Nice store good products, but you need to fix your website. Most of your products say that they are not in stock only ship to store. For example I was looking at interior doors and when I switched it to same day pickup and none were available and I know you actually have some in your store. But it does that with a lot of other products.

Tammy and crew are a shining example of what customer service is supposed to look like. My husband and I bought some ceiling fans that we wanted to add a light kit to, and then also buy 2 extra kits to have so when the first go out, we won't have to worry that they don't sell the same lights anymore. Ron's only had 1 of the 3 kits we wanted but Tammy checked and saw one more was coming on the store's UPS order that day. Since we also wanted the 2 additional kits, we asked if they could just ship the 3. She said of course. We went to checkout, and while we were in line she ran out and got the one off the truck as it was being delivered, and ran it up to us in the checkout line! I mean come on! That is amazing! You don't find customer service like that anymore. Then she received the other two in and took them down to FedEx for us! Dont hesitate to go here!

The customer service was lacking greatly. Asked for assistance in finding a product from a woman in the paint section. She refused to help find what we were looking for. We will never shop here again. It's a shame this store used to be a very good place to shop and pro veteran. Seems the situation has changed.

Well I've had enough of this place. First I did a very large order of building supplies for delivery and only found out after that the salesman added double line items on the order. I didn't make too much fuss because I could use extra 2x4 so why not but I sure as hell didn't order twice the amount needed. There are other issues with the order but they refused to refund the difference only giving me store credit for unused items that they made an error on. Some months later now and I called and asked if they had a 4-ft wide by 3 ft tall window and I was told they did. I drove out some distance to get it. They don't. While I was there I went ahead and bought some foam insulation. Again, trusting them to do their jobs, which I should really know better by now, they loaded up the wrong stuff. Had to turn around go back in and have them reload and reload. The incompetence has wasted enough of my time and money.

Ron's Lumber & Home Center was truly a surprise. As you enter the super store all you can do is swivel your head and grin. It's a joy to see so many choices of products in one location but it's also very time consuming to invest in visiting more than one or two sections during each visit. I was also impressed with the variety and quality of the products. Choice is an option that I hold sacred. To have multiple choice available in one store is a thrill. It's not a small brain thing. It's a small town thing. I even ate in the restaurant. There was one downer. Be sure to "Verify" the price of your store selection. Mine was a different price at the checkout. I left without it. I hate bate and switch. It may have been an accident but by the time they decided, I was mad. Oh well.

Not shopping at Ron's anymore. Used to shop here always. Witnessed them being rude to a veteran and his wife. Which would never have happened with the old clerks. Decided I'm not shopping at the "new" establishment anymore.

Almost all prices have doubled since the new company took over. This was a home town store for locals to afford upkeep on thier property and home at reasonable prices. Now it's cheaper to drive to Lowes in Fort smith

Store was huge with everything under the sun.Try the Lumberjack Cafe and Bring your appetite!!Great food, awesome service and extremely reasonably priced!!I recommend the bacon cheeseburger and onion rings....couldn't finish it all

I did call and im very glad i did it turns out the man was just a rude customer that shouldn't have been behind the counter. So I retract my statement and can go back to seeing rons as a very fine place .I was going to give a full 5 star rating. The restaurant as always maybe the best diner style restaurants I've ever been to. The food is excellent with very appropriate proportions. But today I went to the counter behind the tools. An old man in a cowboy hat walked up from behind the counter. I said good morning then continued to ask my question. This very rude old want to be cowboy glared up at me snatching a paper off the counter and just walked away turning a great day into a very bad experience. I don't do rude most especially when I'm the one paying for the items in the establishment in which he is employed

Rons is awesome!!!!The employees where wonderful!! They were able to answer all our questions. They help match paint colors, wood siding front doors glass doors kitchen sinks flooring door knobs and locks. Help load everything with a smile. I will never go back to Lowe's or any other place. Thought because they were in a small town they would be high but they beat their competitor s in Ft Smith. Love the fact they have handicap carts. There are so few places I can shop.
