Do you member a time when you walked into a store and were greeted with a friendly hello and what are you looking for today? Sisco True Value Hardware is one of those stores. I said I need some 1/4 inch bolts 3/4 of an inch long and nuts the young man selected the 12 items I needed had the in a bag and marked in a flash and I was on my way fast than I could have found my ro the must and bolt area at the big box store. Ya, it cost me .02 per item for my purchase. But what's is my time worth. I will be back many times just for the service. Thanks guys you made my day!

Went in to get a part for a weedeater. Showed them the picture of the weedeater I have. They gave me the part and told me that was it. When I got home it was the wrong part. Took it back and told them. This isn't the first time they have done this. Guy proceeded to tell me that I was the only one who it happens too. Was very rude. I told him I highly doubt I am the only person that this happens too. I believe in shopping local but I will no longer be buying from them.

Came in for some parts for my well, showed the guy what I needed. He then disagreed and showed me what I needed. I got home and it was all wrong and made for metal pipe and I bought copper. I then brought back the items this evening and when I said I needed to return some items, I was greated with a extremely rude "wow" then followed with a very rude return. The guy actually threw the parts across the counter with them falling to the floor! Terrible customer experience and will never go back!

Siscos is my favorite hardware store. The young man who waited on me yesterday was friendly and helpful as I was looking for some special fasteners. He knew right where they were! Highly recommend this store for hardware. 5 stars and two thumbs up!

Possibly the longest continuously owned and locally owned by Mr. Leo Sisco this Grove small business has been a huge asset when I am looking for hardware, mower blades. Special cut keys, drill bits, much more. I’ve been going here for years, since I was 10.
