The only reason I gave three stars is because this is the first time I've ever had a problem from this store , but this is un exceptible I have worked Pizza off and on since I was 18 before I moved to OK I was a assistant gm for little Caesars my ex husband was gm for pizza hut both of us agree that we've hired teenagers that have done a better job on their first day ...... This was the ugliest and nastiest pizza I've ever had the crust was so thin it was nothing but grease and well you can see how it looks what's really sad is I had just given them a great review on my other account .... If I wouldn't have been so hungry then I wouldn't have eaten one of the 3 pieces with jalapenos they gave me

Hobart Oklahoma (Store # 006899) is super! Kristen was our server today and she was over the top in service. From taking our order to delivering food to the table she was most pleasant and totally professional! Think she’s definitely in line for management in near future. Love Hobart pizza hut. But today dine in was not great my chicken Alfredo was waters bread was hard. Cold in the place. Don't know if I will try it again. Hopefully they'll get it together soon. Service was okay

Not only did it take over an hour for a delivery they said would be ready in about 20 when I got my food the chicken on my sandwich was completely raw! Which I didn’t know until I already ate two bites! Beyond livid

Went there last night the waitress took our order then took over an hour to get our food meanwhile the waitress never checked on us she was to busy trying to get the like a county sheriff to give her his phone number the place was absolutely disgusting dirty have pics to prove it they never answer the phone the only person there that seemed to care or worked was Dale the delivery guy. This is the 3rd time we were there and the experience was the same I'll definitely drive 30 miles next time we want pizza! If I was the owner or manager of this place I would wonder why my sales aren't any higher are night than they are but they must not care .

Just like most chain restaurants, it's the same as every other Pizza Hut you go to. The food at this one, though, is one of the best in the area. It's just about all you can find in Hobart, so you don't have much of other options. Our server was fantastic and a really good guy, he just talked to us about how our day was and wasn't just about the tip. I would recommend this place even if it wasn't the only place on the highway. It could have been cleaner, but it wasn't a deal breaker.

Inspite of the negative reviews we decided to give them a chance and I am so glad we did! The service was great! We didn't have to wait long before being approached by a very pleasant young man. Don was friendly, attentive and very fast. The staff worked well together and the food was great!!!

Rude as u know what. Hung up in my face and threatened to do it again after inquiring about a pizza sent to the wrong address, I ordered it for my special needs son all the way from Missouri! Management should find another job n so do the rude guy answering the phone!!

I know a lot has happened over the last year but the quality of the pizza has gone down. The Alfredo sauce was literally all over the crust that i had to use a fork to eat it and for it just coming out of the oven it wasn't hot.

We go almost every Thursday , I am addicted to the wings.. with that being said the service is terrible, it takes an act of Congress to get a drink refill, I ordered bottled beer last wee to try to simplify the process for the waitress and she still couldn't keep them coming. We left with go boxes because it is pretty impossible to eat wings without something to drink. Guess she don't get that the more beer she brings, the higher the tab and the bigger her tip. Her loss, I will order to go from now on.

Hobart Pizza Hut anyone? We had been there almost 2 hours still hadn't gotten the rest of our food and there was only 2 tables Clean. We left without all our food because they said there was new cook and he forgot to cook the pasta. We had to clean the table when we got there so we could sit down. Not a single person there except us and the staff ...... we told them the place was really dirty and needed cleaned and they said they where slammed and hadn't gotten time to clean. Most of the time the where just standing around in the kitchen talking doing nothing. WOW. The pizza that we got looked like it came out of the garbage

We waited 30 minuets to get a server. When he did come to our table, he asked if we were still doing ok. I explained that we hadn't even ordered and would give him our drink order and wanted menues. 30 minutes after we got our drinks, I went up to the counter and asked if I could order up there. The delivery guy took our order and explained they were short handed. They had over 100 call-in orders and couldn't keep up. The delivery guy said that he would ask the prep guy to put our order in next and get it to us asap. 20 minutes later the lead guy told the delivery guy to take us a free order of bread sticks, he did. Our order was ready 15 minutes later, the 2 and 4 year old kids weren't hungry for pizza any longer. We took over half home. When we went to pay out, the manager gave us a whole second pizza to take home and 30% off our bill. They asked if we knew anybody that wanted a job. My daughter-in-law is considering applying for a server job.

Order 2 family boxes. Very simple order. Pickup order 8pm Thursday night 10-20 wait regretfully have been here before so I waited 20 before even leaving my mother's on the other side of town. When I arrived I was told my order wasn't made yet and not only that but it was going to be another 20 mins! I began to try to explain to the guy working that I had a problem. One familybox was STAYING in Hobart but one was going home with us to Burns Flat and before I could say anything else, this blonde woman starts yelling it's not there fault they had other pick up orders at the same time and it because I ordered it online blah blah blah. I'm like why is she so mad for one thing and why another 20mins because I order online. The manager sets the time. So she never let me get a word in because her cell phone rang and even though they were so busy she had to take that call. So I never got to tell the employee that did help that all I was trying to ask him was cancel ours and deliver my mom's. So I waited on some crappy ass pizza and they forgot our dippy sauce for cinna sticks again big surprise there😒

Horrible experience, place was dirty had to clean our table. Also gave them the dirty plate and utenslies. Had to remind them we were still here. Had to wait for over an hour before taking our order and then forgetting what we ordered. All employees were just standing around while other tables of people were still waiting. Would never recommend this place.

Ashleah, the general manager is always willing to help her customers. She almost always greats customers as they come into the store and makes sure to make her rounds to check everyone who is there to eat. She helps customers who are in need or down on their luck. Ashleah is willing to help other businesses as well as members of the community. The staff that works with her all seem to work together to get the job done. Everything “flows” nicely. The other staff members are friendly and willing to help customers as well. It is always a pleasure to go into Pizzahut!

Went for lunch 03/28/17. Everything was clean, full salad bar, great looking hot bar. Food was hot and fresh!!! Very pleased. Tasted great!!! Service was excellent!!!
