I had a desire to make a journey to the Hugo Oklahoma Walmart from Commerce, Texas. I could’ve gone to the one across the street from my house, BUT NAY SHALL I!!! I made the 1 hour 30 minute trek to Hugo Oklahoma to visit this Walmart specifically. To say I was impressed would be an understatement. My dream of going to the Hugo Walmart was fulfilled and beyond with how professional the store looks, great selection of groceries, clothes, toy, and much more was Devine. 6/5 stars Hugo Oklahoma Walmart. You’ll forever live in my heart. I hope to visit once more in this lifetime.

Just parked and seen a young man telling an elderly man to pull carts back into the store... Their are nice employees but there are also down right untitled employees. I had also came to the store to do some shopping with my wife and the same young man told her that she couldn't use a scooter. I give this Walmart a 1star review due to the lack of kidness in the atmosphere.

Friendly staff, it’s a super center so it has a decent variety of products available — would appreciate more fresh and organic produces! 🍎 🍏 🍌 🍊 🍒 Ample parking available, most carts are functioning well, guns are available too, has a pharmacy inside, keys can be copied as well, bathrooms are available too, clearance items are marked all throughout the store. They have nice Bibles for sale!! Enjoy

Hate going here for the fact that I can never find anything. I'll spend an hour and leave with very few things. Leaving because I'm tired of walking around looking for things. Whoever designed the placement of things in this store obviously never shops anywhere.Two stars for a clean store. Prices doubled and a very nice inconvenient place to shop.

Can't find items you are looking for. Shelves not stocked. If I have to be a checker and check myself out, I should get paid for it. Prices have gone up everytime I go in the store. I can pay a small amount more and have a clerk check me out, someone bag my groceries and take them to my car.

I picked up groceries at 1:46pm... Placed my order for my prescription 2 days ago... I got a confirmation that it was ready. I'm still standing and waiting at 2;53pm as I type this and they've asked my name 5 times... And no meds....

The people who work here are some of the nicest people around. If you go to Walmart or anywhere really PLEASE treat the employees well. This needs to be a thing everywhere.

Wal Mart is a good place to shop as I know in HugoIf I don't go too often I enjoy Walmart I've had my good will toward my fellow man returned to me there more than onceToday they are working on the parking lot so be careful

Hate the remodel. Downsized, reduction, and searching for items. Reorganization doesn't work for me. More displaying of unwanted items with less to choose from. Rather drive 15 minutes more and go to another walmart

Would be more convenient if they sold men clothes so I don’t have to order online I have a long frame so I need 3x tall shirts to make up for the shrinkage while washing and drying you literally sell clothes for little boys and it’s ridiculous! What about the restof us

The Walmart we stopped at while traveling had to be the cleanest, most well lighted Walmart I have ever been in. The thing that made this Walmart really stand out was the woman in the women's department. She was very helpful but not pushy. She was friendly and pleasant. I don't run into many Walmart employees who seem to want to be there. I wish I could remember which town we were in, but it was in Louisiana.

Your typical small town Walmart supercenter. They have most items that you would need on a daily basis. Grocery selection is ok, they have most items people would have in their homes, but it's more of a regional selection so if you're looking for a certain brand that is found at Walmart in larger cities chances are it will not be stocked here at this one. Fresh Produce is also a issue here I'm not sure if everything is immediately purchased when it hits the shelves or if it's just not ordered. Don't bother buying the packaged fresh herbs very rarely are those fresh most look old and brown. I'm guessing people just don't purchase those as much here as in other areas. Otherwise this Walmart is like all others. Electronics, clothing, household items, garden center, sporting goods, paint department, average hardware supplies, pharmacy, toys and more.One BIG PROBLEM ive noticed with this Walmart are the amount of registers open. Not many open. Im sure they want people to use the self checkout stations, but those have been closed off also only having one register open. I can understand this late at night or in the month of april, but not at 9:00 am on a Saturday four days before Christmas. I believe what causes this is that this is the only grocery store open in town. If or when another food store opens in the town Walmart will lose customers that food shop. Its a shame that the customers have to put up with management not being able to manage the point of sell area better especially during the holidays.Personally im unhappy. Unfortunately i have no other choice.I hope the management reads this and makes the necessary corrections.

This store is easily in my top 10 favorite places to shop in Hugo. Friendly helpful staff. Very clean. Well stocked. Always plenty of checkouts open. Big plus is that Taco Bell is conveniently located in the parking lot. Customer for life !
