They were so nice and understanding about me and my cats situation. When they found out I had to walk with my cat to the vet they offered to take me home. They also even gave me some snacks. I even found out that my cat could lick her wound so they drove back out a cone. They have gone above and beyond when they didn't. I highly recommend them.

I’ve had nothing but the best service when visiting Southwest. Won’t use any other vet. Hannah actually came in after hours once to save my baby due to another vet’s mistake when he put my Chihuahua to sleep for a nail clipping. SW vet has been nothing but kind, friendly, caring, and for the lower income households, that’s why I chose them years ago. Still very reasonable and will work with you. Our fur babies deserve the best too 🐾 🏼

Our dog Cookie had Tubal Surgery 2 days before. She went in backyard and started to run around. She was crying. We had just moved to Mangum. Long story short was able to come right in on a Saturday. The Most nicest people. Said she might of pulled a couple stitches in tummy. Received Meds.Happy Dog... GREAT Pricing.

I love the staff as well as the Dr. They have stayed late which meant a great deal to me and my sisters dog. He basically saved her life. She had to stay over night but not one person made us feel rushed or put out of their way for causing them to work past hours. It's a nice place with nice people. Customer service is a real big deal. I have taken my dogs to see Dr. Hancock for years. Thank you Dr. Hancock as well as your staff.

Highly recommended veterinarian. Southwest became our pet Dr. the first visit. Very caring veterinarian checked our pet without an appointment. It's further to drive for us to use Southwest but worth it.

Lots of employees to pay so charges are going to be high. Took best friend in for help, kept him for 3 days then said I could pick him up. Was directed (just pointed down hall) into back kennel area where he was cowering in his litter-box mega stressed from the extreme loud dogs barking.(He was never around dogs before) He was covered in urine, feces and wet litter. This is how he was treated prior to being picked up. I took him home and cleaned him. Prior to leaving I HAD TO ASK where was the medication he was supposed to get? When I asked what the results of his stool testing was they just handed me a syringe of de-wormer and never show me the actual test. He did not have worms. I know what to look for and he was treated not long before this. He died soon after and yet these people are still demanding nearly $300 total and using hard collection techniques. I will never take an animal here again. He had this same problem once before, was treated by a different Vet at HALF the cost, He was treated better and so was I. Also made full fast recovery. Now I am alone and being harassed for collection while living on a tiny Veterans disability. Thanks for all the good treatment SWVC.
