Over and over I have had bad service from this place. I have decided never to shop here again. Would rather drive anywhere else then deal with the unprofessional and poorly trained individuals here. I reserved some equipment to rent. The first day I arrived I picked up the equipment. Brought it home. It was broken and unable to be used. I was promised it would be fixed and ready the following Monday. Monday the weather kept us from being able to rent so opted for Wednesday. Only to find out Wednesday morning the equipment was rented to someone who wanted it a whole week. So let's just disregard the fact that I reserved it apparently. More important they rent for the week I guess. On top of it all the toxic masculinity spewing from the mouths of the males there causes me not to shop there. As a woman and a veteran I expect to feel comfortable and safe shopping. Not have comments made about "typical women" and only speaking to the old man I with me. I still needs hundreds of dollars worth of materials to finish my project. I will be spending that and future purchases with another company and will never be back. We were told to go to Liberal. BTW you do not have to go to Liberal to get what you need. There are other choices in Guymon.

Friendly even if no one is at the counter there is someone on the lookout and welcomes you in. Store is clean had a few times not carrying what I needed but it's not a home depot, cant really expecte to have a bigger variety. Over all store is good for basic needs prices are a bit high, but may find what you are looking for.

The staff here have been friendly and SUPER helpful in getting me geared up for repairs on my house. They have an awesome rental service that has been a life saver for me.

I had rented a lift from there and the main owner was very rude to me because he thought I had rented the lift at a different time when I had not and over charged me for no reason, lets just say i will never go back there.

I pass through Guymon often, but have yet to come into Lumber Mart. Today I needed chisels for a project so I stopped by. It was a short 15-minute visit, but I was greeted and asked three separate times if I needed help. The employees were knowledgeable and walked me to the products I needed. This was great customer service and I will be returning every time I come through Guymon.
