I wish I could hive 0 stars. Stay away from this place been here for 7 hrs and still load not ready. Just checked and was told it will be at least few more hrs. Place like this should be shut down it should be illegal to hold drivers for so long. STAY AWAY Would be nice to hear someone to explain why they take so long just saying

0 stars! All those negative reviews are true. Been sitting here over 10 hours and they only loaded 3 trucks in that time frame! VERY bad!

I dont know about others but i think its all depends on broker!!!Checked in at guard shack got door right away got loaded within an hour and out with paperwork in handsHave scale back in of the buildingGood luck

People are very friendly, arrived at 06:00 for a 08:00 appointment, product wasn’t ready and was assigned a door at noon, was load with in a hour, paperwork was quick and easy. Nothing like the reviews I had read taking 10 + hrs

This place takes forever to load 8+ hours... I've been here two times, and both times have taken forever.Driver's be aware to bring something to eat and some snacks. FYI There's a truck stop just before coming in. Only reason 2 stars is because the ppl are nice.

It deserves NO stars. Called and was told 2 hours early for apt is no problem. First diver I spoke to said he had been waiting 30+ hours after his apt time. I ended up spending 26 hours as they loaded their own day cab trucks one after the other, outside drivers are told they don’t have enough product. Left with 600 cases of an 800 case order….. nightmare waste of time for everyone involved. I will never take a load from this place ever again.

They got me in a door within one hour of my appointment loading took 20 minutes weight and balance on the trailer was perfect then they let me park overnight. All the people that work here or very personable and professional.

Was supposed to get loaded Friday before midnight last truck waiting, suddenly front desk says last min they switched it to Monday. Goodluck doing a reset at a Pilot near you 180 miles away.

Drivers if you would like to do a 10hr reset. then this is your place. sometime you see comments and think oh well it won't happen to me. LOL. I WOULD KEEP OUT. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.THE ONLY GOOD THING IS THEY ARE HONEST AND WILL LET YOU KNOW IT WILL BE AWHILE 15HRS LATER. Once you get assigned a door it only takes 20min to be loaded. You will get angry, hungry sleep wake up repeate cycle. if you get hungry just walk to the gas stationKEEP OUT KEEP OUT.

Attention !Avoid to have any deals with this facility !!!I had got here yesterday at 14:00. Now is 13:10 of next day. Yesterday, in evening, my dispatcher called them, and they said that "product isn't ready", and that it'll ready to 03:00 next day. Nothing has happened at 03:00, as nothing is happening now. I'm staying here. In the morning I went to the shipping office and asked about loading time. They called by phone to anyone, and said me... (Guess what ?) Right ! : "product isn't ready" It'll be ready to 14:00. I thing it won't be ready at all.To be continued...

Drivers this the worst place in my trucking carrier. Checked in Wednesday at 14:45 and now it’s Thursday 7 am and still not loaded. Worst place for owner operators. Never come here. If you see ok foods in heavener OK cancel it right away and save your precious time.

Arrived 2030 paperwork in hand and back at guard house 2120 did not have enough time to walk my dog and grab a late snack before I was loaded I read previous reviews and was prepared for entire night instead it was one of the fastest shipper's I've been to so apparently depends on if your lucky today I was so for me actually 4 star's on pickup

I could have been go negative if google give me option to give a negative review .. Most dumb facilities..they don’t know how to talk nd how to behave with drivers .. we are humans too .. waited All night for Load .. they dont even have proper employees to laod your cargo .. once they do finished loading .. they loaded me over ..latterly i have to go over and over again ..waste my whole night..Make sure u took shower nd had food before u go there .. Be prepared to spend minimum 8 hour wait ..Worst facility and workers ..

24 Hours to load, and people wonder why it cost them so much for groceries. That's why! Shippers taking forever to load , keeping drivers past ther appointment, causing them to be late for delivery.

They load truckers after midnight if u show up daytime then wait till after midnight and good luck make sure you weigh your truck after loading scale back of the building have awesome day.

Arrived to pickup which was ready to go they said. Well, they were 80 cases short. I was waiting for 22 hours to get loaded...... Regret I booked this load. I definitely not taking any more loads from this place. Felt like I was waiting for chicken to grow.........

What a joke of a shipper. My truck has been sitting onsite for over 19 hours waiting to get loaded. This is the type of shipper that does not care about driver's, carriers, or the their customers. I would not advise booking a load from this facility. If you do, factor in a large layover before agreeing to a rate. Pickup # 1196646, if anyone from OK Foods is reading these reviews.

Check in 2:15pmIf you ever wondered what hell is like come to this location. 10+ hours waiting and counting, others been waiting 2 days to get loaded. 7:00 pm Call to check on my load supposedly USDA came by and had the warehouse on hold, called again at 2:00 am now it’s sorry sir USDA has a hold on your product, can’t release it till they approve it 👎👎👎👎👎

avoid this place :))they will start loading you after midnightbecause FDA has to approve your load to deliveryFDA open 6:00 amso no matter what time you got loaded 2 am or4 amso basically you have to wait till 6:00 amand funny part is shipper will tell you that they have a water issue 😂your broker will sell this load knowingly to youmy broker lie to me and I have been here almost 11hoursnow 3 am still 3 more hours to go :(((so please be aware!!!!

Got here at 12:30 it is 6:39pm & still not loaded and not even docked. Never ever will come here to pick up again. Bring a lunch and snacks cause you will be here all dayUpdate: just got loaded it is now 2am 🤦🏾‍♂️ They have overnight parking tho

Always loaded in a timely manner, but make sure you check your weight. Actual weight is usually much more than what is listed on the bills. They have a scale on the backside.

Arrived at 1400 on Friday and sat waiting for the order for 24 hours plus. Had three other truck waiting also. The only thing the shipping people said is “product is not done. We are running very slow.”
