Got food poisoning...Picked up a salad to go home and eat it. With in 15 mins I was having diarrhea and 30 mins later I was throwing up. Didn't eat but a third of it. Had diarrhea every time I went to the bathroom that day. At 6 pm after taking a nap because I had a headache and was freezing it started all over again. Got up 2 time during the night and still had the diarrhea after taking 4 pills to stop it. Diarrhea was still going on this morning and I had not eaten any thing for over 10 hours. Went to the dr office to get something to stop the throwing up. I ate 2 little jello with out fruit in it for lunch and by 5 pm sitting on the stool some more. I am now on a see through diet. Hasn't been any fun for the last 24 hours.

My daughter and myself both ordered a turtle sundae’s. We had to tell both employees what goes on the sundea. I had barely scoop of ice cream and he put Carmel on one scoop and hot fudge on the other. I explained to him Carmel and hot fudge go on both scoops. My daughters was made the same way with full scoop of ice cream. Please train your employees better.

Usually Always good and fresh made, which means it's not always fast. But that's ok. Today was not so great waited 15 minutes on 8 half filled breakfast burritos for $15... The lady wasn't measuring anything just using her gloved hand grabbing stuff. They do have a fully stocked grocery market. Great location and mostly great service.

Shame on Braums! Placing stress of a timer on employees to get people out of your drive thru. This employee, after passing my coffee thru the window, then my food, politely, asked me to move forward, note that no one else in line behind told me it ruins his drive-through ticker, while I was placing my cream and sugar in my coffee. I felt so sorry for this person who made minimum wages that he was stressed about me taking my time he had to feel compelled to respectfully let me know. Wow! Anyhow, very friendly staff, you should feel so lucky to have such staff, but ps! My #3burito had no sausage on it under the rush of a ticker. Great coffee!

I go to this Braum’s quite often, the kids are friendly and work quickly; however, when making burgers they do not seem to pay attention to the details. My husband has allergic reactions to onions and tomatoes and I specifically ask to leave those items off and the ticket shows that as well, “no onion, no tomato” and the last two times those items have been placed on the burger and I have to ask them to remake it. I just wish they would pay more attention to the details to avoid heath issues and having to spend more time to correct the order. When asking to correct the burger they ALWAYS do it with a good attitude and always make it right, which is why I continue coming!

Very poor service! Went through the drive-through and had to pull forward and wait for them to make my order. I ordered 10 breakfast burritos, and after waiting 30 minutes, I had to park and go inside to find out the reason it was taking so long. They had two employees working, and one would work on my order until another order came in, then they would push mine aside to make the other order. After making the other order, they would work on mine again until another order came in, and mine got pushed again. It never should have taken that long or me having to go in for my order. Very Very disappointed!!

Just ordered 2 sandwiches, sandwiches only. Got two meals and charged for them. These kids could care less. One if the worst locations ever. Avoid this one at all costs. Ans apparently they don't know what unsweetened consists of. Too many kids in this place

I go there all the time . My grandparents bought their food at Braums milk Ice cream , and the dip , and the cookies , everything,, so i do too . I don't like milk normally but Braums milk is different i love it , I won't buy milk or ice cream anywhere else. I'm on my way there now. The later hours they have is awesome I seem to always get there around 930ish but they stay open till 1045.

The ice cream sundaes we ordered were good. The young man who waited on us was very polite and knew what he was doing. But, the store was a wreck! There were sundae toppings all over the countertops where the employees made the sundaes, the floor was a mess, the glass doors on the ice cream cabinet were so messy, we couldn't see through them. I have to say, it was getting close to quitting time, so things may have been that way because of that. But I have worked at Braums before and if our store had looked like that our manager would have fired us.

Absolutely FILTHY AND DISGUSTING!!! There was cups, dirt , food and bugs alive and dead between the mix machine and the counter. The floor in this place hasn't been swept in a long time. The counter where we paid had food amd sticky ice cream all over it. I'm surprised the health department hasn't shut this place down.

No leadership. The staff was busy do to a surge in the crowd. This was the dirtiest and most inefficient Braums I have ever seen. It was clear a properly trained manager and leader was missing, it was busy but not busy enough to degrade into our experience.

Believe it or not, they have the best most inexpensive jalapenos I have ever put my hands on. Amazing accidental find that was.. the chocolate milk just before freezing is the ultimate & 10 times better than the shake at that point. Follow jalapeno nice too.

Sports park across the street keeps them very busy at times, but the crew seems to handle it well. My food was delicious. A small mistake but corrected quickly even though they were slammed with customers.

Allergy contamination: I understand that there is always a risk of cross contamination of the candy mixes but every time I have been at this location for years, there is always a peanut candy in the mix. I don’t have a peanut allergy but there are a lot of people that do. I don’t know if it’s lack of concern or training but if you have s good allergy, be aware.

This store has never been the cleanest place. The floors are sticky. There’s most usually ketchup thrown everywhere. The tables are usually dirty. The employees are rude and act like your bothering them when ordering.We went thru the drive thru (like we always do at this Braum’s ) and ordered a vanilla malt and a strawberry malt. They made 2 strawberry malts. Plus didn’t give us straws, spoons or napkins . I’m allergic to strawberries, so had to go inside to replace the malt and pick up the utensils. If we hadn’t noticed my malt was pink, things would have ended differently. On the plus side, The malts were very good!!!

I haven't had the best experience with this location. $16 for a hamburger meal with a milkshake instead of a drink. ??? especially since it states on their menu that it's free to upgrade during lunch and dinner. Their produce section is kind of pitiful.

Employees had an attitude to customers patiently waiting for service. When the order was not fulfilled and a female asked for her drinks, the shift manager exclaimed she was not the person who took the order and got the drinks ready. The place was not clean or cared for. There was trash and cups in the drains under the counters. The sink was continuously running for no reason, cannot help but think they could conserve water for all kinds of reasons, like city demand or human resources or lowering costs to customers. This location used to be well cared for. It was the place to go after a long practice or an upsetting game or a test score to celebrate. Can someone from corporate please come and coach these employees to not only be better Braums employees but better citizens in the community and better individuals.I'm not saying they do not work hard, their work just makes it harder for them because they do not know how to work effectively, efficiently, or cleanly. Please, help them out.
