My husband went in there labor day 2023 this morning tried to buy 5 items (3 bleaches, paper towels, & incense)it came up to $30.00 he said what no I'll go on down to Walmart he asked for a receipt they refused to give it to him. He came back thru there and decided to stop cause he forgot tinfoil he walked in the store and they told him to leave & called the cops on him. Horrible racist place. I wish it would let me post pics he took pics but they both turned their backs on him. Discusting behavior. They was trying to rip my husband off & then when they couldn't do that they called on the black man. Racism at its finest!

I was in there on Saturday the 26th of august it was later in the afternoon. There were 2 people in front of me checking out. So I go find an employee asking him if somebody can get up to the front and check us out. The girl that I asked got an attitude with me I said, can somebody come help us check out and she said can’t you use self check out.She was so rude and disrespectful for working in a customer service position.

If they happen to have stock its in bunkers blocking all the aisles....better off stocking yourself if you need something cause the staff sure isn't concerned. Employees are unhelpful and rude at best. A little girl named regan whose outfit was trashy at best told a line of 6 customers while bein the only cashier that "i can't help you" in a snotty tone and wandered off. This store is highly unprofessional and dirty...just like the customer service they offer.

They normally have what I need or want. As far as kindness from workers and cleanliness,all of their stores need work,lol. But these days,sadly,most managers either don't care or they can't keep employees.

Store is always a wreck ( like every dollar general really ) hard to get down the aisles with a cart or stroller. I called to verify they had a product in stock before I drove up there, they said they did so I went in. I get there it was not. The employees were unhelpful and rude and told me they were probably there when I called. I called less than 10 min before I got there. Dollar general is always trashy and poorly taken care of. Do better dollar general!

This store never feels like it is clean or ready for customers. There is unopened stock on the sales floor. And employees have to divide their time between stocking shelves and helping customers. Neither job gets done effectively. They have a good enough selection to keep you from making a trip into town if you forget something in most cases.

Prices are descent, shelves are definitely stocked of CHRISTmas items before Halloween was done. Not counting the 2 1/2 days shut down before Halloween 🎃 with ALL kind of Sales going on... Some of the evening Workers aren't very friendly and some don't even look like they're in even dress code starting from the hair to their shoes... Dress friendly, Smile some and might turn Friendly!!!

Stopped by there this evening spent 40 dollars on dog food and shampoo and conditioner and a couple other items and when I got home I realized the man who rang me up did not give me all my bags . I went back and my bag was gone , he must of given it to another person .I had to buy more stuff !!!

This store makes me sick. Upper Management told the store employees/managers that the extreme coupons that these people were doing was alright. To do it. And then fires all the people that allowed it! The new staff isn't near as friendly as the last crew. And the store isn't stocked near as good now either. Lazy bums even eat their dinners right at the counter.

Very rude and unprofessional.. Girl with the two red pieces in the front of her hair likes to literally THROW your receipt at you and talk sh!t about customers IN FRONT of them. I'm a long time resident of Harrah and will no longer go to this one anymore. Outrageously rude staff most of the time.

This store places misleading ads. They post 2 for 5 or 2 for 6, when you get to the register, its never the price you pay at the register. They place sale signs under like priduct then tell you at the register, that is not the price. Their product sizes are always placed misleading the consumers The product it might refer to is two or three shelves down. I stopped purchasing here and thought i would try them again after a year, and this store is up to the same ole practice.

So my wife just went to get a couple of things from Dollar General, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. I did not know this before she left but she got a case of water. First of all I would've gone with her to help carry any heavy items. She did not intend on getting anything heavier than a gallon of milk but she saw it and thought we needed it. Instead of the employees offering to scan the water in the basket at the register they had her pick it up so they could scan it...and no one offered to help her put it in the car. I wouldn't have a problem with this normally at all but she's 7 months pregnant! Have a little respect for other people it's literally your job to give good customer service! Even if it's not your job it's just common courtesy. I guess I will be going with my wife everywhere from now on because you can't count on people to be decent.

They have terrible customer service. Everytime that i have gone in there the lady with short red hair is very rude, and then she proceeded to slam the receipt into my hand and didnt look friendly at all. I wouldn't recommend here unless you want to be talked about behind your back.

I like and enjoy the convience of the store to my house it is within walking distance what I do not enjoy is the attitude of the employees there is one male worker who is down to earth and friendly enough to make small talk but the majority of the employees are rude and make me feel uncomfortable and follow me around as though they think if I was going to steal it would be from the dollar store (no I don't think so) and they hollow me around never ask me if I need help or how I am and then the awkward silent check out process and never a thank you have a good day or even a kiss my ass idk what they have against me if I did know I would sure try to fix it

The man behind the Register had no clue where any of the items I needed were. He never came to help me find the things i needed even. after 30 mins of me looking, the clerk said "We dont carry that. Well this is where I get it all the time. I dont like that store anymore. RUDE PEOPLE RUNNING IT...

Ailes are always full and hard to get around especially if I'm pushing a cart. The clothing is a mess and sizes are all mixed together so a person has to browse though everything just to find one or two shirts of the right size. Their clothing buyer has bad taste in clothing. Most everything has lettering on it and ridiculous sayings. Don't know why they can't stock just plain solid colors in various styles.

Liked all the items and choices in the new frozen food section, of the store, lots to choose from. All Dollar Stores should have the frozen foods and produce section in there stores.

Out of stock on many items every time I visit. Isles cluttered. ( the physical structure is too small ). I am a retired manager and I see a store with no organization. A boat without a captain.
