Went to the dollar tree in idabel today and am absolutely appalled at the service we were given. Had a $100 bill to pay and they had no change for it. No problem with that. We go to leave peacefully no complaints and the girl walks away saying loudly " this is a dollar store not Walmart go shop there. Then as we get to our vehicle what we assume was a manager asks if there was a problem and being respectful we explained and all she had to say was well we don't have change for $100 and walked away. Did not address the problem at all

Just met the most rude and hateful employee in the Idabel store, wasn't about to miss anything that was going on with her phone. I'll go to broken bow and try my luck next time

Great stuff at a cheap price! The employs are friendly and helpful. The store is usually neat and clean. BUT the sidewalk and wheel chair ramp are DISGUSTING! It is covered in Cigarette Butts and needs to be swept daily and they dont do that. Plus employs should go in the back or on the side of the building to smoke and not right in front of the door for all the non smokers to have to smell the stinky cigarettes.

The store was in bad shape it looked like a tornado had gone through it you couldn't hardly get down the aisles merchandise was everywhere and you couldn't hardly find anything a lot of stuff in the floors there were only 2 people working maybe they are just short staffed I have never seen it look that bad before.

Store is always nasty with items everywhere and they have items that should not be on the floor for sale and when customers attempt to purchase they say they cant sell the item.

Your public restroom in Idabel oklahoma store is nasty all the time and never has tissue or paper towels. I have told the workers and they seem unconcerned.

I absolutely hate to have to go shopping anywhere the first 10 days of the month. Omg the congestion everywhere you go. All the stores are packed so full you can barely get around & the traffic is just as bad, but... lol, I am so freaking addicted to this store. I just can't help myself 😆😆😆

Dollar Store has came a long ways. They have alot more stuff now and seem to keep stock so it's definitely moved up 3 stars for me.

Friendly and found everything I wanted, but store is in total disarray. Aisles were so cluttered from the shelves, boxes waiting to be unpacked down every aisle. In inventory all over the floors. Very poor management
