Our dog on a road trip to Arkansas started acting really strange , pacing and crying, weird panting. Diareia . We were freaking out and this vet was right there . Very quick service , it was a bacteria thing and the medicine to ease her stomach . It worked right away. Every vet is expensive but compared to California and New York it was very fair . Great little savior spot.

Initially, I loved taking my dogs here. Until recently, they have lost a loyal customer. Took my 3 dogs in to get their nails cut, and for two of them to get allergy shots. They did just that, along with charging me $75 for exam fee for each of my two dogs in addition with the $75 allergy shot fee. My total was over $400. They charged me for exam fees for my dogs for no reason because they didn’t even examine them. I called and talked to a guy and I asked him about the fee and he seemed confused as to why I was charged for exam fees as well. He said to call back after lunch to talk to the receptionist who charged me. I asked if it could be refunded and the receptionist said no but that to remind her next time I come in and that she would “make it right”. $150 down the drain for no apparent reason whatsoever.

This place has the kindest people who you can tell really care for their animal patients. We were having issues on a Sunday afternoon and they did not hesitate to help. I give this place 10/10 on customer service. Highly recommend.

Dr Shane Kimble is the best. Nobody CARES about your pet the same way he and his staff does. You can always find someone else to do what you need. But never at the level of K2 Vet. My family and I couldn't thank them enough for the work they do.

Paid them to fix my cat, but they released him too soon because he scented my car like a skunk and was still bleeding quite a bit . Now I have to pay more to fix this problem.....The cats is fine but customer service lacks. They should have warned me or prepared him better.

I took my Baby ( that's her name) to be fixed. She was having a hard time the next morning. I called and they said bring her in. They gave her an I.V to flush it all out of her and kept her over night to to make sure she fully recovered. They are kind and compassionate!! 5 stars in my book!!!!

We have a Pyrenees that gets very sick when driven anywhere. She had an infected sew claw and Shane came out to trim it and her other dewclaws. He also comes out to give her yearly vaccinations.

Actually I only used this place as a spot to receive a package however, I witnessed people getting to work on time with smiles on their faces and light, quick steps as they were walking in the door. That tells me they are happy people, looking forward to their jobs and ready to meet the day.Happy people do good work and are a pleasure to conduct business with.

I've been bringing my pets to Dr. Kimble for a couple years. When we have an emergency, we're always told to "come on over". Shane and his staff are gentle with our pets and I don't worry about leaving them in his care.Another reviewer complained about the cost of his services. I'll say he does charge a bit more than our previous veterinarian, but I completely trust him to care for our beloved family members and the difference in price is worth the piece of mind.

Awesome veterinary clinic! Shane took the time to come in after business hours to take care of my sick dog, kept her overnight and she's back to being normal and healthy! Prior to this I've brought him two other dogs one with a pretty good injury and one needing vaccinations and he had both of them taken care of in no time, I highly recommend him if you need a veterinarian!

My dog Milo was having some terrible stomach issues. We called every vet within a 30 mile radius and nobody would see us. K2 fit us into their schedule immediately. They were very kind and gentle with our dog. We appreciate the professionalism that K2 served us with. We just found ourselves a new vet for our dog and future pup! I recommend K2 over any vet in the Hinton/Weatherford area!

My wife and I drive a big rig out of CA and one of our little pups (moose) was feeling poorly, so we Stopped at K2 and what a great experience! fast thorough and friendly! oh and a place to park the rig with trailer. as for the reviews complaining about cost try a vet in so-cal I was glad to pay K2s fee.

The personnel at K2 Vet are very kind, but they do overcharge immensely. My sister's terrier swallowed a treble hook while fishing and we took her dog to K2 Vet for medical attention. They kept the dog overnight, gave him antibiotics and something to coat his stomach so the hook would not penetrate his intestines. He passed the hook and we picked him up 24 hrs later. Originally, they said it might take 4 days for the hook to pass and the charge would be $450 which was reasonable and which she pre-paid. After just 24 hours however, they charged her $390, reimbursing her $60. The clinic is clean and the personnel knowledgeable, but the charge was extremely excessive. We are glad the terrier is doing well, but are disappointed about the excessive charge. We believe that because we do not live in the Hinton area and would probably not be a regular customer, it would be okay to scam her on the price. Our thoughts about this being such a nice clinic were diminished. We hope we never have to use them again. If so, it will be an emergency and we certainly will not pre-pay. We warn others they should do the same.
