I usually have no problems when I eat here but today …I went through the drive thru my fries were literally cold and when I go in to ask for fresh ones … the girl literally throws the ones I handed her back into the grease and didn’t give them back to me then I make it almost home and realized that my hamburger has cheese on it. I don’t usually have any issues but come on guys you gotta do better.!

Hands down the BEST biscuits and gravy in town! Big country breakfast is fairly close but sadly a second on my list.The staff was super friendly and was great with multiple orders.High place on my eating list when I'm feeling hot or cold!

Who doesn't like Braum's? They have decent food and ice cream. I love me some black forest sundaes, best stuff on earth. I think the workers could use a pay increase, they sometimes aren't in the best of moods, I mean, it's a fast food restaurant. People need to understand this. But they do try to make people happy. Lots of seating to sit and enjoy your meal, or just take it home and enjoy it there. Did I me tion black forest sundaes? You have to try it.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. Wheel chair friendly.

Ms Sharon the Manger is the best... Bravo Zulu! She went above and beyond, she is the gold standard of customer service and work ethics... I had to say/write a review here as I was visiting/stopping though Guthrie (went to job corps there, then the Navy). "Best braums burger I've have in long time" to quote my companion and I totally agree.👍🏾👍🏾Vegetarian options: Order anything tell them no meat on it.Parking: 40+Kid-friendliness: Will make good childhood memories....Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp and automated doors

I hadn't been in the braum's because.They kept getting my orders wrong. I thought I'd give them another chance.I ordered a crispy chicken salad with ranch dressing. I got a strawberry poppy seed salad with poppy seed dressing they didn't get nothing right. I've never seen a braum's run so poorly in my life. Who ever manages that store should be fired.

I actually went through the drive-through. The gentleman on the intercom was very patient with the selections for my hungry group. The food was correct and fast. My only problem was that the fries were warm, not piping hot, and by the time I had given the food to eat, the fries were cold. I love to snack on my fries on the way home.😉🤭I do enjoy their ice cream. But I was there for a quick dinner for the family.Parking: Braums locations always have plenty of parking areas. When they build, they obviously plan ahead.Wheelchair accessibility: Their locations have automatic doors. Plus, if you need help shopping in the grocery area, they will give you assistance. 😉

Waited 29 minutes AFTER PLACING OUR ORDER for 2 english muffins and 1 burrito. At the time, there were 4 to 5 cars ahead of us. We FINALLY received our order, and it looked as if someone vomited cheese and egg substance onto the wrapper prior to flopping a "muffin" on it and wrapping it up. My muffin had 0 resemblance to a sandwich, or muffin, for that matter. And yall want $15 an hour and you can't even build a sandwich? There are construction workers who literally build America for less than that. Sad. Oh, and there were more employees in the kitchen than I've EVER seen at a braums location. Will not ever be going back to this location.

First time here have been wanting to try them for years. I get cold coffee and my order was completely messed up. Hope all locations aren’t like this but they need to retrain the people taking orders and make sure you don’t tell the customers cold coffee is all we have just don’t serve it if you don’t have it hot and fres

Disgusting and not a clean table in the place. French fries and napkins on the floor. See photos. Windows with ice cream handprints and divider disgusting. Ketchup on cabinet by floor. Walls dirty. Girl didn't know how to make cone and did not listen to order. I called and talked with manager. Who apologized and said she would get some on the concerns.Don't care to go back at this point.It's 6 days later. I bought something on the clean side of the store on the market side. Only a peek on the side where dining is show that there was absolutely no change at all the ketchup was still there the divider that separates those benches was still clearly covered with ice cream smeared hands and a dead fly was on the divider there was no change to the windows they were still smeared. So the manager did absolutely nothing. I have called the health department.Update on the situation. Observed one lady came out and cleaned one table. Don't look at the door prep area. The windows on the ice cream area where they scoop it out are disgusting!

I went into Braums to buy hot fudge for an ice cream social at work. Service was great I.bacon cheese burger combo. Fries great drink great. But my dbl bacon cheese burger the meat the beef was old hard, not expressed. I only ate 1/2 burger it was pre-cooked meat. I will definitely go to the one on cover next time
