This store is impossible! And I have never had a good experience on the weekend. It is absolutely ridiculous!I called to verify if the store would price match a competitor and was told, "yes we do that all the time. We just have to get a manager to approve it." So we hook up the trailer and head to town. Get there and they only have 1/3 of what we need. Nothing else is in stock. So we go to the lumber desk for 2×4s, tell them what we were told. First, she doesn't even know who to call and confirm this with. She gets a manager on the phone, tells her what I need, and then tells me the manager will be right up. I wait 10 minutes for a manager to come up. Finally someone else comes up to tell me, "sorry we don't price match." Now what was the point of making me wait to tell me in-person that they weren't going to help me? I know that times are changing. But it is really sad that customer service is a thing of the past! Businesses seem to think they can not be replaced.

This is only Lowe's Home Improvement store for the rural Northeastern Oklahoman area. I have personally never had an issue at this location but I don't shop here often either.My recent visit was for a sale from an ad I seen on Facebook. It advertised the purchase of 5 bags of mulch for $10. We called the store to verify if it would apply at this location and it was assured. Upon arrival, the ad was true and there were a variety of colors to choose from: red, black and brown.It would have been nice to have had help loading the 5 bags of mulch but there was not an employee in the outdoor garden center at that time. I am sure I could have requested one or walked back to the front, however, I still managed.Overall, it was a great deal and I would say they have an array of supplies for almost any gardening or landscaping project.

Lowe's has a NO RETURN policy on outdoor equipment and they mean it - even if the product is defective right out of the box.We bought a gas generator which would not turn off after the first use. In order to find out if it worked we had to use it. That made it ineligible for return or exchange (because Lowe's doesn't do exchanges). The ONLY recourse was to contact the manufacturer. After an hour or so of effort we were told the manufacturer requires the generator to be taken to an authorized repair shop to have them verify it is indeed defective. We were give 2 invalid phone numbers for repair facilities. After another phone call to the manufacturer, we were given a valid contact who has a TWO WEEK WAIT. Once the repair shop looks at the generator, the manufacturer will either give permission for repair or maybe they will give us authorization to return it. Who knows???IF you buy an extended warranty Lowe's MAY be help you sooner. What used to be regular customer service, now costs extra. However, it does take an extended amount of time to get a call through to the store (and I don't think an extended warranty will help that), and then you may get disconnected - repeatedly. I'm not sure if that's by accident or design.So, lest you think as we did, "What are the odds of getting a defective new product?", now you know it really happens. And there will be no quick solution to YOUR problem. Lowe's will totally abandon the product once it's been opened, even if it DOES NOT WORK.

Will never shop at this Lowe's again. They have ZERO cashiers at the front now. I am a veteran who has a tax exempt card. I was told to use it at self checkout. They make it extremely difficult to do that on your own. So you always have to ask for help and wait. Why don't they just pay a cashier so that you can get some actual service??? I am sick of their bull and will start going to Ace Hardware, True Value and drive out of town to Home Depot. Or TH Rogers for lumber!

The sorriest Lowes store there is.Updated tax exempt, wouldn't pull up at register. Service desk said it worked. Still wouldn't pull it up.Lowes you just lost a $2,000.00 sale. I'll never darken your doors again.

I won’t make the mistake of returning to the store. I took my one item to the cashier. She informed me I needed to step over to the self check out, but she was too busy. There was only one person in front of me as I looked at the self check out there was easily 30 people waiting in line when I told her no it was all right that I would wait I was informed wasn’t an option. I’d like to inform that young lady that yes I did have an option which I exercised as I left behind the dryer vent hose and I walked out of that store. I will never again step foot in that store.

Was in joplin this morning for Dr appt and need a hot water heater, so I checked HD and Lowes...same price for 40 gal electric heater. I thought since same price I'll buy back home in grove...so I go to Grove and price is $20 more than Joplin, and I ask if they will honor Joplin pricing...was told by manager "nope we don't price match"...not even your own sister store?..."nope"...I have several projects underway, and more to come (roof over 14x50 ft deck, 40x50 ft barn and a 30x30 ft carport)...today i spent >$700 in Grove today...in the future I will be a smarter shopper

I've never seen more people working somewhere that were so unhelpful and lazy. Had to ask 8 people for a texture gun to find out they don't even have any. That was dumb. Such a waste of time.

The Manager himself brought out an"ARROW 12x10 STORAGE SHED" that my Boyfriend purchased, and we love him for that,But he won't be able to have it.It's not the Manager's fault let me be fair.But he gave a discount to a guy because this person said he was helping someone who is DISABLED and is in WHEELCHAIR(MY BOYFRIEND).So now because of himThe DISABLED Man in the chair will possibly freeze this winter.Please let the MANAGER keep track of who he gives discounts to,And help put a stop to this abuse of y'all and the HANDICAPPED PEOPLE.THANK YOU.

Well I couldn't find anybody to help me for the longest time and then I had a lady ask if I needed help I told her what I needed and she tried to look up information for me and gave me some direction but then she contacted somebody and they confirmed what aisle I could look at and if I couldn't find anything I could look him up. Well I went to the aisle couldn't find anything that I needed so I went to try to find him I couldn't find anybody they could help me again so I left. I went to the local lumber yard because they've helped in the past find what we needed and sure enough they were kind enough to look up what we might need what they could order because they didn't handle the item in stock there but they could order what they thought we could use based on my description and the photograph. They said that if it wasn't what we needed we could bring it back there and they could return it and we could remeasure based off of what we received from them with new information and they could reorder it knowing more information. So in other words the local business was a lot more helpful than the big box store.

