Great store that's very well stocked! Only two take aways are that there really aren't any healthy keto and low carb options and Axton the cashier with a very bad attitude. If he could not be customer facing and some healthier option like baked chips, and low carb options then it could definitely be worthy of 5 stars.

The bakery, the butcher shop, & the deli each get 5**. Not sure why, but especially their in-store baked bread products are by far better than those of the other area Pruett's.Can't give the store 5** however, because I can't complete all of my shopping there like I can at their other stores. - This one has no pharmacy, so it's selection of medically related items is practically non-existent; ditto for personal care products. It's pet supplies are severely limited, too.

This is a wonderful store! It's clean, well stocked and the prices are very reasonable. I always walk through the produce just because their displays are so beautiful. All the employees seem to enjoy thier jobs, and helping people. I've never been in a Pruett’s store that wasn't immaculate and well maintained. Kudos to one and all from a grateful patron.

Went here to grab a cake for a 13th birthday, when we got the cake we were informed that the person who was making the cake quit while making it so two people had to make it, the second person who made it forgot to add a bridge thing on the edges on the cake, when we got home we realized that the spelling "happy birthday" was spelt as "happy briday" the image on the cake tastes like paper and it was really tiny, wasn't even centered in the middle

Having been in grocery store management many years I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness, the organized product on the shelves and the selection of very nice looking great priced food! The customers were all in upbeat spirits, although not having much employee interaction from what I saw with other customers that too was well executed! In comparison Walmart should be embarrassed and ashamed! Looking forward to future shopping trips.

Very nice store. Regular dry goods and produce section. Meat counter, sea food and a place for sushi stuff. A smaller size grocery with "BigCity" amenities.

Nice to try somewhere different. Dont like their meats but their frozen fried food selection is amazing.

The prices are good. But the buy 5 for 25$ chicken legs are all big and bulky yeah may sound good but after cooking them it's really firm and hard to enjoy it, tastes okay but the consistency is off like the chicken are on steroids or something. This is the second time the chicken has been like this and I don't think that will change. The employees are always nice and greet you with a 😊.

My favorite grocery store in the immediate area. Recently I have nothing the quality of the food is not very good. Plus some of the food are not interested in helping you. Several times recently I have waited almost five minutes before someone would recognize that I was there. Kind of disappointing going there looking for a hot meal. With the scarcity of dining options here in Hugo I would Pruitt's would step up their game.

Pruitt's is a fantastic grocery store. Since it is so much smaller than Walmart the selection isn't as good but the prices overall are comparable. Best produce in town.

A nice new store where. Your check out is very fast, the workers must be receiving decent pay as they are very good, helpful and happy. Their smoked ribs are their signature and have gained that reputation all over Oklahoma. There price's are a bit higher than the competition where as in small town where the income is low every penny counts.that is the only reason for the four stars. I have not eaten there but others I have talked to says the food is good, but expensive.

As recent transplants to the area, we were excited to have another option besides Walmart. Big pluses include the well stocked veggie and fruit section. Another plus was cleanliness of the store.Some minuses are the nonexistent healthy choices, nothing low carb or keto. Would love you to encourage healthy eating in this communityBut the real disappointment lies with the cashiers. They were not customer facing people and really this is one of the most important pieces of the overall experience.Straighten this out and you get 5 stars.

Good experience. Check out lady was kind with my large basket. Deli lady was very helpful as I like my lunch meat thick thick. We have a special kiddo and things go slow for us.. everyone had a smile and was very kind

8/31/22 This is my first tripTo Pruitt's extremely Clean Well stocked. A sushi chef, A butcher and Deli/cafe that's out of this world very nice employees this store is a blessing to Hugo Ok.

Our cashier shannon has absolutely no customer service skills, extremely rude never smiled and wouldn't talk to us when we were trying to talk to her. This girl hates her job and it shows. Such a beautiful new store to have such terrible employees

While the prices here are generally higher than those at Walmart, I enjoy their produce and sushi departments, as well as the hot food bar. In the bakery department, you need to carefully watch freshness dating on product, as it is not uncommon to find pre-packaged items that are quite stale. The option of a butcher is highly welcomed, and one of the best parts of shopping here. Overall, shopping here is a good experience, but hard on a tight budget unless you shop sales and clearance shelves.

I've only been in Pruett's a couple of times, & had good experiences. I did find that some of the items were more expensive than what I was used to spending elsewhere. It does look like their meat selection is better & cheaper than Walmart's.

Nice clean new store. Long one line open Everytime I've gone and they couldn't do my tax exempt right and I ended up paying taxes on my purchase without knowing until the next day when I looked at my receipt. Now I won't shop there unless I have too.
