This store always smells nasty like something has spoiled like coming from the coolers area. Maybe like spilled milk that hasn't been cleaned up in a while. I usually go to the new one on Leisure Lane but i was trying to save time by going here.

Very dirty and disorganized Dollar General. The shelves weren’t very stocked. They had no ads at the front of the store, and several items had no shelf price at all. Only one employee cashier when I came with a huge line. Does have a self checkout kiosk, so that was a plus. The A/C was out or something too, so it was about 85 degrees during July. Customer service was adequate / decent. Hard location to turn left out of to go toward Grove downtown.

Not sure who was working the opening shift this morning on August 3, 2022 but they failed to open the store on time. I arrived at the store at 8:05am and waited until 8:20am with the doors still not open. Waist of gas and time. I suggest hiring a different person for opening shift. One that can actually open the store on time and answer the phone. Very poor customer service.

I really liked this store before remodel get them some help and get the freight out the shelves are empty they have all the u boats on floor full but 1 person can’t empty the freight and cashier. You can’t even get up and down the aisle.

Great place to shop for stuff for what you need without having to go to the bigger stores in town or to stop at and grab something on your way out of town. The sales staff is always friendly and the store is always neat and clean and well stocked. We stop in here frequently to keep from having to go into the bigger stores in town, its just a less stressful atmosphere and you can usually find what your looking for.

This store was clean and organized well. We got in and out, rather quickly, after goin in to just grab a few snacks for a road trip. I believe we grabbed a couple things on impulse, so their original placement was shot on. Lol. The employees were helpful and courteous, as well.

The cc machine was not working properly. The cashier acted like our cc was the problem along with 4 other customers. It was declining all sales. They should have let everyone know they could only accept cash We! What a waste of time! We ended up having to pay cash. Glad we had it since we bought several items. Get your pos fixed. Several other customers also had items to pay with cc and they had to leave their items. You lost 3 sales while we were standing there waiting in line.

Half of the staff is unbelievably SUPER nice and half are extremely RUDE! Too bad I can't give 1 star AND 5 stars to the same place... Ill have to settle for 3 since they are reasonably priced and convenient. Some items are only cheap because they are cheaply made....but of course selection is smaller than that of a Walmart!

This dollar general is the BEST I love it. It's big and has alot of cute clothes for being dollar general. I could b in there for hours just looking 😂 but the lady that was working there wasn't very polite.

You know this little store is in an awesome place for those of us out here. The staff are always as helpful and friendly as possible. But they are always so short handed. Every day. Isles are full of unstocked product because store cannot keep employees. Sounds like an upper management problem. Fix it please.

I normally like this location but this woman they had working was dismissive and rude because I am disabled and was using EBT for to buy basic food not junk. I have worked all my life and am now ill and I didnt need to be treated that way nor anyone else in a bad situation.

Their customer service is adequate and the shelves are full but the bathrooms have not been working order in over 6 months or that's what the employees tell you

No hi, bye or thank you have a nice day going in or coming out of store after making purchase! Didnt seem like a very happy place inside. But they have a Redbox out front that I really enjoy.

There was a self checkout I was required to use, some man had two carts worth of stuff and the only checkout was taken up by that. There was a little wait but it went alright.

I have been shopping at least 2 times a week for 7 years. I am moving and have been getting boxes there. Today I was told I could not get boxes because they recycle them and get money for the store. So what do you think...they get more out of recycled boxes than my frequent shopping trips. No more, enjoy your pennies and not my dollars.

This Dollar General is like all other ones I have been in, cramped and full of Dollar General stuff, it isn't bad, it isn't good, its just Dollar General, they have coffee, cereal, milk, beer, toys, and aisles dedicated to whatever season it is. Stop in here for general items.

Staff is mostly polite and courteous. Store usually has what Im looking forand even good deals Im not expecting. A good experience and wonderful cashier... very friendly.

Wonderful assortments, reasonable priced good products . {Need fresh produce , potatoes, bananas,apples,lettuce packages, bigger containers of yogurts /@a decent price even if they're .}IMHO WOULD INCREASE BUSINESS

Went in to purchase a can of snuff and received a dried out can, and the lady told me that " I'm sure it's again the law to exchange my dried out can for a fresh one I doubt that. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!

Line was super long and only one cashier to check people out. The store was messy, hard to even go down some isles. I ended up just going to a different one a few miles down the road.
