I go to Dollar General a lot more than I want to admit. They are always so nice. Dee (Deloris) has been so helpful to me a couple of times this week. She is the only long time employee. I will really miss her if she were toLeave! They start and quit so fast. Since Donna transferred out I have no idea who the manager even is or if there is one. Donna was always on the floor working. I wish they could have enough help to get the store put together. There are not enough employees to run the store right! Thank you for listening I know it won’t change 😢

The workers like to smoke at the door so often, you would think it to be in their policy. They simply will not step more than 2ft from the door. This forces all the customers to pass through their disgusting habit, and this also floods the store with the terrible smell. You can literally smell their cigarettes halfway to the back of the store. I believe they have been confronted and the customer was met with a "Too bad. Get over it" attitude.

This store is a cluttered mess. The manager is rude. If the line gets long it takes forever to check out. Tonight I went in gathered my items, went to get in line and it was half way back in the store. They had two kids checking people out that were slow as turtles. Merchandise is piled randomly all over. I put everything back and shot this picture of the line as I left empty handed.

Well my main reason for going was to pick up a FedEx package. I was told by whomever I spoke to I would need my id only when I went they apparently gave my package to someone else. That's twice that a dollar general has messed up on my FedEx. They really stink at helping FedEx. Will never use them for FedEx again. Happy with purchases I made

I found a new dollar store that I love just because of a cashier named vet who is just so wonderful to have a good conversation with while your waiting to check out she is also very helpful I hope she is there for the remainder of our stay here makes me not want to go. To another one just because she makes it that delightful to go to thank you lord for bringing her in our life to make our day that much better

I wouldn't say liked...The staff is friendly and fairly helpful, but there is nothing special about this location. They carry the same products as other Dollar General stores, at substantially similar prices.This store is everything you should expect a Dollar General store to be.I absolutely WILL shop here again, because I am in Guymon, OK several times a year, and many of their items actually cost less than at the local Walmart.

It's rare to find anything for a dollar, but Dollar General keeps a very diverse inventory. Home goods, Automotive, Medical, and even Groceries. This place is a good option to have, if you don't feel like visiting a larger store to purchase just a few items.

Went to exchange a green outdated sausage my boyfriend used his debit card, I did not have the debit card to get the refund, they said I had to have it since it was used at the transaction. He returned with his debit card, THEY gave him cash back, when it could have been refunded to me 6 hours earlier.

The staff isn't taking precautions to keep others safe as far as wearing masks and distancing. They're also very rude and need a whole bunch of improvement.

I went to Walmart and couldn't find what I needed. I walked into Dollar General and they had the exact items I was searching for, cheaper than the similar but wrong stuff at Walmart. So thankful they are there!

The variety of items and the prices. The bathroom is normally really clean as well and I can find one almost in any town that I go to.

I was there today an because of all the gray plastic totes,an other clutter merchandise in the hallway to the bathroom an on my way I tripped over a grey tote an scrapped my leg up I just had a knee replacement on my right leg,your employee a short black headed 5ft tall lady seen me an did nothing about it,check the video at your store thank you very much

This place holds its own. They try to do what they can with the limited crew they have. I've seen much worse and not much better so if you're in there try not to give them a hard time

This place is always a mess you can hardly walk down the Isles because they dont know how to put up their truck deliveries manager seems like she doesn't know what she is doing I probably won't go in there again
