The new manager needs some people skills but she is young hopefully she will learn better manners but as for all the workers they are top notch. Their is a smaller built dark headed young man who is always friendly and helpful. He is constantly showing his manager how to run the register he should be the manager but time will tell ... I know they are all over worked and tired but the store is a good place to shop...

Hard to find staff sometimes. There is a younger kid working there that will get everything you ask for wrong if you get tobacco. You literally have to go just short of bringing a laser pointer to get what you ask for.

Store manager was not visible and left one inexperienced clerk to tend the registers who was not able to access the registers until the manager finally showed up. Myself and other customers were left to wait an extensive amount of time to complete our transactions.Store is usually very cluttered, items are in incorrect locations whereby scanned prices are a lot higher than the price advertised on the shelf. This store needs an entire new management with working knowledge of retail, asset protection, and customer service.

6:30pm on a Thursday night (01-17-19). Can't say the cashier was rude, because she didn't say a word to the two customers ahead of me or a word to me. The store needs to work on customer service skills and to at least greet the customer.

The new store setup is just terrible. Not just focusing on the Highway 270 store either. There's always boxes, ladders, rolling stock carts...prices are always on items, no place to put your items when checking out...on and on. If I could choose no stars is what I would choose. The only reason I continue to shop there is only for the convenience. Dollar General going down hill.

There is a sweet sweet employee. She has blonde hair, blue eyes, some piercing and I went blank on her name. She us awesome always working, tells you about the things you know are on sale. Knows where all the products are in the store. Never has problems with the register and always friendly and kind to the customers. She is patience too when you forgot your wallet, your card won't swioe,swipe, used the password to different card, if you don't have as much money she never makes you feel bad and usually has suggestions on what you are wanting but can't afford at a cheaper price. I am always happy when I walk in and see her there. This is the Holdenville store. The one in our is Wetumpka. I called the store and Spoke to a Crystal Byerly and proceeded which girl I was talking about and she was very sweet again didn't act like I was crazy. So it is asst. mngr. Mary Richardson. They are great assets to the store. I appreciate them!!!!

They have a super friendly staff and I recently changed their layout to accommodate more items. It is still really clustered though. But the prices cannot be beat. I will find things that are the exact same as Walmart for a third of the price.

Store is disorganized and a mess, I have been in this store several times in the last couple yrs. I purchase a lot at DG. Great prices and selection is great too. But if its not fuctional it hard to shop. And don't even go to the restroom, the only words for it is disgustingly nasty. . . .

They have a lot of great sales and the store is pretty well clean. Most of the staff are great but im only giving 4 stars because there are one or two girls that spend far too much time gossiping with each other and not paying attention to the customer.

I left an entire basket if merchandise that Hannah had already rang up because she DEMANDED that I had to take my driver license out of my purse and hand it to her although it's plainly visible. I quit shopping there for 2 months because she repeatedly did this.

Our cashier had no idea what she was doing. She had to keep calling someone for help because she had no idea what buttons to hit. And also i asked her how much something was and instead of looking it up or scanning or whatever. She just gave a price off the top of her head I dissaprove of this poor workmanship and will most likely never visit again

Had what i needed.got in and out pretty quick.did have hard time getting down isles for restock boxes in the way.but overall i like shopping there.

Hooray for Krebs Dollar Store! Shopping convenience with management that will special order customer requests from area vendors, ie; diet soda's.Professional, item location with description if needed for us who just have lack of time, do not understand or sight deficient, employee satisfaction is A plus! Too many favorite emploees to name.On the downside: Only wish store was double sized storing double quanties for times of sold out. With less overpacked isles for small store during shopping hours.Thank you

I love the online coupon set up they have. Go to the store get the items you clipped coupons for, key in your phone number and the coupon is applied

Personally I cannot stand the dog food or the clothing section well you know it's hard to say there's anything that I actually like about it they say it's Dollar General but that has nothing to do with the price a dollar store like should be run like Dollar Tree everything in the store is a dollar but that is not how Dollar General or Family Dollar is run

I like Dollar General the have great prices and every one is nice I happen to like shopping there better than Wal Mart if they had meat and vegetables I would shop there and skip Wal Mart

Its not clean,shelves are not stocked ,you have to wait to long to get checked out cause nobody stays at registers, stock carts are all in the isles

My experience is that I have to go to the dollar store in Allen ok cause I work there but I like in Calvin ok were we need a dollar store bad. We are supposed to be getting one but h we vent why

Friendly staff, clean store not overly crowded, isles were clear easy to get around not like some other Dollar Generals I've been in
