I went to Wheeler based on a car that was being advertised, and, instead, found a great deal on a brand new vehicle. I primarily dealt with Jim. Everyone was very kind, very patient in my questions I had, and no one was pushy. I felt very comfortable, and that everyone was being honest and upfront. They made my first experience in purchasing a vehicle on my own very easy. It was both a professional and personable experience. Everyone made me feel comfortable in whoever I was dealing with at the dealership. I appreciate the finance department for getting me a good deal, and again, being very honest and upfront with me. We corresponded by telephone from Tulsa to Hinton because they had a Chevy Trax, color Cacti, that we were interested in seeing. A long drive from Tulsa to Hinton did not disappoint us in any way. We were met in the parking lot and welcomed as if we were their best customer. We were meeting the entire staff during our purchase. Although it was in a small town we felt like it was a Big City dealership. Our trade-in was very fair, and we were thoroughly pleased with the way the entire transaction was negogiated.

It was time for a regular oil change. Check in was easy, and the oil changed, tires checked, anti freeze was in good condition as we are getting ready for colder weather, wipers are ready, and they finished up in great time. I will always use Wheeler Chevrolet for vehicle needs.

Highly recommended! I have never had such a great experience buying from a dealership before. None of that waiting around for hours while the sales person is trying to make things happen. I bought a truck in 2 visits. Both visits together I still spent about an hour total. Sales and finance staff were a breeze to work with and I got a heck of a deal. Definitely worth the drive from the city. I will be buying from here again.

I visited Wheeler Chevrolet to test drive a GMC I had inquired about, but turned out it was unavailable. Brendon Morgan the salesman promptly brought two other comparable choices,a Cadillac and a Chevrolet Equinox. I had an amount in mind that I was willing to pay, but we were unable to reach a deal. Also, looking up the reviews on the vehicle proved to be very negative. I didn't buy the car, but I would highly recommend Brenden Morgan. He was personable and spent a great deal of time pointing out the interior features as well as the engine specs. He efficiently went over after market warranty and financing options. I believe he really tried to get close to my price, but something was holding him back. I will ask for him if I go back again. The dealership was clean inside and out, and the employees were friendly. Nice business.

Super nice and friendly people. I talk to Mike in service. He was very nice and he took care of me. I got two flat tires. He was able to get a patch on one of them. The tire guy did a great job. I cannot speak highly enough of this place. If you break down or just need service this is a great shop attitude. Makes the difference and competence, is a nice bonus.

Me & my parents went to Hinton Oklahoma to buy a new Car it's the Ford Escape I like the color Red. I was driving it for in hour yesterdayIn Edmond I love my new car we trade in my old Car I had the Toyota RAV4 I got the new one I always wanted a Ford Escape they are good looking cars that's what I got right now. I cannot recommend Wheeler Chevrolet highly enough. We drove over 3 hours one way to get a used pickup. The truck was as described with fair pricing. There was no pressure to buy and it was very nice working with anhan salesman with integrity. We had problems with the truck a few days after we got home. The dealer offered to send a flatbed up to pick it up and make the repairs at no cost. I am fairly good with vehicles so I was able to fix the issues. Jason did his best to make sure we were taken care of the entire time. I would drive 6 hours one way to deal with this great dealership. In today's world of car sales and dealerships Wheeler is a diamond in the rough.

Service department was amazing. Blew a tire on my trailer on our way through the state. They literally dropped what they were doing and had me back on the road in 1/2 hour and it was 100 degrees. Price was also very reasonable. Great staff.

We were halfway through our home relocation drive from Indiana to Arizona when we ran into a car/oil issue. By pure luck and a miracle, we happened to be at the right exit at the right time. The team at Wheeler was beyond welcoming, helpful, fast, and thorough. They even let us bring our small pup in to warm up on the chilly morning! Working with the team at Wheeler was a pleasant experience. Trevor didn’t push or try to up sell. He listened to what we were looking for, had the vehicle up front and ready to look at upon our arrival and gave us space to test it and look it over. He gave us a fair price for our trade in. It was nice working with Quentin on the financial side of the sale. He didn’t try to sneak inn any extras”fees” or sell us a larger extended warranty than what we wanted. The team at Wheeler Chevy was great. We were driving cross country last week and our Nissan Sentra broke down on the highway. We drove it to Wheeler Chevy; they looked at the car and then helped us get towed to a Nissan dealership including getting all the info for us to be able to contact the Nissan dealership and roadside assistance, and, Jamie even told us the work would be covered by the car's warranty after she spoke with the Nissan dealer. Jamie in particular, and Brad were amazing. They couldn't have been more helpful at a difficult time for us and were are very appreciative and thankful for all of their kind help. After having a terrible experience with an Edmond dealership, I drove 45 minutes to Wheeler Chevy. I was pleasantly surprised with the great customer service and lack of the typical "hard sell" attitude. They beat the price of the OKC dealerships, gave me a very fair price on my trade in, and beat my own bank's interest rate. It's absolutely worth the drive.

Fortunately I was close to Wheeler when I was having issues with a tire. They discovered it wasn't the tire, four studs had sheered off and the other 4 were finger tight. My life was saved that day. I thought I could simply tighten them up, go on my way and fix it when I got home.They insisted that I have this fixed immediately. And so I did, then they discovered the stud holes on the wheel were wollered out and that I needed a new wheel. Jamie wrote this all up for me which I brought to the shop which had balanced the tires a week prior. (The shop covered all costs BTW) Thanks to Jamie and her staff which showed so much concern for my safety.I recommend going to Wheeler Chevrolet even if it is out of your way. Finding people who care about your well being is tough to find these days. They are the real deal, (that's not even the whole story) trust me, they are a great bunch of people.

Great people! We were traveling across the country, and our air compressor died on us. We stopped at Wheeler Chevrolet, and the service manager was so kind. He was willing to help us, and the rest of the staff treated us with such kindness. We have two little boys who they treated with such warmth. Since our repair were going to take a long time, they gave us a loaner truck to go get some lunch and take our boys someplace fun. Wheeler's mascot welcomed us with lots of wags and grunts. Thanks to all who made us feel welcome and well cared for!

My family bought a practically brand new car from Wheeler Chevrolet of Hinton. The car was delivered to our house dirty inside and out. Additionally, in their inspection of the vehicle, they failed to inspect the tires. As a result, the lug nuts were loose, damaging the tires and rims while putting my family at risk. They were not willing to work with us in resolving this issue.I would highly suggest you do your research before buying from Wheeler Chevrolet of Hinton. Looking back, I would NOT have purchased this vehicle through Wheeler Chevrolet of Hinton.As show in their response below - yes they did send a $100 check to cover the cleaning of the car. However, if you read other reviews, there was one other person who ran into the same problem. An issue was not caught by their inspection and they would not cover it. I am in the process of filing a claim through Oklahoma Better Business Bureau and an attorney has provided feedback that I may have a case in my situation. Again, I would do your due diligence before you buy a car from Wheeler Of Chevrolet Hilton.