Was going to get new Carpet for my house. They was going to have to come out and check the size of the room, which was fine for me and was going to cost $35.00. Was given a bar code to check out with. Go to checkout, only Salf Checkout Open, tried to run it, said not good code, asked for help from the person standing there, she tried it 2 times, didn't work, told me I had to go back to the Carpet area. They was other people all line up that was needing to check out, so I said Forget it I go somewhere else. You just lost a $3000.00 Carpet sell..

I was in this store recently. It had rained earlier that day, and water was rushing into the parking lot from the building's guttering. There was a pool of water in the middle of the parking lot that hid a deep pothole. I inadvertently struck it with the front drivers side of my Mariner. Mind you I had just spent nearly $2,000 to rebuild the entire front end.I went into the store to let them know about it, but the service department was disinterested in doing anything about it. I therefore sent an email to Lowe's corporate with photos, and never received an response from their corporate office. Mind you I am a shareholder of Lowe's. I have several investments that contain Lowe's stock in my portfolio.When I went back for a follow up inspection of the parking lot, I found they had placed a small plastic traffic cone over the damaged area for other customers to run over with their vehicles as well. It does seem that Lowe's cares not how they regard their customers, or their shareholders for that matter. Lowe's can have derelict parking facilities where customers and shareholders can receive damage to their vehicles, and it is of no concern to them.Below are photos I took of the area in question. This store is located at the following address;2131 S. MainGrove Oklahoma, 74344.Was back at the store on 6/30/2020, and Lowe's still has not repaired their lot. How many more people's vehicles are going to get damaged for Lowe's gross negligence and lack of respect for their patron's property.

Bad customer service. Trying to build a house and keep getting tossed from one department to another whenever I have issues. Lowes card would not be worth it if I was doing anything less then building a house.

I would like to give a zero star but there is no that option. I got a generator and bought a protection plan (just the plan cost over $250) with it. I used it for my RV. One day, it did not start and I tried everything I can, but still not working. Went to Lowe’s and see what they can do. Took them 2 months and they told me that the generator was overused that caused overloaded. They asked me to pick up a not working generator at their store. The plan does not cover and there is nothing they can do about. The lady that called me told me that I should have maintained my generator and don’t overuse it. Come on. Are you telling me not to use my generator when the soul purpose is to get it for use. And how do you know I don’t maintain my generator. They tried to find any reasons not to get me a new one. I think they should tell the customers up front that their protection plan is just a lie for extra dollars. Not gonna buy from Lowe’s ever again.——————After I posted the comments above. They gave me a number to called. I called but got to wait for 1 hour. When I finally got to speak to someone, she asked me to be on hold. Waited for a minute and then I got redirected to a voicemail option. Does Lowe’s even want to solve any issues at all?

Getting help with getting lumber down and the long wait for check out would be the only things that could be upgraded or fixed. It took way to long to find help with getting wood down. Also when I was done shopping the long lines was crazy. I dont know if I just visited at the wrong time but i waited for 20 mins to check out.

Paid almost 2k for a new washer & dryer set, ended up not needing it so I went to the store with my receipt for a refund and to cancel the delivery. Even after I paid in cash and provided all necessary receipts they say they can’t refund me cash like I paid them and forced me to take a mail in gift card. So now I have to wait up to 15 days to receive a gift card that I can only use in their store. Feels like a scam and nothing about their refund policy states this. Horrible business who does not train their employees or ASM’s on what to do when the system has a bug effecting refunds to customers who paid in cash. Will never return to this company again.

I bought flooring from there and they sent there people to install it and they did not finish the job so for 2mo I was calling lows and finely they gave me some of my money back and said there not going to finish the job. All it was was trim everything else was done. So now I have a house with the trim not finished right. Look at these pics and see if you want them installing your floor. Very unhappy 😔

I'm retired and learning how to do a LOT of work around the house; home improvement is a lot of fun (and frustration) since I don't have a lot of experience. But I love coming here for practically everything I need to work on my deck, to getting the right hardware and advice for the things I have never tackled before. I feel like a kid that goes to go to Toy's R Is! Thanks again!

Said I wouldn't be back after my last trip and should have know better. Absolutely poorest customer service of any place i have ever shopped. Lowe's finally sank to the level of walmart and because of it lost in excess of a $500 sale today on a new grill. Went to check out and the only registers open were the self checkout stands with two employees standing around watching customers.

My husband and I went to Grove's Lowes a couple times this week, and everytime we are there John in the drywall and insulation area has been amazing, kind and very helpful! We are very appreciative for him and his help!

Always a place where I can find exactly what I need. I can go and ask questions, and they usually have a good answer. Very knowledgeable about the areas they work in. If they can't get me an answer, they usually find it. I have always enjoyed my experiences at Lowes. I have been going to this Lowes since it opened. They will go above the normal call of their job to help a person. I like that Lowes has veteran parking. It makes my life a bit easier. Also, the veteran benefits getting 10% off of my amount is actually nice.

Very friendly, more mature staff present at this Lowe's than some others. Regardless, this is a helpful facility for most of your hardware and home improvement needs. The Grove store is a little smaller than most, but still seems to have inventory I need that is missing from adjacent stores 30-60 minutes away. Good tool rental options as well for contractors.
