First time taking our great Pyrenees/Anatolian Shepherd mix in for grooming and they did a wonderful job "purdifying" her. She came prancing out as happy as she could be. They got rid of all the big clumps that she was shedding and evened out her coat.

Took our senior Min Schauzer to the dog house and he was completely butchered! Shaved his entire body bare and completely shaved off his long and gorgeous beard!! When I complained the rude owner said that we should share responsibility because Klyde is too old to be groomed! Klyde loves grooming and has since a pup!! The fact is this lady was in a hurry and LAZY and didn’t want to take the time working with a senior dog!! If he was to matted where she thought the shave was needed she should have called or said something when he was dropped off!! This woman refused any responsibility and was rude as hell… save your money and DO NOT trust your pets to this place!!

The Dog House was amazing, kind, and so gentle with our Yorkie. It was her first time to a groomer, (she is a pup) and hates to be away from me but she did great. She looks so beautiful and made new friends while she was there. We will be going back with our younger Yorkie once she is old enough. Huge shout out to Nina, our family adores you.

The team at The Dog House are amazing. I took my dog for the first time yesterday. Within two hours my border collie was ready for pick up. She looked absolutely gorgeous! the tidy cut they gave her was perfect. Plus, they are very reasonable in their prices. Thank you Nina and Jamie and the rest of your team.

This place is amazing. Your fur baby will love going to them and so will you. I know that they love on my Chloe and are good to her by the way she acts when I pick her up. Plus they are certified! This is so important to me. I drive an hour because my Chloe loves her groomer and she always looks amazing! Will never go to another one again! Trust me you will be so glad that you went there!

I cannot say enough good things about Nina and her crew! I’ve brought my fur babies who have been, large and small breed; long haired and matted and short haired but shedding; rambunctious puppy and diva older dog. It doesn’t matter they can handle it all. The dogs love going and I love picking them up all clean, smelling good. The shop itself is always clean and smells good which I find a welcome relief. Nothing worse than walking into a groomer and the smell of wet dog lingering in the air. That’s definitely not the case here. Clean professional atmosphere with friendly staff who are great at what they do!

Daisylee is a 11 month Blue Nose Pit Bull who was apprehensive about having her nails prettied up. As early as her second visit she no longer pulled away from the entrance.The groomer put both of us at ease and now I’m good with leaving her for the few minutes it takes to get her pedi-pedi. Both Gizmo and Squirt loves the dog house. Gizmo has been going there since he was a baby and did day care for several years when Nina had day care. Squirt is my pet skunk, yes a skunk and loves his bath and message. I never have to worry as I know there in great hands and being loved and taken care of. When they leave they look so handsome.

My German Shepherd did not look like she had been deshedded at all when I picked her up, and within a week she was shedding as if she hadn't been combed out at all. I also don't feel comfortable leaving my pets at a place where I can't go inside and see what condition it is in.
