Love the store, hate the pharmacy. I looked at the website to be sure I could pick up my prescription, since I didn't on a Sunday a few weeks ago and they were closed. So I wanted to be sure this time, Saturday, and I drove up and there's a big sign on the window saying they are closed. Closer to the house isn't very convenient if you aren't open when you say you are.

Your store in Guthrie Oklahoma is the absolute worst store I've ever seen in my life.The only way to get your prescription is to wait in the drive through. I waited an hour and 20 minutes only to find out that They are not conpractice through the v. A. And they wanted me to pay over a $100 for my prescription.Even though I went there earlier today and they said it would not be an issue.If it wasn't an emergency. I wouldn't even have wasted my time. I could promise you one thing I will never in my life go to another Walgreens.

Why is Jenna so rude? Every time I call or she helps me in person she's extremely rude and talks to people like they are stupid. I've had this encounter with her enough times to know she isn't just having a bad day. Maybe customer service isn't the best job suited for her.Switching to Cornwell now.

The drive thru line is literally wrapped around the store. The inside is not open. Do better Walgreens! Time to find a new pharmacy.

I needed an antibiotic for a sinus infection. My doctor called my prescription in but a common antibiotic they could not get for 4 days. So they called my doctor and got a different one. So I had to wait until the next day, went to pick it up and they only had a few, had to come back the next day they had a few more. They ordered more and I went to pick it up a couple days later and it was not ready. Waited and then they said sorry we are going to look lunch. Came back 30 minute yes later and finally got the last 4 pills. 5 tries to get one prescription filled. Inept. After 30 years of using Walgreens I am done.

I talked with a woman pharmacist who' was extremely knowledgeable on the phone. I went to the store and she was even more helpful. She helped me figure out the right eye medicine, lotion, etc. Specifically for my situation. Staff very good at protecting privacy. Shelves well -stocked.

The NICEST pharmacy staff ever. Seriously. I've had so many issues with insurance and they have been so sweet and kind explaining everything. They were super nice when my kids went repeatedly for covid testing. Been using them for 2 years and it's been fantastic.

When I moved to Guthrie in 2014 I started getting my prescription filled here at Walgreens. There is no way that I can tell you how good the customer service is at this particular location. Fahad, Derek and Barbara and others will go way beyond to help you and with an attitude that is so nice and refreshing. In October of 2020 I moved and today I am back here, and guess why? There is no pharmacy staff that can compare to them anywhere. You give respect and you get respect. Way to go Division Walgreens. Happy to hear your happy and friendly voice..as usual..Barbara!!

Sorry late review I usually don't give bad reviews Was going to walgreens sense around 2009 till 2021 They went down hill when a few staff quit in. Takes hours to get meds filled always out of stock on couple of meds i get every month. They have gotten rud. Half of them don't know what they are doing couple of pharmacist could give me a straight answer on a med wanted to know if i could take with anoter one because they both make you very sleepy So now go to local home town pharmacy never out of my meds amazing people work there treat you like family very knowledgeable about medicines sorry for bad review

Needed to pickup a blood clot prevention medication after having major surgery this week and were sent to guthrie because they supposedly had it in stock. Drove 45 min out there and they had half of the order. Tried to move the rx back to our normal walgreens and were told we would have to pay the copay again unless we used the guthrie store again. Called the next day to see if the medications had come in to complete the prescription and were told it was ready. Drove another 45 min to guthrie and were told it wasn't ready due to some sooner care issue, not sure why that would matter since we don't use soonercare, and that they were short staffed. They said they would get right on it and have it ready in 15 min and would text us. We drove 5 min away when we were sent a text, turned around and came right back for them and they were closed for 30 min for lunch. Never had issues like this with a store before and never been treated so poorly. Definitely won't be back, I'll stick with the stores who treat customers with honesty and kindness.

