I worked at this dollar tree in Guthrie. I quit because of the GM. Where I'm working now a lot of customers come and tell me how horrible the store is and always ask why my other manager and I quit. They never complained when me and Willy worked thereGood luck Guthrie public when you go there.That place needs to be shut down until they get real help there.

This place is a mess! Things falling off the shelves, stuff all over the floor, displays falling over. When I mentioned the mess to the cashier she said, “well it is a Dollar Tree.” Granted she was probably a teenager, but still. Did no one tell her she was representing the company? Or was she correct? That if it’s Dollar Tree it doesn’t need to be clean and organized? This was my first and last visit at this Dollar Tree.

I’m glad to see the store looking better but new management would be great. The negativity that comes out of the current managers mouth is probably why the staff doesn’t stay or know how to do their job properly. Management sets the tone for the store if your management is telling employees she should have just called in and also saying it loud enough for customers to hear I’d say she probably doesn’t care too much about the store. My opinion, I won’t shop there until someone else runs it.Let me just say I know the store is clean and looking better because of other people coming in to help, not due to the current manager actually doing her job.

My teenage daughters went in the store while I waited in my car. Two employees were standing outside, smoking and I noticed my daughters just waiting at the register so I let them know they had customers in line. The lady who was outside smoking looked at my daughters and said I can’t some people and continued to give them dirty looks. No too mention the store smelled awful. Why be so rude to my daughters when y’all are the ones not doing your jobs.

Get it before it's gone is right. Restocking is slow to happen. But I found things here Dollar general used to carry and doesn't now. The store layout makes sense. But clerk's don't know the stock. Answer is we don't have it or I don't know...most common.

Went in for a few things. When I asked the employee stocking shelves if they had what I was looking for she told me no quite rudely. Well after looking on my own I found it. But I dropped my debit card and it slid under a cooler. 🤦 The cashier ignored me when I asked for help and my friend went to find the rude girl from earlier. After offering no assistance she stomped off to find a ruler or something to try and push it out. Well getting a pack of rulers was all she did. At one point she told me she didn't know what to tell me and walked off. My debit card is still under that cooler

The last time I came in the employees had such horribly foul mouths, I left without purchasing my items. Now I’m sitting outside waiting for someone to unlock the door. This store was supposed to open an hour and a half ago. No one is here. There is no sign, and at least 50 people have come trying to get in. Doors are locked. Did someone decide not to come to work today??? Unacceptable Dollar Tree

I live in Florida and frequent a variety of Dollar Tree stores.I am home in Oklahoma, visiting family, and found this Dollar Tree store to be one of the nicest, cleanest, tidiest stocked stores I have shopped! Thank you for that.

Young girl who was unloading product, looked at us like we were in her way. We were on the otherside of her and never came near. Not happy to be there. Carol who checked us out was exceptionally friendly. We will be back because of Carol. Nice well kept store.

They have great customer service!! And everything I want to get and buy! Cindy is a great manager, she had to kick someone out today, for talking inappropriately; she didn’t second guess her decision.

Most of the time it's a good experience. I like to shop. But the youngster's are not very polite. But I'm old school and please and thank you go a long way. USE THEM! P.s. if you don't like people get out of "customer service " !! #craze

They lady that was checking me out did an amazing job HOWEVER THE DAY BEFORE EASTER SHOULD HAVE MORE THAN ONE PERSON WORKING! THE MANAGER OF THAT STORE SHOULD BE FIRED. YOU SHOULD NEVER LEAVE ONE EMPLOYEE WORKING A STORE ALONE THAT IS A SAFETY HAZARD! POOR MANAGEMENT.

It's so FUN to get stuff for one dollar! lol. Anyway, the staff here is really friendly, they have a lot of unique items, and they've started to stock a lot of name brand items. My recollection is that previously almost everything was a store brand of some sort so for me, this is an improvement. I suggest folks stop on by!

They had several balloons to choose from which was nice, but they were terribly understaffed at the checkout. It was a very long line. Experience was good with exception of that.

It was messy, one lady started yelling at the cashier for help, then another lady came in yelling that the first yelling lady didn't buy the right thing. Not my favorite dollar tree experience.

The manager is rude and seems to have to announce shes the manager every 5 seconds. She made snide comments and wouldnt leave me alone. Wont be back.
