This freaking strong powerful female loaded this trailer. She used a forklift for the cattle fence but threw the bundles of five T-Post stakes on a trailer like it was cotton candy. I love these rural Okies!! Stop by tractor supply if you want to see hard work ethic. I have been coming to this store for two years now and I am still always impressed by the friendliness, professionalism and work ethic. When my brother comes to visit, he always reminds me that you don't get treated this way in big box stores anywhere close to the city. Thanks Grove Tractor Supply for having the best staff possible. I know you might be fulling staffed but your staff is ohmazing.

Was at this store today looking to buy a dog house ask the lady at the back desk if they had any dog houses she said well we have some igloo ones and then we have some wood ones out in the tent I thought with the computer being right there that she could look the price up on the computer so I asked her the price and she said would have to go out and find it sounding like she really didn’t want to I just felt like it would put her out I do a lot of business there guess I will go to Miami from now on

I found what I went after, but the cashier Kristin, was about as friendly as a post. Spoke quietly if at all, and didn't count my change back. The lady in front of me tried to talk to her but very little response, and she didn't even bag her items. That's not the type of person you need on a register, definitely not a people person. Not sure I will be back !!!!

The blonde girl with the round glasses was the only person in the store the whole time I was there helping people find stuff and cashing them out, could not see hide nor hair of any other employees at all. That doesn't seem very safe or fair. Good on her and shame on the rest of them.

I love our TS. They are the sweetest folks, always ready to help you find whatever you need. They load your stuff for you just because they are nice people. We have chickens and a big dog and there is no better place to go for those items.

Great customer service. Everyone that I've ever dealt with in that store is friendly and act like they actually want to be there and want to help you. That is my favorite tractor supply store in the area and that I've ever been to

Bought 5 bags of pellets for pellet stove today all the bags where wet and had saw dust on them when I dumped them in some where wet don't buy pellets from them they store them in the weather. I do want to say they have good customer service

Ordered a log splitter and told when I ordered it that it was needed and I was on a time schedule. I was assured it would be ready for me to pick up at 8 am the next morning . That was a complete LIE . Here waiting for it still . Should have just took it home and assembled myself. Will think twice before making another large purchase here in the future.

This place is pretty Cool. I am not a tractor supply nerd or anything. This was actually the first time I had ever been in one. I didn't know what it was. A friend suggested it to me to get higher quality dog food. I went in the Friendly Staff directed me where to go. There was a huge selection of Pet supplies and food. I don't have much to base this review upon, except they had little Miniature cat statues, so that earns 4 stars.

Employees are extremely lazy. They have very little knowledge about the products they sell and horrible customer service. Make sure you check the dates on any feed you buy there bc it is often molded due to never rotating the stock. Especially the dog food. I wouldn't recommend shopping here especially with the coop just up the road and B and L just over in Jay. Support your local business and send this horribly managed company packing.

Good store to come to for all sorts of things. Great prices an dog food an huge selection plus toys an treats for them. Baby chicks are sold here. Hay or straw available. Traps of all sorts. Tools or heating lamps. Tool boxes for your truck. Riding lawn mowers. Trailers to hook up to your truck. Some home decor and other items on sale. They have huge safes for your guns or other belongings. Pretty organized and clean store. Friendly an helpful staff.

While we notmally love Tractor Supply, the Grove OK store is small and crowded. The cashier and young man who helped us in the yard were great, helpful and friendly.We went for chicks. One tub of chicks was over crowded and smelled of dead animal. The girl catching chicks for a customer acted like she was in a rush and had no compassion for the days old chicks. We will not go there again.

Every time I go in to this store and deal with Fred-pretty sure he's a manager of some kind- he is rude and unhelpful. Can't admit when he doesn't know something and doesn't end up helping.Everyone else I've dealt with is great at this location.

If your dog needs a special kind of dog food, you can come here. I was surprised to see that I didn't need to drive all yhe way to Joplin to get my dog food anymore. They also had everything I needed for my lawn. I'd definitely check Tractor Supply out. Ive recommended this plave to several people.

I've been looking for the Arnold mower blade sharpener kit and TS was supposed to have 10 in stock so I decided it was time to go buy it this morning . I drive 13 miles and go in and of course there out and the price was way over what was shown online . So I decided to go down the road to the big store Lowes and bam I found what I wanted and the price was way lower . I don't buy anything online except eBay .

Worst tractor supply I have ever been in!! The lady working" Cindy" was the rudest person I have ever met. Up until yesterday I frequented the store. I have honestly never not left this store disgruntled. Terrible service everytime if you can get anyone to help you.... I will drive 30 miles to at woods instead of there which I pass daily on my way home! Pitiful

I have recently started my own little farm and always have tons of questions....Everyone there has helped me to the best of their abilities and if the don't know the answers, then they ask someone else or just listen to me babble. I like them so much, that the day after my goats was born, I made a special trip up there to show pucs.

This visit today was so bad. Told the lady I was in a hurry. So she started checking me out slower on purpose.... So, when she asked for my phone number and I wouldn't give it to her, she tried to stare me down and slowed down even more....... Guess I will be shopping somewhere else from now on.

Kind of expensive, but a great place to get your dogs vaccines. I used to take my dogs to the vet for it and now I give them myself. Nice building and nice staff
