First time going here to buy dog food. They had a large supply and variety of the exact thing I was looking for. As soon as I entered, they greeted me and asked if they could help me find anything. I immediately saw the kind of food that I wanted.... She said I didn't even have to lift the bag to bring it to the checkout. I just told her what I wanted and the size. I got a 40 pound bag. The man working in there carried the bag out and across the road to where I was parked. When I went outside to leave... He followed me out and across the road to load it into my Jeep for me. They were extremely helpful, friendly and gave me excellent customer service. I will definitely be back.

I have had the worst luck and N and R feed . I never receive the chicken feed when needed, they loose a barrel and don’t take responsibility for the loss! You have to keep calling and they won’t answer the phone and someone does answer it’s a child and you have to ask for an adult! Never again , they don’t cater to the little people just big farms in my opinion

One gold star for prices. One gold star for the person operating the cash register. The three white stars are for the guys who are supposed to help get products like hay in your vehicle. Apparently, it's a "help yourself" kind of place now. Which is AWESOME if you always wanted to compete in a Strongman competition.Last week, I told them what I needed after purchasing it. I went to where they hay is kept for loading and waited for over fifteen minutes and three attempts to make eye contact with someone to remind them. I ultimately loaded the hay I paid for into my truck by myself and left. Nobody ever showed up even after the hay was loaded.I won't be going back.

Can't believe anyone could have given this place more than a 1 star. I was spoken to very rudely by a man operating a fork lift. Because my car which was parked in an approved parking spot was in his way. I happened to be standing by my car. And had opened the door to it several times. I asked the man when I noticed him struggling to operate the forklift in the vicinity of my vehicle if he would like me to move it. After several rude expletives he said yes. I moved it and then mentioned to him that next time all he had to do was ask me to move it politely. To which he replied well I didn't know it was your car. Please see above forementioned where I spoke about being in and out of the car several times. Please if your going to keep employees that are this rude you need to keep them away from the public. Because when I deal with them I give negative reviews. P.S. I had planned on buying several thousand dollars worth of feed and setting up a standing monthly order with your business but I took my business somewhere else based on this interaction.

I was rather disappointed today to say the least in the experience I had at the feed store today. They acted as I didn't even exist. The guy at the counter was talking to two young men behind the counter about something that had nothing to do with the feed store at all but yet I was standing right in front of him and I felt like a ghost. I will no longer go to that feed store I will in fact go to D&D right down the street they're a little bit higher but the service is much better

First of all, no one here knows what they are talking about... about anything. I went in to get wormer for my puppy, was pointed to flea medicine. When I called and stated that I had received the wrong product, I was cussed out. The second time,I called about a parvo vaccine and was greeting by a stuttering response of how the rabies vaccine worked for everything including parvo, and no one seemed to know the price. Do not give this store your business unless you to have to make a shot in the dark and possibly wind up with a dead animal.
