Didn’t have the chance to look the rooms, they did not validate the reservation I made online on their website a day before.I get there at 2 am and they ask me to wait to the manager at 8 am to fix the situation. Ask for another room and they said they didn’t have more rooms at the moment, that they couldn’t help me.Next day I talk with them, never talk with the manager, they just said they had a problem with the internet site, the connection was lost at the precise moment I make my reservation, so they never get it, but they receive the payment. I pay online 50% of the bill, after too much talk they make the refund.They make my family and me have a bad moment. Did not recommend it. Didn’t like the way they talk to me.

Okay the location was really great it's right off I-40 and takes less than a minute to get to it. It's a little tricky though. You actually have to turn right at the Love's gas station and then turn an immediate right so you're almost going through the Loves parking lot to get to it. It's not located right next to the casino.First I had to give it five stars because first the whole building smelled really clean and it was 95° outside and the air conditioner works really well in the room. The room was pretty clean except for the tear in the carpet and the toilet was a little bit hard to flush. The shower had cream rinse, conditioner and shampoo, which was really sweet. There's also a microwave and a refrigerator and a TV set and a pretty big closet. The room's not very big. Basically the room is a size to sleep in and if you needed to reheat your food or something but it wouldn't be a room you'd want to hang out in. You could walk to the casino or you could drive. The walk is a little bit if you're not someone who likes to walk very far and you'd have to walk through the gas station. The parking lot was pretty convenient also.It looked like it'd be easy connect to another room by the doors too so two people could be next to each other and open the door if they needed to.

We stayed 1 night at the motel. The only service was checking in. The staff was friendly. Took a little longer to check in, but we weren't in a hurry. The lobby area was clean and tidy. The room was adequate and included a refrigerator. Our only complaint was that it was noisy.We have stayed there before and we did notice that the bathroom needed some updating. They gave us each a $10 voucher for food and free play at the nearby casino.They are dog friendly, but there is an extra charge for each dog. They have a large parking area that can accommodate a few oversized vehiclesThere is a shuttle to the nearby casino where we eat supper and played a little. I wouldn't recommend the Sugar Creek casino or their restaurant, except for the $10 voucher making it a cheap meal. Very smoky. Restaurant and casino areas were rather messy. Food and drink were mediocre,

Good place to stay while in town, was a little worried about stuff in the back of the truck being next to the highway and beside a truck stop that seemed to stay full all night long. But I was assured cameras were rolling and being monitored non-stop. Rooms were clean, pool was open, and I slept pretty good. A/c-heater had a little mind of its own.Nearby activities: Casino right down the street.

Beautiful place! When you walk in, it smells SO good. There’s hand sanitizing stations every few feet (even in the elevator). Of course no one wants to stay in a hotel during the pandemic but this one made us feel safe and clean. I wouldn’t hesitate to spend a night here. We had a problem with our room but they switched it with no issues. The customer service was exceptional. They showed empathy and respectfully handled the situation. The room was a good size. The double room had two large beds, with a cabinet and a desk. There’s plenty of space for storage.

Cool little older property, rooms were very small kind of like the old microtels. Clerk at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Rooms had all the amenities. Bathroom was huge. Place was tidy I wouldn't say overly clean. No breakfast or anyting. They may have had coffee but there was coffee in the room. There was a shuttle available whenever you needed it to take you over to the casino and they were very prompt and friendly. It was a pleasant stay. If I'm ever in the area I would stay there again and what I really like is it had a huge parking lot, walking distance to the Love's Travel center next door to get snacks or drinks. I was able to park my hot shot rig easily and keep an eye out on it from my room.

