Well, they really screwed the pooch on my order. I ordered the #3, bacon double cheese burger with tots and a drink and Jr cheese burger and tots.What I got...2 pieces of toast with bacon and a slice of tomato. A bag with 2 hamburger patties. Jr cheese burger, 1 tot, 1 onion ring and 1 jalapeño poppersI, unfortunately put my trust in them. I guess I should have checked.

I waited twenty minutes for my food and it never came. However, they charged my card for the order and could not refund my money at the restaurant. I was told to call Sonic corporate to get a refund. They couldn’t help me either snd told me the store had to do the refund. This is terrible customer service from both this store and Sonic corporate.

Redeemed a coupon from the app for 1/2 price coney, car hop did not bring it , when we pushed the buzzer car hop answers and gives the call to the manager. He says carhop did bring it but that he will get us ANOTHER one. He says he has to believe his car hop, so I’m the liar for a coupon coney. Really?What ever happened to professionalism, the guy was rude and acted like we were scammers and did not even try to listen to our side. So I’m stupid enough to try and get a half price coney for free instead of the full price fish sandwiches I ordered. Come on man, I’m done with this Hobart Sonic.

The last few times I have visited this location my carhop was Caleb and he was above and beyond with his customer service each time he has been my carhop. I wanted to share a review for sonic to recognize a 10/10 employee! He is a great asset to the company.

They got my whole order wrong, not once but 3 times. The worst Sonic service ever.Actually, I owe this particular store a very sincere apology. I had stopped at the Sonic in Altus Oklahoma earlier that day where my order was.... Well you get it.Your Sonic is one of the finest of my Nation wide experiences. Always fast friendly service done right the first time. Again, my apologies.

Very slow service. You can almost 100% guarantee your order will be screwed up. And it will take 5 times longer to get your food than it would at any other sonic.

Great staff. Sonic food is ok. I like using the app and just show up to pickup. I highly recommend getting the Sonic app if you have already done so. Soft drinks are half price all day if you use the app.

Horribly slow. Ordered in ap and still had to wait 20 minutes for food. They didn't give us one of our sides and when we asked, they told us they were out of it. We were offered a substitute and ended up waiting 30 minutes for it. This was even with us buzzing in several times to check for updates, flagging down a car hop and trying to call them. They said they'd give us a coupon for our troubles, but they didn't. There were only 4 other vehicles there when we arrived, but several arrived while we were there. But they weren't busy enough to justify an hour long wait from the time we ordered until the time we drove away. Never going back.

Obviously doesn't follow Covid protocol, cheese was stuck all over a stall and spit on another stall from the day before according to the receipts stuck to the stall as wellHealth and cleanliness should be you most important priority and the state of your stalls show otherwise. Needs to be cleaned daily at least once. Pretty nasty. Makes you wonder if the inside is any better.During a pandemic we should be able to count on food establishments to provide a safe clean environment

No ketchup or salt in the bag for the 2 orders of tator tots. I was told the hotdog tasted burnt. My food though was all fresh. I felt their were too many pickles. We will give them a try again probably will be awhile though.

For the most part, they get the job done, but they often get my order wrong, even orders that are not difficult. However, they always make it right when they mess up, and they're always polite, and with young kids working for short periods of time and then quitting and having to train another person constantly can make it difficult to get the orders out correctly and consistently. So all-in-all I'd say I don't love it, nor do I hate it. In other words: "They aight." 💁🏼‍♂️

It took 15 minutes for them to answer the button, we ordered 3 drinks and 2 orders of boneless wings, it took another 45 minutes for that, the wings were 2 different flavors, but were not marked so I don't know which ones were which. The car hop was very apologetic over the whole deal though.

I have visited numerous times and by far the worst in America I have experienced. It is sad to say I am a person of patience and patience took her course when I sat on 7/15/2015 and waited over 1 hour and 10 minutes for two hot dogs and a corn dog. This is unacceptable service at it finest. I literally could have and eventually canceled my order and drove to Lawton for better service. Unfortunately there is no rating to describe this service...I personally would not recommend the Taliban to eat here.

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger with mustard, pickles, and chili only. Guy brings it out and reads the ticket back saying mustard, ketchup, chili only. I told him that was wrong, he said his mistake, he meant to say pickles, and if he made a mistake he'll fix it right up for me. Get home, sure enough, there are no pickles but there is ketchup. Drive back and let the guy know what happened and say it's not a big deal, I'd just like my food. He gave some attitude and sent a girl carhop out to get the mistake burger. She says she'll make a fresh one and get it right out. Waited 15 minutes and buzzed in to tell them to just cancel my order. They. Had. No. Idea. What. I. Was. Talking. About...0/10. Won't be back.

Went there this morning and tried to order. The girl said she was new. So tried to get her to understand what I wanted. Another girl came on the speaker and told me I needed to be patient. I was nice but she started yelling at me. So I told her forget it I'll go somewhere else. So I started backing out and she was yelling at me so loudly over the speaker saying have a nice freaking day at the top of her lungs. She yelled leave I don't care and was so loud the people beside us were like what the heck?You could hear her yelling 4 cars away. She was the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. Thanks to her I won't be back and neither will any of my family that was with me.

I just ordered two 24 piece buffalo wings and received two 18 piece buffalo wings. I have not been ordering much from them for awhile because the last few times I have ordered they have screwed my order up... always to my expense and never to my advantage. I loved going to Sonic a couple of years ago because they would get my orders right, but seem to be going downhill again.

If they get your order right that's good but most of the time they have problems getting my Route 44 sweet tea pretty simple but it's about a 50-50 shotThey've been getting a little bit better on their odds but if you use the app is still a 50-50 if their computer will work

Nastiest experience ever!I am in town visiting a friend and ordered supper from here tonight, took it back to his place and when i opened the box to my #11 out comes a roach! I can't recall being so sickened in my life! Ruined ANY Sonic for me forever! He wouldn't eat his after that either. I wish i hadn't drank from my Coke on the way back, makes me sick. 20$ I'll never get back.
