Omg! This place was amazing! We are from the Dallas area and used to sub-par service and food. Every employee at this location was very friendly. The place was extremely clean. We got our food before we were finished filling our cups with fountain soda! The food was very flavorful and fresh! Will definitely be visiting this location more now that we have family in the area.

They have a good on the go stuff to eat for breakfast and their burgers are.. well.. I like them if I want a burger. You know how it is. They do have good chicken strips and gravy. Hopefully this will help you discover how much time you want to spend for breakfast and lunch. Their drive thru is not the speediest thing if you are pressed for time. Make sure you have plenty of gas.

Forever gone are the days of ordering a burger and it was cooked to order. Now everything sits around in warmers and taste like garbage. I am so disappointed with braums. It was a goto for a fresh burger with hot meat, mealted cheese, and fresh crip cold vegetables. Now the veggies are warm and the cheese is cool and the meat taste old and dry. It's not just the Hugo location. The one in my town bonham is the same. Only ice cream from now on! That is only if they can clean up a bit.

We really appreciate that they carry a good choice of sugar free ice cream. We buy it every month. And enjoy a meal if around our time to eat. I hope everyone who needs to watch their sugar will check out their products

The food is always always fresh and delicious. The customer service is usually great. We finally had our first poor experience, but it had more to do with management than anything. My husband ordered one of the burger meals. When we went to pay we realized the amount was more than it normally is. The cashier rung us up a la carte for the fries and drink instead of the meal. When we told the second window they sent the manager out to give us the difference. We didn't receive our five dollars that the sign guarantees in the window. And we didn't receive an apology. Just an almost sarcastic, "here's your change."Come to find out they didn't even give us the correct burger. It was still delicious regardless, but not what we ordered. I think management needs to step up their customer service, and stand behind their values.

I have never been to a better run restaurant where the staff is very friendly works well together and the store including the bathrooms were very clean! I have never gotten my order faster than this location!! Everything was fresh and tasty! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Best ice cream I've ever had! Such a variety of flavors too. Good burgers, fries, delicious salads, tons of ice cream and dairy treats, plus a little grocery area with fresh vegetables, meat, dairy items, baked goods, and, of course, several dozen flavors of ice cream. We buy our milk only at Braum's; the skim milk tastes like whole! We are here at least once a week. Treat yourself!

Went in to get a bag of burgers to go with no ketchup drove 16 miles home only to find this mess when I opened the bag! Looks to me like it was intentional! Least I know which Braums to stay away from!

I eat at braums almost every day. I definitely eat there too much. I love their food. I don't ask for much, but this is about the 10th time I've requested for my chicken strips to be made fresh, and they tell me they will do it, or they say they just came up. Only to get home and they're hard enough to knock someone out with them! Ridiculous! When I worked fast food, if a customer requested fresh, by Golly we made it fresh! Take pride in your service people!

Very clean, very nice clientele, polite staff - but they are understaffed (this is the ONLY reason I am only giving 4 stars). It's unfortunate because it causes quite a long wait to order ice cream, but they are doing the best they can!! If I'm ever in Hugo, OK again I'll be stopping by!

I love this place because there is a tiny grocery store on the inside you can get your kids ice cream while you go shopping for groceries one of my favorite options for me is there no sugar added section there is about four aisles of straight ice cream and tons of different flavors to choose from they also take EBT

The 5 stars isn't for the food it is good for a burger and ice cream place BUT the 5 stars are for the cashier named David who paid for my daughter's sundae when their card reader was down. I so appreciate the unexpected kindness. I know working in fast food really takes it's toll on people and customers can be really awful. Thank you David for being so kind I promise to pay you back but to also pay it forward.

The service was good but the food that I ordered wasn’t that good. The chicken strips ere small and hard. I don’t think it was worth paying for the food we got. The food wasn’t very hot either nor very warm for that fact. I don’t exactly recommend if you’re getting chicken strips lol but the burgers are pretty good.

This location was very clean inside and out, the service was pretty good and the burgers were great. Judging from my son's chocolate covered face the ice cream was very enjoyable. My only complaint more of just an inconvenience really was not being able to purchase both my burger and his ice cream in one line, I don't visit braums much due to not having one near by my house so it may be a very location thing but having to place my order and pay then step over to a long line to order and pay for his cone was very inconvenient.

We ordered two different salads but got the same one. My mom didn't receive the dressing she asked for. Half the tables in the restaurant were dirty. The food was good and service was prompt.
