's always clustered and the layout is ridiculous. Food sitting next to chemical. Some groceries to one side the rest to the other. And the lines to cash out are ridiculously slow every single time.

Prices too high Dollar General nothing $2 in there a little few items but the dollar is misleading on General to keep up with with the rest of the stores at Dollar Tree for instance Everything's a Dollar

Friendly staff. Yes u usually have to ask for the key to the bathroom, It's called Asset Protection. If u don't like having ago ask for the key, u can always go next door to Speedys and use theirs. Ice out tonight