This is my second time staying at this location in Hinton Oklahoma. In both instances I requested a wheelchair accessible accommodation which they were able to supply without a problem. All hotel personnel I came in contact with were very polite and very accommodating and helpful I highly recommend the hotel for families and in particular for those that may have wheelchair accommodation needs🙏🏽👍🏽🙏🏽

My husband and I stayed at this location on 4/5/2022. And we were put in room 214, the room was spotless and size of it was huge. And the price we paid was excellent. Our stay was ruined by the baby bed that I saw crawling on my brand new Sherpa lined jacket. I was so disappointed because I had high hopes of visiting this hotel again. So we inspected our belongings and shook out everything to make sure that we were not bringing bugs onto our truck. I'm very picky about where we stay while being on the road. And we always stay at Hilton hotels and Wyndham hotels. So neither of two were in the area. So we came here. Sorry but we won't be back.

I have to admit when I stopped for the night on a trip to California didn’t think it was going to be much will I have to admit it was very nice for the price! My toilet didn’t flush but I think that’s just a problem with my room, other than that the staff was very nice and loves next-door has some food and restaurants definitely worth a stop if you’re feeling tired and don’t have a sleeper cabin

I'm a trucker. I booked 2 nights here to spend New Year's Eve and avoid staying in my truck during a snow and ice storm.They have parking available in their lot for big rigs. Also, they are next to the Love's Truck Stop, so in a pinch, you could park there.Staff was pleasant and helpful on the phone and in person. My little dog was welcomed without a pet fee. I saw other guests with two dogs, so they must not have a one animal limit.The room was clean and comfortable. It came with a flat screen TV, microwave, and fridge (no freezer compartment). The bath tub was really comfortable for soaking. There is also an indoor pool.I never heard any noise from adjoining rooms.I received a voucher for playing credits and $10 toward food at casino restaurant. My steak dinner was good and the service excellent. The casino allows smoking, but seemed to have good ventilation. No smoke was detectable on the restaurant.They have a free shuttle to and from the casino with very pleasant drivers. I accidentally left something in the van. I called, they found it and brought it to me immediately.The hotel parking lot was cleared of snow and ice promptly. It was a relaxing two day break. I would stay here again. The rate is excellent for what you get. The only negative I can give is they don't have laundry for guests, and the truckstop doesn't either.

Stayed there late night while traveling for nearly 20hours on the road. They had a room available. It was 1am there were 5 of us all tired and cranky. The lady at the front desk was so pleasant and sweet, she made us laugh and got us all taken care of super quick so we could get settled. we only slept for 5hours but it was clean and quiet. Def recommend to anyone traveling. Affordable, Clean, and Nice Staff can't ask for anything else.

Way to overpriced ($87) for the shower not to be real and the toilet not to flush properly, and the sheets to be stained (to late at night to care, so I slept fully clothed) was easier to use the restroom at the Loves travel station next door, Should have been more like ($40) There is a shower head but no way to turn it on so you can only take a sit down bath. Tiny room about 10x12 but at least the bed was comfortable. You can also hear your neighbors very clearly.The 3 stars is for the front desk staff and the bed. Checkin was quick and easy.

Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Myself and my husband each got 25.00 to play and each got a 10.00 certificate toward food. After that our room was less than 20.00. If I am ever that way I will definitely stay again

We got one of their stay and play packages. For a Friday night. It was a very nice king suite with 2/25$ slot play vouchers, and, 2/10$ vouchers for food. What a deal, all for just 90 bucks. Would have liked for the kitchen in the suite to have had plates, bowls, utensils, pots and pans, etc, but it did not, so that was a little inconvenient. But we had pizza, salad, and dessert for dinner, came out with money in our pockets, and had a great time. Highly recommend.

The woman at the front desk was a bit authoritarian when telling us the rules of the hotel, which was a downer. Was not how I expected the registration to go when l'm out to have a good time.Rooms: The room is basic but bed is comfy. Keep the air conditioner on or you will get a musty smell. Walls are thin.

This place is great. We were desperate for a room and it was late, and they gave us a room. The staff was super nice and we got to meet Dixie, the tiny dachshund at the front desk (she was super friendly too!). Our room was small but very clean and nice and the air was already cranked up for us 😀😀😀. Highly recommend.
