If I could give less then 1 I would. I had the worse food I ever had in my life. I ordered a combo with tater tots and the tater tots were the darkest greasiest things I have ever seen in my life. I can't believe they would ever serve that to anyone. The sack it came in was dripping with grease. I had to send it back. I'm glad I looked at it before I took it home. The worse experience ever. I would never go back.

Holdenville has one the worst sonics in Oklahoma. The staff is rude and slow and acts like they do not care one bit.The breakfast burrito was so greasy there was grease dripping from the other end of the burrito. The taste was just as bad. The chili cheese fries were so salty my son ( who is a chili cheese fries connoisseur couldn't eat them).The popcorn chicken was absolutely horrific. It could not be eaten, the smell was rancid. It smelled as if the oils had not been changed in a week. There was one piece eaten which made the person ill.They took almost 45 minutes to get the order out and it was wrong.The manager was very polite when I contacted her at home and she was not happy about the ordeal. So maybe she will fix the patio there. I will not be visiting this Sonic again. This is like the third time I have had horrible service and food from there.

This sonic is pretty good. Good staff. The assistant manager Jeremy is a hard worker & very nice! You can always tell when he is on the clock orders come out in a timely manner and if something is wrong with the order he makes sure it’s corrected and you’re on your way.

Really disappointed with this location lately. Every time I come, I order the same thing. And they always get it wrong. They put the wrong burger, I have to correct them multiple times. Once I even got charged for something else with something added on which came out to more than the original burger cost. There always seems to "be an issue" with their machines going down, especially after correcting them about having the wrong burger on the screen. And make sure to count your change, because when I paid with a hundred dollar bill, I was short changed! The last time, paid with card and they tried to tell me it didn't go through, even though i showed on my bank app it did. I hate McDonald's, and almost every time i come here, it makes me wish i had gone to mcdonalds. It used to be so good too, shame.

Went here 3 evenings in a row. First time took 12 mins just to get order placed and it came out wrong. 2nd time took 8 mins order was wrong again 3 rd time when pushed the button was told to wait a minute a vehicle pulled up right beside me ordered right away and they left there mic on and I could hear them inside just horse playing and jacking around I ended up pushing the button again & yelling back in the mic after 6 minutes of listening to them jack around inside told the boy what I needed and he asked what stall I was in?!?Terrible service bunch of kids running around with no adults is what it is! Ridiculous!

I was sooo thirsty, and wanted something cold. Had a hankering for ice cream as well. Love big red soda, and as I pulled in I saw the sign that said big red float. I ordered it quick, and with extra cream. Oh boy! it was so good. I hope they keep this one on the menu. Yum. Yum.

This was the worst Sonic trip I’ve ever experienced. We tried to order and were asked to repeat our order several times and we asked for absolutely no pickles on my burger because I’m allergic to them and when I received my burger, there were pickles on it. My burger looked like they just pulled them off when we got it back. The carhop was an absolute doll and was so sweet, but the kitchen seriously needs to work on this.

When we moved here 5 years ago this was the best Sonic we have ever been to. The food actually looked like it did on the menu. The service was amazing. Well jump forward 5 years and it's one of the worst Sonics I have ever seen. The service Is inexcusable and the food is the same. If you order ahead when you get there it's still a 10 minute wait. They push the button and tell you your order is on the way, not so much. I guess they do this so it looks like on paper anyway that they're bringing your order. I'll never go back here.

Stopped in for a quick drink and snack while traveling through the area. We used the app to order ahead and still had quite a wait. We got the mozzarella sticks and then had to wait for the marinara sauce. It was okay, but I don't believe the wait should have been what it was.

This Sonic has steadily gone straight downhill and going faster by the day.Wait in the drive thru for a drink 5-10 minutes. Today i waited over 10 min and still didn't get what i ordered, sprite zero packed with ice, told her not enough ice and she rolled her eyes and still not packed, but took it anyway only to find out it wasn't sprite zero.Oh and strangely they have name tags on backwards

I hold in my hand, and if I could post a picture I would, the 4th double bacon cheeseburger that I have ordered that has come without cheese. Literally they mess up my order almost every time I go, and I never ever get what's listed on the receipt. Easy ice means half the normal amount of ice, cheeseburgers come with cheese. Seems like common sense...

I feel it has a trashy appearance due to the boxes in the front windows & all the garbage in the windows. The place could use a spring cleaning. A cleaner open look would make it feel like a much cleaner place to eat. They have a nice friendly staff. Breakfast is always good .

Never been to this location before and we stopped here during the lunch rush and though they did get a few items on our order incorrect, they did get the order out quickly and if we had the time we would have asked for the items to be corrected but they weren't so incorrect to merit a bad review. Since the place was extremely busy and from being a previous sonic assistant manager. I know how hard it is to hear customers when it gets that busy...I'd give this place another try but next time I'll be sure to have them read my order back to me.

The carhops are friendly and delivery is very fast. I didn't have to wait long for my order. But the drive thru is a different story. People that have large orders need to get in the stalls not hold up the drive thru.

Sonic is always our go-to stop for drinks we love the burgers on Tuesday night helps Nana not to have to cook and other times too will always fix it right if it's messed up with no problem

I am giving my rating because i found out that due to an employee shortage, their turn around time has slowed. Despite this major struggle, every single employee i have come in contact with has gone above and beyond to stay positive, have a great attitude and provide very good customer service despite their impossible circumstances. Way to go! Holdenville!!!

Order wrong as usual. Mentioned it to the carhop and she acted as if it was no big deal. Order not fixed, onion rings were old and cold, 2 of the 4 burgers were not made correctly. So 2 of us not eating. Complete waist money.

I'm at the Sonic in Hville after trying to thaw out some water lines from the snow storm. The cheeseburger is steaming hot and delish! I should have ordered a medium cheese tator tot instead of the small. 🙄. But it all is hitting the spot! Thank you Sonic!!

Sonic food has gotten better. They still do not always get your order correct but that is due to new people during a rush. Still makes me mad that there are no longer malts or banana splits at least once in awhile. Otherwise Sonic is coming back up in the world!
