I went to the store with a friend from the Onion Plant and discovered the fried catfish and other food that's prepared for hungry customers. Than I discovered the smoke shop and the casino. What a set up! I have to say... TheChoctaw nation knows what people want. Good job guys. 💯 TJHD 03/07/2024.

This place is a joke! I stopped to fuel up diesel and pre paid. I did not use all that money so they should refund the remaining balance. We'll later that night I get hit with another charge for the amount I pumped. Called to talk with them and everyone was rude and calling me a lier!!! Didn't even want to try and look! Just flat out would dismiss me! I will never do business here! Wouldn't miss on that building if it wS on fire!

I had overpaid on gas and was told by the wonderful cashiers that it would be three to five business days. I didn't understand what a business day is, but they [cashiers] explained that for three business days to pass three eight hour periods have to happen.

Absolutely terrible service tonight. The lady on the phone was rude and would not serve food and refused to explain. This place used to be great when I was a teenager. It's been going down hill for years ig.

It is a nice place bartender was very tentative, but I do feel their beer and mixed overpriced, but all in all an OK place. I did not eat on this visit, so I can’t say anything about the food.

Place is a joke. Suppose to be lower fuel prices and it never is. The bathroom is always out of soap! And to top it all off they really shouldn’t be selling hot food. They have so many violations with some of the clerks. Especially late nite. They go between register and food without gloves. Without washing hands. And even touch their face/nose and continue to serve food. 🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️ gross!

Don't waste your time. Most of the time the pumps and/or card readers are down. There's literally NEVER receipt paper in the pumps during the times they accidentally work. The deli sucks, and whenever you order a pizza they never seem to get the order correct. You'd think with as much money as they make that they could afford decent equipment and service.

I purchased these items to prove a point, this is way to much even if its from a convenience store. $6.99 for what they call a chicken strip basket. $3.99 for Jalapeño poppers. This may be the reason why your not busy, covid-19 aside. Yes I had a fat man's meal but shared it with a Rottweiler and a Rhodesian ridge back. Bahahahah Follow up 5mins later. The only thing fresh was the strips, the potatoes and poppers my dogs wouldn't even eat.

This travel plaza is a good place to stop. Clean restrooms, good, fast and fresh food and great tobacco prices. They even have a mini casino inside. You'll be glad ya stopped.

Dont waist yr time coming here the store got packed with people the cashier and the casino attended went on break at the same time so 1 of the other employees was busy talking to her family members and she refused to get behind the register to check anyone out if you don't want to work go home just that simple there's other people out there that is willing to go to work if u don't want to. Its sad what this Generation has come to now day's 😞

3 star... only because a lot of times, the machines pay pretty well and hit fairly often.But, it's more of a hassle to come here because the cashier most of the time has the closed sign in the window.3 machines were locked down with handpays and they had only got to one person. Talking on the phone. Whatever the business is. But if you need to cash out and go. You're out of luck. I think it's a tactic to keep you playing and spend that money back and leave with nothing. Given that theyre too occupied to cash you out.I will say that I have, multiple times; left and cashed out next door at the big casino and went on home.There again. I come back because the machines hit better.Juts word to the wise. Don't expect to get decent cashier service. Just go on and walk next door. Save yourself the wait.

Last night's cashier was a little strange but the store was clean and stocked per usual. There was water in the windshield wiper buckets + ½ a star right there. It's a great place to stop.

Have been stopping here for years when I travel to Oklahoma, the bathrooms are always clean and they have security on the property. When I stopped during my last road trip had a rude encounter with a customer cutting in line and another cashier called me to his station and gave me a discount, even though he didn't have to! Wonderful customer service.

It is bad when you are standing ar the counter waiting for service and the employees are busy jaw jacking. I use to own a cstore, if I walked in and saw that, I would fire the employee or employees and ddo the work myself.

This is the most rudest place I have ever been in since they got new people from ordering on the phone being disrespectful to picking up order after I goteyes rolled at me twice from an employee to the employee refusing to sell me my pizzas . I would think one would better screen there employees personality’s for how they treat other pripple before they hire them for a customer service job

Why closed at 6:15pm? That makes zero sense. Your casino is hopping, trucks are still pulling in, this is money making time for this location, and it's completely closed up for the night. Definitely will second guess returning here in the future.

3 stars....that might be a bit underrated but I stopped here for a good hot meal. . .which I did NOT get.I sat AT THE BAR for over a half hour---didnt get asked what I wanted to drink or if I wanted to order something to eat. Yeah, sure I'm older yeah I'm not pretty young thing either but I deserve to be treated with respect just like anybody else being told one second after sitting there for over well almost 10 minutes and then sitting there I know a good 20 to 25 more minutes with nothing then yeah I'm probably not going to even attempt to repeat this experience.... There are too many other places that I know I can get service within the first few moments of being there but there's no sense in putting myself or anybody that might come with me through that kind of nonsense!Oh, and one other thing, when I eat at a restaurant and they serve me at least fairly well I usually leave up about a 30 to 40% tip and if the service is excellent it's a very much higher percentage!!!! So.... Y'all missed a good tip!

It’s 7:15 am and all they have are 4 chrizzo burritos and sausage biscuits. Come on man. It’s always like this. The people are always very friendly. Why I gave it 3 stars otherwise 1. Nothing against the service other than they are ALWAYS out of breakfast food. Poor me now I have to go into Hugo to get food. This really need to be addressed.

I stopped and prepaid 150.00 and pump started spinning and stopped at 1/2 gallon. Employee rudely told me I couldn’t get my money back on card or by cash, or even transfer it to another pump. She told me money would be refunded to my card in 3-4 days. She suggested I go down to Hugo or Antlers to get fuel. Very frustrating. Rude unprofessional employees. I have emailed choctaw and I’m waiting for response.

Everytime we've stopped here it's been clean and the staff are friendly.They recently remodeled the restroom so now they are really nice.I'm sure we'll continue to stop here every time we pass through.

Once upon a time, if my memory is correct, they used to give truckers free showers and the shower room was clean. Now they charge $8.00 and I could tell the room wasn't cleaned after the last guest. Or probably after several guests. Sorry employees.

I used to stop here at least 15-20 times a year. Never again after the way their employee talked to me today. NEVER. I will make the 10 minute drive down the road.
