Very good place for fast food chicken when it's not overcooked even slightly; otherwise it was very good, and I very much enjoyed over hearing the very real conversation the employees were having, it showed a good cohesiveness and though some might not approve, I was not offended by anything said. Very good work and professionalism.Parking: The parking lot is small, but only during peak hours would it be difficult to find a spot. The drive thru is a usually really good and quick.

Don’t go here if your looking for fresh food. The employees will never remake a batch of food fresh for you if they have some that has been sitting for hours. Their chicken tenders some how have a variety of sizes, you can get a piece of chicken the size of a nugget and they still count it as a tender. And today i decided to go during dinner time hoping for fresh food and I got it and you know what else I got? RAW PINK CHICKEN!! Golden chick really needs to seek new management because it has definitely gone down the🚽

A lot of people view this place as just another fast food chicken joint, but I can personally say that I thoroughly enjoy going to this restaurant with my daughter when I'm able to get her, the atmosphere is just so fun for a child and she absolutely loves the egg machine the ladies are always really nice to her one of them even gave her a free cookie. Highly recommended to anybody who enjoys good chicken and a peaceful nature meal

Went threw the drive thru at 2:29 pm on Monday for my first time ever eating here and I was so disappointed. My food was not fresh and was dry like it had sat under a heat lamp for hours. I'd driven by this place multiple times and was curious. I guess I stopped on the wrong day. Hopefully this isn't there norm. I ordered the chicken sandwich and fries.

The staff was friendly, had excellent customer service. Clean, open atmosphere. Food was braught to our table quickly, and everything was fresh and tasted perfect. I'll definitely be coming back next time I come through. These people are doing the dang thing, and doing it wonderfully.

What heck is this? It looked like someone took a bit out of it at first. After a closer look at it, the bun started to fall apart when I picked it up. This truly unacceptable, laziness on the cook's personality. I could half-way understand if the restaurant was busy as heck but they weren't at that precise moment. How hard was it to put a new bun before sending it out? It isn't....honestly this deserves a write-up on that employees conduct file that way this doesn't happen again. On a side note, I was requested cheese on the sandwich. Now where is the cheese on the sandwich? There isn't any. I'd give this a negative star rating if there was any to give. Later.

It's eh, simply disappointed that they didn't have pepper jack in stock for my sandwich, but sometimes that's the supplier so not much to say there. My to go order was made a dine-in. Overall, Lindsey and Raymond offered excellent customer service. Quality over quantity is what I would rate this restaurant chain. :) If you like yeast rolls, this is the place.

The 16 piece chicken strip an rolls with some corn dodgers Outstanding it was delicious.this is original post..... adding me an my wife drove up to Black kettle national grassland camped an on our way back home 4 hr.30min.away we made sure to stop at our favorite fried chicken stop! chicken tenders corn dogers mashed taters rolls! LT., SGT.COL.WHO? Will be back well worth 4 1/2 hr drive!!

I had the fried fish and it was so good! 🐟 The restaurant was nice and cool. ❄ Coming in from the 99° heat was great! 😎 I'm sad to say there was no ice cream machine.😢We all know that a free ice cream cone is a great bonus to the visit! 💕🍦💕 Still dern good fish! 🐟

I was surprised I came during happy hour. Drinks were $1!Also they had one free I've cream cone when I went. Sadly I'm avoiding sugar. Really wanted one though.My coworker had a meal and enjoyed it.

Food served to us is soggy and cold half the time we get food there. We asked for gravy, and it had the consistency of milk with pepper seasoning.. lol to bad there isnt many places to eat here.

The service sucked . I went through the drive through and when i pulled up to pay i was told it would be a couple minutes they were waiting on the chicken to finish . Then she came to the window about 5 min later and told me they were waiting on the rolls .. i set at the drive through for 20 minutes. Then when I got home and un packed my food and went to get a roll they were smashed. This is my last time going there not happy at all

I haven’t been to a Golden Chick in 20 years because of 1 bad experience (yes, I like to hold a grudge). Nevertheless, I decided to give this Hennessy location a shot because I still have a 16 year old grudge against Sonic that I’m not ready to forget and it is conveniently located next to my hotel. I must say! The staff was very friendly and courteous and the food was hot, fresh and delicious. Thank y’all for unknowingly lifting an ancient grudge that has, not in the least of ways, affected my life. See y’all again soon!

i’ve tried the Golden Chick in Hennessy & they’re chicken sandwiches are just fantastic! so when i found out there was on in Yukon, i was excited! but, when i tried the chicken sandwich, it was just not the same & as good. the bread was mainly air, not thick. there was way too much sauce in it, making it very spicy, which i like, but i wanted to note that. and the chicken was just not as crispy & tasty. the sandwich itself was also not warm at all!! the only thing i really liked were the french fries, they were SO good. i won’t be going back to this Golden Chick.

I have eaten here twice and both times ive loved it. The food was hot and fresh and not so greasy like most chicken fadt food restaurant. The service was fast. The employees were nice

They gave us 6 pieces instead of the 8 I paid for.Both family members and including myself thought the chicken tasted like it had sat all day.Cannot drive back as we live in the country, but sales lady who took my order very nice

Waited 20 minutes to get a 6 piece chicken strip dinner to go. Went inside to order. One vehicle setting at drive thru window. They fixed five more drive thru orders after I ordered. Then only had five half sized stripes when arrived home and opened dinner box.Don't plan on ever going back.

Chicken tenders were tasty, but the fried okra was not. Also kinda expensive. I ordered a 6 piece tender meal to split and an extra order of okra and it was 12 bucks.
