I went to Harps Food Store and I saw someone pumping gasoline for themselves. I thought that was neat. This place wasn't that busy. Plus it isn't that much trouble to find what you need, and do some quick spending if you know what I mean? I think there food quality is a okay!

I bought some JC Potter bacon today at the Harps Store in Inola, Ok. The expiration date was OCt 31 2023; today is Dec 2, 23.Called the store manager and he basically just blew off. He made zero effort to correct the problem, just said "yeah shouldn't have on the shelf." Well, I already knew that. Won't go there again.

Just ordered 8 piece chicken tender meal. Was given 12 piece by mistake. Chicken was so salty and fries were cold. $36 way too high. Never again Harps. Quality really gone downhill.

I love harps is deli don't get me wrong, but today I bought a barbecue chicken sandwich. I was eating it andthe chicken was kind of tough, but that's still not the problem if you're going to reuse your old chicken that did not sell make sure you debone it all of the way I about died eating y'all's product

Would never order another cake from here. I ordered a cake for an important birthday party on a Friday, and asked for the pickup time to be at 2 p.m. the next Tuesday. When I went to pick it up at 4 p.m. there was nothing at all written on the cake so the poor worker was rushed to put something on. I didn’t get a reason, and they barely gave me a discount, even when I asked for it. Please don’t rely on the bakery if it’s something important!

I had the most unfortunate situation happen with two managers 12 days later my money was still missing I had zero help from the two managers I was sadly at the mercy of finally I was told basically ur out of luck call the bck office so I did I was finally matched with Travis who then contacted chung and Derrick TRAVIS IMMEDIATELY VALIDATED ME he immediately made me feel like I wasn’t crazy he told me to go back to that store and GET MY REFUND he said the distract manager had been notified but may not contact me ( I was fine with this resolution) as I’m getting my refund (from the same manager who basically dismissed me and told me to go deal with my bank cause they didn’t have my money ) Derrick the district manager called me and asked me to please give him the story again and I did and he patiently listened to every word he was incredible just like TravisI was happy they got me my rent money back FINALLY but Derrick wasn’t happy with that he said I was owed some compensation for the absolute mess and the way we were treated and I was owed an apologyI am leaving 5 stars for the back office for the way they handled this and the way they took the mismanagement of their workers very seriouslyDerrick and Travis u the mvps u two are literal kings!!!<3 taste_of_cha0sSara sexton

Our go-to store for most of our needs. Staff is always friendly and very helpful if you need anything or have any questions. The chicken family dinners is a good quick choice for a last minute dinner idea. Also usually a good choice to stop for gas there, sometimes it is a little cheaper than the other stations in the area.

It's convenient, employees are friendly, store is clean but, when it's 39 degrees out they need to turn the heat on not the a/c. It felt like it was 39 degrees in there. Cannot shop in the cold

Very pleasantly surprised by this small-town Harp's! Bigger than it looks, and fresh food selections were great! Also large frozen section, plus gifts, etc. Friendly workers; at least 4 stopped to ask if I was finding everything I needed.
