Love the Harps Grocery on Hwy 9, Norman, Oklahoma. Store is not too big, but not too small of a store that you can find what your looking for without taking all day and walking 3 miles to get toilet paper and a gallon of milk! Ugh..The Bakery is excellent and fresh veggies and nuts and home town/grown Honey is a find for a person with allergies which need close proximity to aide on relief of allergie problems.Meat is fantastic!Can't say enough about the employees as well! A1 job everyone! Very friendly and will go out of there way to help. Even help out with car issues! That great! Especially if female!Thank You Harps, A Satisfied Customer.Give those employees a raise! 😁👋

This is a great grocery store in the rural area of Harrah Oklahoma. The prices are competitive the store is always clean and the shelves are stocked the staff is friendly the lines are usually very short and quick and has ample parking spaces and good hours

Prices are too high, can't even buy a jar of Italian seasoning or wheat bread (not ever stocked). About the only things they never run out of are sweets, soda pop and beer.

This grocery store has a very "small town" feel to it. This is a good thing, staff is always friendly, and the deli makes some good food. The meat we have purchased is not always a good cut but not terrible. Prices recently have been quite inflated but this is happening everywhere. Harp's doesn't always have what we need but being smaller in size makes this an acceptable inconvenience. Overall, a great place to grab some quick grub or the groceries to throw a meal together at home. Always happy to support local businesses over big box stores any time!

It's close to home, so it's convenient.They have great deli food.Prices are much higher but sometimes I am not physically able to make the drive to another store.I spent 300.+ and it lasted about a week. I normally go to Crest and spend around 550. and it lasts for almost two months, with the exception of milk and bread.

Since the switch from Country Boy to Harps, many prices have gone down as well as some have gone up. The prices are still great and the meat dpt. has continued to be like how it was with CB. it's the best meat dpt. around town! The customer service is awesome and the store always looks good unless it's a truck day or inventory day. The new coupon cards help me save even more than I already have with all the weekly sales, which I can find online.

Not bad, but not great. Prices are a bit higher than I'd like, but being the only grocery store in the area, it is about par for the course and is due to the dummies who elected a bunch of loony democrats who love taxes and socialist handouts to buy votes.... Same same.

Went in to Harps in Harrah picked out a box of cupcakes, they were marked $6.99. There were sone marked $10.99 and $12.99. I asked tha blonde young lady in the bakery what the difference was in the cupcakes for the price difference. She very rudely came over ripped off the price tag and says they were marked wrong, they were suppose to be $12.99. This rudeness was completely uncalled for, and if an item is mismarked, it in my lifetime was never the customers fault, it was sold to the customer at the marked price and the rest of the items left were marked to the correct price. I am not from Harrah but I do come here on occasiin to visit my family, and have bought grocerys there for cookouts and such on several occasions. But I will not be stopping there again. I will bring food from home or stop in Shawnee. The store has gone downhill since the very first time I went in there. Its dirty and my daughter has told me their help has been rude to her before many times. As l said l will not go back to Harps

Great selection of everythingYou have to take your time in Harps because they have so much more than the other local express grocery store.But Harps is not the cheapest place to buy groceries. I go there when I need something out of the ordinary.

It was OK, but the customer service can use some help. I ask if I could have my cash back in quarters. She said she didn't have them, but a could take my cash to the service desk a get quarters. What she should have said was " sir would you like from me to get you those quarters?"

Savanna was such a great worker and so helpful! I am used to shopping at much larger grocery stores where the emphasis is on speed and go. However, it was so refreshing to have such great help and a kind worker! Excellent selection of produce!

I was told at customer service an action couldn't be performed due to lack of training and the manager would be back in 30 minutes and can do this. I came back in 30 minutes to be informed that said manager cannot perform action. Why hold a manager title if you cannot do any more than a normal cashier. Know your information before wasting people's time

I love to get snacks here, the employees are quick and helpful! I have no complaints! (Also if your confused because "country boy" use to there but noe it's a gas station, they either changed their name or sold it and bought the gas station next to it. But I'm pretty sure they just changed the name because everything is still rhe same!)

Nothing changed when it went from Country Boy to Harps. Prices are still WAY high. Stopped in for a couple items there were not enough cashiers had 2 out of 7 registers open. Got some chicken strips and a couple of legs from the deli legs were pretty good but stay away from the chicken strips they were dry. It's convenient for a lot of folks out here but next time I will drive 5 miles futher to Firelake on Mcloud Rd.

Every single time I shop here I am overcharged! Usually a sale item that doesn't ring up right. Today I caught a $10 error at the register but found a $5.25 mistake when I got home. Very frustrating! I should be able to trust I will be correctly charged. I don't think I'll be back. I've never had a mistake at Firelake grocery and I always buy what's on sale!

It was okay... The checkers were friendly. It is more like a neighborhood store. I got everything I needed.The BIG downfall for us was the 1 lb of fried gizzards we bought from the deli. They were not cleaned well. It was nasty. We took a bit of one, and we had to throw it all away.