They never have my medicine when I put in for a refill. If I try to put in the refill early (my insurance allows for fills up to 7 days early) the pharmacy will deny the request saying too early. I requested my medication on May 26th. On May 27th they did not call or email so I checked the status and it showed a problem with my insurance (this happens every month, I have to call them and tell them they have it in the system wrong and to put it through manually). The guy I speak to fixes it and he tells me that everything is good. They don’t have the meds in stock, imagine that, but he’s ordering them right then and they will be there the next day. Four hours later he calls back to say he did not get the order in on time and because of the holiday I can’t get my refill until after Tuesday. I confirmed that everything was good with the rx and my insurance and he said everything was fine, it was their mistake I could pick it up when I got the text. Welcome to Saturday when I have received no text phone call and I’m out of epilepsy meds. When I go to see what is going on with my medication. I was told I couldn’t have it because the rx was past the 6 months (it is a control) that expired on May 28th, the day they were supposed to have it ready. So no matter what the guy told me on the phone they had no plans on ever giving me my medication that I can be placed in icu for going without. The pharmacist blamed corporate for all the issues until I asked for who I needed to speak with at corporate then wouldn’t give me a number and said what’s to say I won’t just take my rx somewhere else. Guess what I’m going to. I now am going to look irresponsible to my neurologist for not getting my medication on time when Walgreens f’ed it all up to begin with.

Mostly I use Walgreens for their photo processing. Today I had a young lady, Ashley, helping me who went above and beyond what most clerks would do and with a great attitude. I had placed an order for 4 - 8x10’s on wood which they process. They didn’t have the boards at that Walgreens, but Ashley called around the metro and found the appropriate boards and next morning she picked them up and processed the pics on them in Guthrie so I could pick them. Excellent customer service!

At the beginning of this year, I had to pick up some medicine for my son and the guy in the pharmacy said I could get cough drops in the drive thru, that I didn't need to come in. Today, my husband and I are very sick and waiting on covid 19 test appointments. We recently moved here and have no family or friends to help us. I needed cough drops like bad for my extra sore throat. I sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes only to be told they don't do that anymore. Cool, I'll park, come in, infect everyone. Way to care about people Walgreens. I called a local pharmacy and they were willing to help thru the drive thru. I guess I'll move my scripts over there.

I usually love shopping at Walgreens. I had a terrible experience with a manager at this Walgreens yesterday morning who was disrepectful, unprofessional and gave me major attitude for no reason. I simply asked if I could order a particular item that I usually purchase at other Walgreens stores. I believe she was not educated enough to handle such a situation. I will definitely try going on another day and/or different time of day.

Pharmacist refused to give a second immunocompromised Covid-19 booster. He said it has not yet been authorized in Oklahoma, that California might give me one. Oklahoma.gov website clearly says that immunocompromised individuals ARE eligible for a second booster after 5 months. He was uninformed and rude. I wasted two hours after making an appointment there.

Customer service inside store is great! Pharmacy has been a nightmare on more than one occasion. One example being allergy syringes; They would never have them available! They'd say come back next week they'll be here and they weren't and they'd say same thing. Then they'd charge me over $8 for about 14 or so. Well I switched pharmacies and got 100 for $24. Big difference!

Customer service from the pharmacy staff is not their top priority. They speak to you as they are passing and do not make eye contact. I've sat and watched some of the ladies questions in front of me go unanswered. How does Walgreens keep customers? This will be the last time I fill my medications here.

Very impressed. We lived nearer the Edmond Walgreens for a little over a year; we often got a disinterested/cranky employee. Now we're halfway between the Guthrie one and the Edmond one, and we are really impressed with the customer service here. This is our new Walgreens.

They overcharged my elderly mother on 2 prescriptions. Candice, the store manager was very unprofessional and rude in helping resolve the matter. Use Cornwell pharmacy in Guthrie. They are actually there to help our elderly population.

This Walgreens has the most disorganized pharmacy in the state they forgot to put in my prescription, had to wait an hour for a prescription my doctor put in an hour before I got there. And they had one person at the front taking care of 8 people. I will be going elsewhere from now on.
