I cannot keep going here without asking what is wrong with the cashiers at self checkout? They are rude, unprofessional and sometimes straight up bad people that shouldn’t even be working a customer service position. Either they take their jobs too seriously and watch you scan your items from over your shoulder or they won’t even look your way when you need help. Today I even had our cashier make an awful racist comment about foreigners and how they made the machines gross? She figured out what she said and tried to back track on it but why would you allow these people to work a cashiering position when they’re so awful to even talk to for a second? Like we didn’t want to hear this ladies racist comments but my grandmother and I had no where else to go as she kept complaining about something we didn’t even have an issue with while we waited for her to fix our machine issue. Do better Walmart like seriously she kept going and going about stuff and there’s children around that do not need to hear such bad comments and her own personal opinion shouldn’t ever be brought into work.

With the Walmart membership I don't even have to leave the house . Delivery is free no shipping cost on orders and they got all kinds of perks. Plus you save big time ordering online.

Workers standing around. We asked for help and kept getting sent to someone else. Lazy self check out girls standing and doing absolutely nothing. They wouldn’t even scan the barcode to see if they had any of a product anywhere else in the store. Very hateful people.

This lady in the bakery has mad talent. She made the prettiest baby shower cake for us and the detail was amazing. The cake was delicious too. She deserves to be recognized for her talent

I have never had a bad experience at this Wal-Mart. The store is usually very clean, employees have always been great, and most of the time, they have all the items I need in stock.

I dropped almost $100 around the register. When I got home I realized I drop it. I looked in the car and my house. Turns out someone found it and turned it in to Walmart. They kept it there until I was able to back to pick it up. Thank you stranger and Walmart.

One of the worst Walmarts I have been in. Very poorly stocked. There was almost no coke or dr pepper and what they did have in the cans were out of date. Do better!

They have a problem with getting call in orders right. The employees are mostly friendly, but occasionally you will encounter them standing around chit chatting amongst themselves. Needs more regular checkouts as I hate the self checkouts. If I wanted a job as a bagger, I would apply for a job. There is no price break or anything like that.Update: They are getting worse, standing around chatting and blocking the aisles. Now we are going there only if it is a necessity. We do our shopping in Joplin or Miami.

They have everything you need.Games and great selection of toys.Animal care down to bottles and kitten formula.Food, fresh to frozen, discount area and deli.I only don't like how focused the store is on self check out. Every time I go there's 2 or 3 check out personnel, so if you want to get out soon self checkout is all there is.I was getting fun stuff for a friend, the bar code on the cuticle oil was too small to scan. I work too and so after a long day I just left with what I could buy.Deli staff are sweet and friendly.I would like to see more staff.I wanted to get in the dressing room, no one was there to let us in.There was Jewry I wanted to look at, I rang the alert but it took a long time before anyone came.Thank you

This is one of the worst walmarts I have ever been too. Just in the past few days I have had 2 very unpleasant encounters with a lady working in self checkout. Very clearly she has a problem with doing her job because asking her to do a simple task both times was like the end of the world. Her attitude was awful both times. The first I was simply trying to get her attention after she walked away from me after I had said excuse me 3 times. Finally after helping another customer who got there after me she came and got an item the past costumer had left. The second encounter I was asking her to price match something that I could have ordered and picked up for half the price which I had done before with several other staff members who had no problem doing so. She leaves to go ask and brings back a total of 4 other staff members finally she comes back and starts to help me and throws in a comment saying "I'm not getting fired over this!" I responded saying "You won't-"and before I could finish she raises her voice at me and says "I WILL!" then another lady came up and explained how she should have done it and that they're allowed to price match it. The original lady walks away and goes "I know I just didn't want to because of her attitude." That's not how customer service works. I try to be as respectful as possible in all situations and I even apologized multiple times to the second lady who tried to help me because I wasn't trying to be hateful but after being surrounded by people who all had an attitude it was quite a lot to handle. If you can't handle customer service you should not be working around customers.

Our wonderful cashier Christina at Walmart today as you seen her hair was shaved. Share in memory of her brother passed away 4 weeks ago Of bone cancer. He served in the Air Force and fought for our country the also was a pastor a youth pastor of Music. Thank you Christina as you keep your chin up and the wonderful job you do at Walmart. Thank you for all the employees at Walmart and their hard work and dedication.

Smells like someone smoked meth recently in the grocery side entrance every time I go there. "Free" phone from electronics turned out to be "free" with 3 year financing. ATM was out of money when I tried it. Prices are lowest in town on everything though

I went to Grove Walmart today, so I could purchase a pair or two of jeans, but grove Walmart is just like vinita Walmart, they dont handle my size 29*34. So if you are not 400.00 pounds over weight and you are not shorter than 6ft , buy you're close somewhere else!

Customer service is horrible at this Walmart. Especially the lady named Charla, was talking to her about a question I had and she literally shooed me off and began talking to another employee. If she doesn’t like her job she should just quit because it makes the whole Walmart that is already struggling with customer service look even worse.

Some customer service people need to be more courteous and nicer. Everyone looks at you like your trying to steal from the store. Employees act like it's a bother when you ask them for help. Noone knows exactly where things are in the store.

This WalMart is amazing! Everyone is helpful, the shelves are fully stocked, and I like that I can freely shop without asking an associate to unlock some cabinet. The garden department actually cares about their plants and they don't just let them die in a cart. There are people to check you out. Really, this is what it should be.

Unbelievable. Brought in a tire for repair that I bought from Walmart and have under warranty. It was 6:00 and the employee checking people in was noticeably aggravated to be at work. He asked my name and then handed me a piece of paper…No more details. At 7:30 I go back to see they closed down and kept my tire unrepaired and locked in the garage. NOT ON ATTEMPT TO NOTIFY ME OF ANYTHING. JUST LEFT MY TIRE IN THE GARAGE AND LEFT. I HAD TO SIT IN THE AUTO CENTER WAITING FOR AN EMPLOYEE TO RETRIEVE MY PROPERTY. The most disgusting disregard for the customer I have ever seen. Sam Walton would be absolutely disgusted and I figure Scott Bayles or Scott Mccarter would also. You lost a customer for life!
