My Chi-Winnie was scheduled to have his nails cut/ trimmed. I knew he wouldn’t want to go, he hates having his nails done. This is the 3rd times he’s ever had them cut. Once we arrived my dog was so frightened to go in, he is jumping from the front seat to the back. He was petrified, shaking everywhere, completely scared to death,. We go I and I handed him over to the groomer, I chose to wait in my car while his nails were being done. Once they were done I go back inside to see my dog loving on the groomer who just did his nails. He has his front pals wrapped around her neck as if he was giving her a hug, and she was loving on him back. My dog was no longer scared, shaking, or petrified! He wasn’t scared. That was wonderful to see! They have such an outstanding staff that’s super friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend Cosmic Groomers to anyone who wants comfort in knowing that your fur baby will be taken care of and will come out looking beautiful.

Brought Mary in to get a cleaning. She and her brothers were left in a hot car. Now I am finding homes for them. These great people are helping me . 3 more are coming in Friday.Pray they all get loving homes..

I’ve been taking Bailey there for over a year now and he was a bit hesitant at first but now he just walks right in. The staff is always kind and friendly. I think Bailey likes them more than me sometimes 😜

I have always trusted Krysten with my furry family members. When my Ally was alive, she went to another place & hated it. Then we moved to Harrah & I found Krysten. What a Godsend!! Ally would whine & be upset every time we passed her shop bc she WANTED to go in. Just wonderful. Then we got my Maya & this pup is CRAZY nervous & resistant to anyone touching her paws, clipping nails, it’s near impossible. Same for brushing. When I sent her to Krysten, her & her hubs were able to get her deshed, soft, give her a bath that calmed her allergies AMAZINGLY, & do the impossible: clip her nails. We are a fan for life. Would never trust any other place with my precious furbabies!!!

Excellent dog groomer! These folks are professional, talented, punctual, communicative, kind, and they listen. Their facility is clean and organized. Our pups look soooo good. We love that they take photos of them. We highly recommend this doggy spa.

Our small pup was very scared due to prior bad experiences and they were wonderful with him. Very kind and even with his issues and difficulty calming down - they made him look very handsome. We are extremely appreciative for their kindness.

I have used their grooming service four times now, and they have done exceptionally well each time. They actually listen to what I want, and provide good, expert advice. They are a bit more expensive than nearby competition, but I feel that it's worth it because of the customer service, convenience (they take credit cards), and results.

Took my 3 dogs here for their first professional nail trim and the groomers handled them really well. They didn't try to tug or pull my dogs around. They talked to them like they'd known them forever. It was a great experience and I will definitely be bringing them back to get fully groomed now that I feel comfortable with them. Once again Cosmic Canines has gone above and beyond our expectations. We took one of our rescue dogs in for a spa day for help with her matted fur. She came out looking like a different dig. We have our personal dog groomed here regularly and we have never been disappointed. We recommend to everyone with any breed dog. I have an old girl and these folks took amazing care of her! They groomed her in blocks and let her rest and absolutely loved on her! She deserves the respect her age demands and they went out of their way to ensure her well being. Could not possibly recommend them enough. 100 percent trust them with my dogs!

Amazing place to take your animals, I took my schnauzer who has anxiety issues, and she didn't even have that much anxiety with how nice everyone there was, not to mention their skill. 10/10 will be back!

First time there and it took a lot less time than other groomers. Seems like they have it figured out and that says a lot! A little pricey but if that’s not a concern for you, then I definitely suggest using this groomer in Harrah.
