Not at all a long moment of developing into a bad experience, but a welcome bye when we left. People are not friendly to those not usual customers, actually very snooty and rude...prices are extremely higher due to no competition....should be choices to keep competitive prices down, same goes with local repair shops and not auto parts stores available within 25 miles.....very sad with such a nice quint place.

I ordered tires from this company because my current tires had wires showing. They said the tires would be in Monday, between 10am-2pm and I would get a call when they were in. There was NO phone call. When I called at 11am, I was told they hadn't been delivered. At 2:30pm I called again. The associate said to come down as the tires were delivered. I drove right over. Made it there at 3:05pm. That's when I was told the "tire guy" was off at 3pm. I was also informed that the tires were delivered at 10:30am. I had to take a day off work to get this done. This store needs better communication.

The perfect hardware store for a small town. Small tools and large rental machines for bigger jobs. They have products for the DIY'er, hunters, small engine repair, gardeners and just about anybody. Wonderful service. The kind of store history has forgotten.

Great little store for the do it yourselfers! I was able to find parts for my Stihl products. The staff is very helpful. They actually take the time to find what you need and will call you back.

They offer a nice selection of items for a small town store and there is always someone to help you. Now not saying anything bad but the guys that work there do have a standoff-ish vibe now and again but I think that cause theyre trying for complete professionalism. Either way good store and a helpful spot to shop

It's a nice medium sized hardware store they carry a bit of this n that not a large selection or options but convenient if your in the area or live near and need to grab something without wanting to take the hassle of going all the way to a bigger town

Twice now sold me wrong parts, maybe stick to patching tires... Almost 30 miles round trip cost me more in trips to town in gas chasing right parts than the over priced right parts in the first place... Going to s&r feed store to for now on
