They could care less about being here , when you do grab someone’s attention Usually they screw up when checking you out. They have a new rewards system however the likeness of them allowing you to punch in your number before they check you out to make sure you get your rewards is zero to slim. When you do ask them about the rewards they have no clue. Other than that the gas is expensive an I wouldn’t pump here

I’ve never been somewhere with so many people who could care less about their job or being somewhat nice to people! Ashley has the absolute WORST attitude I’ve ever encountered in my entire life! I asked if her manager was around, she replied with “Nope”. I realize that common decency and being considerate of others is a foreign concept now, but just being pleasant would be enough! If you don’t want to work please do all of us a favor, STAY HOME!!!!!Update:After this review, to which there has been no response from management or anyone else, I went in the store to get the pizza that I had ordered, which had prompted the above review. Ashley would not wait on me but made her co-worker get my pizza. Amanda is always nice! While Ashley made snide comments to the other unpleasant male employee. If I was the manager they would both be kicking rocks! I’m sure I’ll get no response but suffice it to say, just go to Sinclair or Harp’s and stay away from speedy’s!

Speedy's is almost my idea of the perfect convenience store. It is clean and well-lit, the staff is friendly and service is fast. They have a good selection of hot and cold items, a variety of fountain drinks with both cubed and crushed ice, and they even have chocolate and vanilla soft-serve ice cream. Their hours are reasonable and the prices are not outrageous. I was impressed by their level of customer service whenever I have visited.

I'm in shopping list 5 years and I went in tonight and ordered two bone-in double orders of wings when I got home I noticed I only had one when I called I once not twice but three times I was hung up on twice and the third time some other lady answered the phone and I heard the other lady in the background said tell her there is only 10 so which is it? bad for business shaking my head sometimes I wonder if the skin is my sin.

Their pumps suck they need to have them repaired. Been here for over 10 mins and we are just now at 3.18 gallons. When you ask them about it they say it been working all day. They need to change the filters on the unleaded side.

Not complaints, but more of suggestions. Employee parking should be in the back and they should have 2 registers at all time plus food service staff. They are way too busy for the small lot and only having minimal staff.
