We are done with Walgreens. First visit was great, since then it has been nothing but a joke. This last time, they notified us that we had a couple prescription refills ready. Told us their hours for the pharmacy, which closed at 8:00 pm. Drove 20-30 minutes to town to be told that the pharmacy was closed. This was at about 5:00 pm and the manager told me that the pharmacist called in sick. I said that shouldn't be my problem. She snippily replied, "not my problem either". What about all the others that are sick and depending on their medications? Never again will we srep foot in a Walgreens!

They do have times when they are out of medication I need, but overall they have a great staff who can work with you for figuring that out and letting you know when it will be coming in.

If you are looking to make multiple trips and waste 4 hours while the pharmacy clowns run around in circles, eat sandwiches , and don’t answer the phone when another Walgreens is trying to transfer a prescription- this is your store. Complete buffoons ! Tried to speak with the store manager Asia , but she of course isn’t here .

The pharmacist Rick is amazing. He and the Grove Walgreens staff including Brooke, Kim and others always go above and beyond for me. I truly appreciate all they have done for me. Such amazing people!

Made an appointment to get a Covid booster today on their website. Got a text and email confirmation. I called to make sure the pharmacy is open and when I finally got to talk to a person, they said that the pharmacy would be closed all day! How the heck can you make an appointment if they are closed?Their pharmacy is closed so often when they should not be. I can’t believe this location is able to stay open. I had all my prescriptions transferred to Walmart because of it.It’s no wonder they only have a 2.4 google rating.

This is no place to go for prescriptions, the staff are rude and always act as if they have no clue about any concerns or questions. It is sad that even the pharmacist has little knowledge, or just doesn't care enough to offer better service. Word of advice, don't waste your time, there are many other places that offer better customer service and knowledge of medication.

Have been shopping here for several years and the staff is mostly always rude. The soda and food is sumtimes out of date so make sure u check dates if u buy here. Must be bad management

Unbelievable! Walmart was out of medicine prescribed for my husband when he broke his arm 23 hours ago. Walgreens gave me the runaround all day, out for a meal, in but have 120 RX to fill. The straw is when pharmacy asks that you circle the building....YES I said circle the building and get last in line and sit there while she slowly helps several other cars in front of me know. Finally get up there and she decides to ask for the patient's DL. Why didn't that come up in 3 other conversations I had before making FOUR TRIPS to try and get pain meds for broken arm. She was so rude! She asked "DO YOU WANT ME TO FILL THIS OR NOT?" Then she told me everything that WASNT HER PROBLEM BUT WAS MY PROBLEM! She thought I should just be so happy that she filled the prescription!

Pharmacist is very rude and has no customer service skills. You try talking to them and they keep interrupting you. I'll never do business with the Walgreens of Grove again. So sad that people can't treat others with some dignity. If I was to treat people like that at my job, I would be fired. It's okay though, I'd rather wait in line at Walmart. Karma will get him one day.

Engaged with friendly clerk while picking up prescription for about 90 seconds. Her boss came up and told me to move on. Apparently being friendly to seniors violates store policy. New goal is to get my friends to change pharmacy. Most already have...

We had an appointment for rapid Covid testing, arrived at the store, sat in pharmacy drive through for 30 minutes before we were finally able to reach an store representative and found out pharmacy didn’t show up today because of weather. We were not notified and there wasn’t a sign in the store window that it was closed. Wasted our time and now we have to find an appointment by tomorrow because it wasDue to travel. Not a good experience so will not be using this Walgreens again.

Got batteries in and out. If you have prescriptions they are usually pretty busy back there. Make sure your number is in there correctly if you are waiting for the text that your prescription.

I've been on hold for 25 minutes only to be told that none of their pharmacists came to work today. They've also lost my doctor's orders and the doctor had to redo them. I hate leaving bad reviews but this is the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with.

