Always have a good time here! Being a mom means I have to lug around a carseat and my diaper bag and sometimes I just dont want to deal with all that. Sonic has definitely been a nice go-to for this momma. Gotta have my sweet tea fix!

Horrible..I ordered one drink..a large cherry vanilla cream dr.pepper..had to repeat it twice..it was $ 4.17. The server came out asking if I had a coke and while I waited a good while for my one drink I noticed a man with long hair in a ponytail walking around inside carrying a little girl..my drink was horrible and I'm tired of my orders being wrong or having to repeat my orders several times. Not to mention the man and child that should not have been inside..

The Hugo OK location is always having problems with the Sonic app. Last week, the app wasn't work three days out of the four that we tried, but if I changed it to antlers then I could place the order. So it's definitely the Hugo location. Getting tired of this as it's more of a miss than good. A lot of their stalls are not working as well, so finding a working stall is sometimes playing musical cars.

They removed the only somewhat healthy choice on the menu… the grilled chicken. Can’t get a grilled chicken wrap because they no longer sell grilled chicken. Why not stop providing water as well?

My daughter and I decided to go to Sonic for breakfast because they have a full menu all day. Unlike Mcd. We also use the app to order ahead. The food is tasty and as ordered and the service is great!

Sat for over 20 minutes for THREE DRINKS! We ordered through the app, like we've done before and waited. Saw it go up on the stall then disappeared. We waited another 5 minutes before ringing it. She tried to claim they didn't accept app orders till we told her we had the order receipt and to please get us our drinks. It went up on the stall then disappeared. After another 10 minutes I called the restaurant through their phone and asked again where is my order. They again claimed they never got my order till I told them I have my order number. That's when they said ooh okay and said it'll be right out and hung up on me. After another 5 minutes waiting they finally brought it out and the server threw our straws and napkins at us before handing us our drinks, which was warm btw, then said very curtly "have a nice day!" And stormed off. This is ridiculous, clearly either new staff is under trained or someone was clearing the orders to make "time" look great. I worked in two other fast food restaurants before this I know how this works. Absolutely ridiculous.

Arrived at sonic in antlers at 1104 last night. Website, app, google, etc said open until midnight. We arrived and lights were off and some interesting hanging out in the cars in the back of the parking lot. Update hours if you’re going to close an hour before posted. We drove into Antlers only because it said it was open. Will not be back! I can’t rate the service or food because I wasn’t able to get any!

The customer service was my only real problem. The last taking my order sounded rushed and flustered because they were busy. I get that. I've worked fast food. Getting the food made it better. When delivered they were smiley and friendly.

Usually busy, but service is always quick.Happy hour fountain /beverage drinks are very nice and plenty to choose from or create one yourself.My favorite day is Tuesday. That's half price cheeseburger day. That makes an affordable place to eat even better.
