I brought my psychiatric service dog in today and didn't get stopped till I was about to leave. A worker stopped and asked the correct questions but he said they do not accommodate that type of service dog. And I left because I was already about to have a attack that my dog had already alerted me to. Correct your workers please

I'm leaving this review for an employee his name is Khristopher I hope I spelled it right I remember it starts with A K I was in here the other day and I was at an employee's register that was usually somewhere else and I was Exchanging a receipt from the coinstar for my cash the employee had never done this before and the other employee Khristopher who I thought was a manager walked over no problem and helped, he helped that other employee just like a boss would I complimented him on his management and he informed me that he is not management he had excellent customer and management skills Being someone who was an Assistant General Manager at Little Caesars in Texas I know what I'm talking about on management skills I'm just surprised that this company has not seen his potential sooner

The staff really go above and beyond to help people and are always willing to walk all over the store to find things for you or help with taking things out that are too heavy. It's a good selection for the size of the store and you can always have Walmart send things to the store to pick up or have the people shop for you by ordering from the store online and scheduling a pickup. They even bring it your car and are always helpful to the elderly. The pharmacy people are also very nice and willing to help with questions or finding things that are in their department. Checkout time is pretty fast and often there is no wait at all. The staff also manages to stay friendly despite the number of customers that you see being loud and rude when something doesn't go their way that the staff has no control over. I prefer this store over any supercenter!

This Hobart Oklahoma Walmart worker a lady with gray hair was rude when i asked her about a product, she acted as if i was wasting her time. It took a customer to help me find what I was looking for. Every worker at that store seemed so unconcerned about the customer's. They need training on etiquette and how to talk to the customers accordingly. I'll never step foot in that store again.

Dirty bathrooms and the whole building had a weird smell. Friendly cashier at check out.UpdateWe been back several times and things have picked up. The old book store smell was still there but the staff was top notch.

It is easy to tell they are under staff. I wish they would quit moving things around. I have become more of an online pickup service customer. You would think with the holidays they would have more checkout lines. If you do not have to go then don't.

Everyone that works there from walking in the store , around each department and cashiers to leaving are absolutely on top of their job detailing In providing help if need to asking how we are doing so chain reaction makes us wonder how’s theirs is as well team workers if they don’t locate it they get another worker to be assistants also 🙏🙏🙏

This store really needs to replace their elect wheelchairs. One does not have a wheel that touches the ground at all. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Thankful for our store.

This Walmart was a bit different in that there were not frozen food sections that I could find. The fresh food was limited. Maybe fresh food is not usually purchased at this Walmart because the town is a farming town. I wanted a deli to purchase lunch but again there was no deli. It seems as though the store was a mix between super Walmart and neighborhood Walmart and Target. The people were friend and the store was clean and not busy during my visit.

This Walmart has the best personal shoppers! I'm rural and it's an hour drive for me. I use the app for pick-up and the girls who shop for me always have a smile, a quick wit and just real sweet all the way around.

At the check out i literally had to wait on the employee to finish scrolling on Facebook, close that out and check her text messages. (I know this because her phone was in the conveyor belt where I could see.) No telling how long it would have lasted had I not spoke up!

I drove 25+ miles, website says closes at 11:00 pm, closed at 9:00 pm just as I drive up.I was great with we're closed. I mentioned their website and maybe they should change it on their website...they said they can't.

I had a very good experience at the Hobart Walmart today! My man and I are very poor right now so he is staying at a hotel while he is working out of town. I miss him so much. But I did gather together all of our change in a big bag and take it to Walmart to use the coinstar. I got 40 bucks, baby!!! That, and the people working there were very friendly!

We went there to buy propane and cigarettes. The chocolate caught our eye on the way through so we picked up some milk chocolate and some dark chocolate. I put the chocolate down on the conveyor belt, the lady rang it up, I ordered my cigarettes and she informed me that I could not buy cigarettes at her register. Scratch the cigarettes, I ordered the propane, and paid. This is all I feel like saying that this time. I give three and a half Stars.

I love their pharmacy! Mackenzie and her techs are the most caring professional people around! I honestly don't think Wal-Mart headquarters realize what a treasure they have with those girls!

Very poor Walmart. Tries to force their personal political beliefs on you at the door ! They really don't realize they are representing a corporation every time they step into a uniform and I plan on calling corporate. Unhelpful too.
