Today 3/14 about 6 p.m. the young man working the register on the gas side was extremely rude and hateful. I had always had good experiences until today. I will think twice about returning and if he's working, I will go somewhere else.

The smell of rotting meat is a bit overwhelming when you walk in. I asked an employee about it and they said it was the fresh seafood, and although that does have a distinctive odor that fills the back of the store. You all need to do an Easter egg hunt and find the spoiled food. Thanks.

Normally, I like shopping at harps, but today I just had an experience that made me think twice about it. It started snowing this morning and so I ran down to harps to grab a few grocery supplies on my way in I slipped on their Mat and fell. I told 3 individual employees to please salt the mat. Because I just fell and hurt myself and not one of them apologized. I'm not sure if they ever salted it. I grabbed a couple of things and left and nobody was out there salting whenever I left about 5 to 10 minutes later. I plan on calling harp's corporate tomorrow after they open and complain and I'm also going to complain to the store manager that not one of their employees was concerned about customer safety.

Please put signs at the gas pumps asking people who are going inside for more than just paying for gas to please pull into a parking space. This has been a problem for a LONG time. Thank you.

I love shopping here at Harp's in Grove. It is close to my house, and for the most part everyone is friendly and helpful. I have health issues and there have been times that Jennifer, Noel, and Kim have all come to my rescue. All others are friendly but don't know me like the other 3. So I consider myself lucky to shop here

I go here to fill up on fuel when I'm in Grove. They have a gas station on the side of the store and have the best gas prices around.. I filled up last week at $2.79 a gallon.

I always enjoy Harps. I have met the CEO in Springdale Arkansas, at the corporate office. They are all very awesome people. I enjoyed picking Banjo inside Harps Springdale in front of corporate for the Salvation Army. Harps does their part!

Everything instore is 26% higher (at least) as compared to competitors. However, that means less people activity, if that's a plus for you, and it has the cheaper gas in town, and in the outskirts.

Harps is a great chain grocery store. Can find food items here that you can't find at national stores. Selection is tailored to the local community, whichever location is visited.

I do most of my shopping in this location. And though I prefer shopping here over Walmart, I have two major gripes about this store that have been an issue time and time again.1. The new fresh seafood market closes so early! And a couple of times we have been denied an order by employees saying that it was too late. Closing the seafood market at 4:00-5:00 on a weekend is unbelievable. I asked the manager about it and she said that managers were not trained to sell seafood. Insane.2. There is only ever one, maybe two checkout lanes open. There is an express lane where you can bag your own groceries, but it’s never been opened.Since I keep getting blown off about my complaints, maybe a negative review will get someone’s attention. Harps, I love you. Please do better!

I, of course, love the variety of items both pre-made and singular. It's as close to a Whole Foods as we got people lol. Prices are higher-end but the options of items and brands do make up for it. The only reason they got knocked a star was I was having problems with my card and the checkout guy's attitude about it was abhorrent. A nice man behind tried to pay for my groceries, which was over $200 (twice), and I assured the man I had plenty of money something was just wrong with card. The checkout guy tried to take his both times to move me along. I'm going back to handle the situation. Otherwise an enjoyable experience!

That is one of the best stores around for groceries. It was a pleasant experience and was well kept. Bathrooms were clean. Late in the afternoon they were little shy on staff but that didn't stop them from offering wonderful service.The selection of items was average to above-average for a store this size in a town this size. Lighting was excellent. I felt safe in this store. Had a nice exit over to the gas station which is connected. It's located on the main drag and is easy to find.

I love shopping at Harps! They have great deals on their meat, and their produce is always fresh. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because the prices, if not on sale, are a little high.

I shop here regularly. They have just about anything you need. While Walmart is close by with its various other items, Harps is the place to go for product lines you won't normally find at Walmart. They also had a remodel, so you'll find fresh lobsters in the back along with more of your actual seafood needs. For health nuts or those that don't want products filled with tons of chemicals, go to Harps. They are an employee owned establishment that really does care about their customers. The ladies (sometimes gentlemen) at the registers do enjoy conversations with their customers and you can really get to know them. The selections overall here are the best. Only downside, is I have to go to Walmart for some shopping, and then here for other items. They have the best option for frozen pizzas as well. If Harps had everything I needed, I would only shop here. It's just like Reasors if you love to shop there.

Checking out of this place is a joke. Stood in one of two long lines while three Harps staff chatted in front of the express lines which are rarely open. When I reached the cashier I was informed she was now closed and I would have to move to another cashier.I went to Walmart, used the self check out, saved $1.25 and was on my way. If this was a one time incident I may have overlooked it but there are always issues with checking out at this Harps.

I just went there for fuel today. But when i do shopping there, they have a nice and helpful staff. I usually find good deals on the manager's meat specials. Very clean store and well stocked!!!

Great staff, clean store, reasonable prices. We came on a 10# meat sale and were not disappointed. Great deals if you look for them. Definitely competition for Walmart. They still have the cheapest gasoline around. They've expanded some of their bakery products and even had macarons the last time. Their cinnamon rolls heated with a nice cup of coffee is great for this time of year. Their deli has spare ribs, baked beans and potato salad which were all great when we got them. Their cashiers are all great and helpful.

We enjoy shopping at Harps. The employees are amusually nice and helpful. This store is very clean and organized, which I like. I do wish this store offered as many deli selections as the Harps in the Grove Oklahoma.
