It has been my experience that Walmart, as a general rule, is not the place for excellent customer service. But as we were passing through Idabel Oklahoma, we stopped and one employee changed my mind. Her name is Gina and she works in the men’s department. We were looking for a pair of swim trucks and being early in the year they didn’t have any out. We continued our shopping and Gina paged us over the loudspeaker asking us to return to the men’s department. When we did, there she stood with a pair of nice blue swim trunks in my husband size. Blue is his favorite color. Not only did she care, but she listened and knew his size and his favorite color. She went above and beyond our expectations. Gina is an excellent and thoughtful employee! This is an example of something that’s missing so much in our culture today, exemplary customer service.

Nothing was found on the shelves, it took 10 to 15 minutes to wait on a customer service cashier at the electronics department, the restrooms needed more housekeeping duties and the checkout lines were longer it seemed because only 7 was checking people out. Went in to grab some well needed medicine and you can see what I came across. And this is not one day this has happened, this is Everytime I go into Walmart.

I usually have a complaint (to myself) any time I have to go to Walmart, BUT I called yesterday and talked to a lady in customer service because I wanted to know if they had any white pumpkins. She went and checked for me and was really nice about it. I appreciated that she physically went and checked instead of just blowing me off and not being helpful. I just thought that deserved a positive review.

Not enough checkers, always haft to hurry to get a person!! Had a bad experience with one of the clerks in pharmacy! She hung up on me and told to call back when I am in a better mood! I had been waiting on a script for several days and I was was irritated!

They're never fully stocked and you have to wait in line just to check yourself out because the other lines are so full they need more help.

Need more people checking. Out of lot of stuff. More checkers some old people don't use cards and have the ability to do it. I helped a little lady do her stuff. More checkers. If you can have 30 pickup people over checkers they can wait bc they chose to have someone shop for them instead of doing it themselves.

Nice store. It’s your typical Walmart. Big clean and has most of what you need. Can be a bit crowded as it’s the only major store within 14 miles. Most of the staff are friendly and from the local area which is a good and a bad thing. But I guess why this store dedicated itself to self checkout. Help limit your interactions.

Average selection of items. store and restrooms are clean. The sales associates and staff don't interact with customers. Shelf stockers leave open snack wrappers and drinks on the shelf. some employees are too occupied with watching videos and updating social media to help customers.

Where do I start!?! They have a employee by the name of Blanca and she makes the whole store look bad. She steals from her own place of employment (Walmart) She gives her friends and family discounts that she shouldn't. Blanca taught another female employee how to give the discounts and that ultimately got that girl fired. Why isn't Blanca fired too!?! Blanca also usually hides in a corner by the cloths while talking trash and laughing at customers. She's very unpleasant and unprofessional. She should set a better example for her child. I can't believe that this store allows her to continue stealing right under their noses. If Walmart is going to prosecute every thief they catch then they need to do the same with their very own thieving employees. This particular Walmart needs to have the big guys come in and fix A LOT of issues with their employees. Spend your money elsewhere. Make it to where Walmart doesn't have a choice but to fix this store. Customers want to feel good about where they spend their money. I just can't feel good about spending mine here, not now.

I was visiting Idabel to take some things to my new job. I stopped in the local Walmart store to buy some bottled water and a couple of greeting cards. The was pretty well stocked except they didn't have the large packages of bottled water. I was unable to find graduation cards. Some high schools have not had their ceremonies yet. I ended up having to get a congratulatory card instead.

I checked my receipt from self check out and MANY of the items I bought were higher than the shelf price. Lost a good customer. Will be shopping at New Boston, Texas.

The store is extremely hot. After shopping there I have to go home and take a shower and shampoo my hair because I am soaked in wet! I don't mind spending money but I hate having to sweat to do my shopping! Also there is not enough cashiers, we all hate the self check out registers , and the 2 or 3 that have cashiers the lines are so long! Sometimes I park my cart and walk out and drive some where else.

Walmarts is Walmart. You used to be able to find everything you need. But not anymore. Prices have gone up so much. Its cheaper for me to shop at our local grocery store than drive all the way to Walmart. I still go a few times a month if i have to go that direction. Not enough checkers. You have to wait in a very long line to get checked out. I will not use self check out. Why should i have to pay the prices for the food, and check myself out. Nope, not happening. I will do pick-up before i do that. It's a job for someone. Walmart use to be for the working man. But not any more.

One thing this is a want to be supercenter. It's not a supercenter. Don't go here if your running late they will shut the doors down at 15minutes to 11 pm and if your not at the check out by 11 pm you will have to leave without anything. They put out stock way to early and you have to move something to get it. Very few knows where anything is. .It's a couple of stars down from the New Boston Walmart and Broken Bows also .

As the only real option for groceries and home goods in Idabel you have little choice but to shop here. Clean store but feels a bit stuffed full of things and not the greatest layout.

The staff were nice and the shelves were stocked. That is everything you hope out of a Walmart. The only reason for 4 stars were the store aisles could get a bit congested, so be mindful of when you go and be patient.

Don't go to the store if you don't look middle class or better cuz if you do and you go to self checkout as soon as you go there and try to take time to check out and pay and don't immediately pay as quick as you can they act like you're trying to steel stuff or take off with a buggy full of stuff you go to the store be very careful about paying or they'll be after you for trying to steal when you're doing nothing

Walmart supercenter is awesome. They have now a mixed stuff for asian and korean stuff. I don't need to go an hour to buy some stuff I needed.

Very rude. My husband and I are in our 70’s and we’re self checking. We had a box of wine and the lady associate wanted both of us to produce an ID. I left my purse at home but my husband showed her his and she said that we BOTH must show our IDs. I said that he was buying the wine and she said NO! You both are. We asked for the manager and all he could say was he backed up her decision. Never had this happen before! Very rude and 0 customer service.

Self checkout freaks me out . I'm afraid of not scanning a item. not enough room to put items so I can keep up with what I have scanned and what I haven't scanned. It's a great thing for people who doesn't like to pay .

Very good experience, only problem was the hours I thought Walmart opened at 5:00 am but it was 6:00 am so I waited in my car for hour which inconvenienced me ,but overall I got in and out quickly.