Still the same after 10 months. Poorly managed! I only see two people working. A self check out would do this Walgreens some good along with a pharmacy technician that actually comes to work.

If I could give -5 I would. At 3:55pm we were told 1hr. She specifically said it would be ready before 5pm. At 5:10pm drove to the window, she said 10-15 minutes. Came back at 5:28pm and she asked if I could come back in 20 minutes. I said no and sat there and waited for a prescription that was never started. Finally got it at 5:53pm, almost 2 hours.The visit before, never even got the prescription because it was 3 days later when it was finally filled. This is hands down the worst pharmacy I have ever used.Will try Grove drive in pharmacy next time.

Well first off I stopped using the pharmacy several months ago due to the time it took and lack of customer service. Most of the employees are unfriendly do not seem happy to help. The photo department is not very good. I ordered prints for family members for Christmas and all of them had a white line on side of them and almost half were fuzzy images which were taken professionally. I guess that's what I get for using discounted photo services. This Walgreens is not on the corner of healthy and happy!

Terrible customer service in the pharmacy. Had an appointment for vaccine but they used it all up on walk-ins. Their website said scheduled appointments would be given priority. I overheard the pharmacist say we would get over it. They don’t even deserve a one star.

If you have all day, have money to burn, and love to be treated like you are a bother, then this is the place for you. Made us feel like they were doing us a favor to wait on us. Told us to come back in an hour to get prescriptions, came back and still had to wait another hour. Charged us way over the average for the meds and we had a discount prescription card. Never ever going to go into this store again!!!!!!

Walgreens pharmacy in Grove should be shut down. Service & staff are consistantly horrible. Will not be stepping in there again, and neither should anyone else. I'd give them less than 1 star if I could. Bad news for the town.

Dropped my prescriptions off at 12:00 noon. Went to pick them up at 5:00 PM and they still weren't ready. Waited in line for 30 more minutes and the guy at the window wouldn't even speak to me when I pulled back through. If you plan on using this pharmacy, plan on spending the day.

Had i read the reviews of this walgreens i would have never transferred my prescription. i will be transferring them back to walmart as soon as possible, the service and the store is atrocious they don't care and i guess they think that they're so busy they don't need my business well you know what they're not going to get it i will also be sharing my poor , terrible evil experiences with everyone that i know and ask them to avoid walgreens at all cost there are other pharmacies in town and their other places to get what you need walgreens is not the place. everyone else out there have a blessed day

The sign on the drive thru always says no pharmacist today. When they do have one be prepared to WAIT! Some of the staff are nice, most are not. This applies to inside and drive thru. Go elsewhere.

Always an issue trying to fill a controlled prescription, not to mention the company REFUSED to fill ivermectin during the 2021 COVID pandemic because of political pressure. Save your doctor some grief and use another vendor.

I am on my three trip to try and get my daughter's medicine. Sat in the drive Thu for 30 minutes yesterday and pushed the call button multiple times and not one time did anyone acknowledge us. We will definitely be moving our business elsewhere.

My wife has stage 4 breast cancer!We have waited 3 days for her pain pills and made 4 /25 mile trips into town for 3 presciptions . We have 2! Our insurance requested we use Walgreen . I am now thinking of going back to Walmart,the stress of this is hard to deal with!

Staff is always helpful. Pharmacy is VERY busy, so people need to understand that they aren’t the only one getting a prescription filled! Be patient and they’ll get to you ASAP.

If I could give a zero I would. These pharmacy techs seriously cannot do their job. They never run your insurance so they charge you way more than you should pay. And on top of that they are sooooooo rude! Never again. Walmart here is so much better. I recommend always goinfo to Walmart. They do pick up outside so you isn’t have to go in. Ugh. So frustrating. Made me late to work because they can’t do their damn job. 😡

Save yourself the trouble and get your prescription elsewhere. The staff is inept and doesn’t know how to process insurance. They lose prescriptions and will cause you more frustration than it’s worth.
